I was lucky enough to have visited Officina della Bistecca in 2019. The food was good of course, but the whole experience outside of the food was the memorable part.
It really is exactly how it's portrayed in this video and in Chef's Table. While you're having appetizers, Dario is behind the glass butchering the meat for the meal to come with AC/DC blasting on his speakers. You sit down at a long table with strangers, drink wine, eat meat, and make new friends. Dario will come up with a beaming smile on his face, shake hands, and give hugs to everyone.
