House Demolition - This could have been really bad

thank you hey everybody it's John with Upstate brush control we got us a uh Little House demo we're working on today and cleaning up a property for a new home build so I'm staying here on a porch a little house got out and a little spooky in there hello but uh we got all kinds of equipment here we got I got the 210 the Mulcher um I got my buddy Ben with Upstate demolition he's got his uh E85 here and then I got my e45 re I'm sorry it's a John Deere um 85. nice machine I hope they brought it I haven't run one of those I'm I'm anxious to run it but um it is raining and it's kind of a little sloppy outside but Ben is going to start working on the house if there's no reason why he can't but I need to get some of this stuff cleaned up around the front and around the back so he can get in and do his thing so the idea is that Ben is going to be doing all the uh the demolition of the house and um so he's gonna knock it down haul it off all that kind of stuff and then I got all kinds of trees everything to grind um but the last video I think you guys saw I think um is we had the uh shirax we did the demo on the shoe rack so this will be a good job to put it to test try it out and see how it does with chewing up uh you know I ran it 20 30 minutes the other day and it did great very happy with it very pleased with it but just to uh you know run it several hours here so um yesterday I was delivering this machine and uh stepped off the side of the machine there and sprained my ankle so I I sprained it really bad um shoot it's been six seven years ago something like that and then you know how that is once you do it once it it uh it doesn't take much after that but anyway so if you guys see me hauling around I'm okay I'll survive um the boot is just a lot more comfortable I have my work boot on earlier just because I was in the mud walking around everything I'm going to sit in the machine and it's just a lot more comfortable in the stiff boot but um so that being said I'm gonna hop in the 210 so yeah if you see me like I like hobbling around like this I'll get my boot that's everything but um so if you see me hopping around that's what's going on I'll survive I'll figure it out but but yeah he's got his uh 85 G I guess is what it is and we got the 45 over there so good bit of work to do here so enough Yak in and let's try to do something here it's gonna be interesting going to be interesting [Music] some wiper I thought I'd driven this so much oh there we go it's gone bad not too bad sorry I'm just talking to myself here [Music] all right kind of around the side of the house here what I'm trying to do is get back there to where I have an area to open up and and um put all the material so right now this little mobile home right here it's more like a trailer trailer um it's coming out here too got a nice don't have to worry about chain link fence there thank you foreign [Music] [Music] thank you foreign [Music] thank you foreign about an hour or so and I got a path down there to where the 210 is and uh hopped in the mini here and I really need to get this cleaned out for Ben whenever he comes back so he's gonna start taking all the brick off the house so I wanted to jump in here and I'm getting any of this little Trash metal ripping out this chain link fence getting this cleaned out so he can do his thing around the house I don't want to slow him down or anything like that you know I hired him to do the house I don't want to have to have him mess with any of these trees or anything like that so um he said like the little bushes in the front you know he can get that but picking through all this little stuff you know um what I'm doing is just rolling it right over here this building's coming down I'm just throwing it right over here from now I'm not sure how he's going to separate it and then uh sorry if I'm making a mess for you I'm I don't know he might be separating everything but there's a lot of a lot to be separated but all right so here we go we uh kind of keep picking away at this junk oh my goodness [Music] right get it out of the way for him right now he's running a bunch of metal for the brand new cutter head so I didn't see a lot of metal down like through here but you know a little still will be a bit of trash mainly right up in the yard area [Music] this way [Music] clothesline [Music] I could do it with that bigger machine but it just takes a while I can be a lot more finesse with this one foreign thank you foreign all right so we'll uh I got all this I got a bunch of material piled up there got it all raked out away from the house so Ben can get in do his thing he's gonna start he said he starts with pushing the glass in um getting the windows knocked in stuff like that which makes sense a little bit safer you know you're not worried about glass flying around or anything scraped up all this junk that was down through there and um then I went ahead and opened up he's we are not taking down this Barn here customer wants to save that one so uh there was a couple trees right in front of us here where he really couldn't you know you couldn't pull a truck or anything I think the customer's got a boat and tractor and stuff like that but he wanted to actually be able to use this so the point is to get all this cleaned up around here but I'm going to open that up down through there you know obviously leaving the big mature trees doing what we normally do with the force you're mulching um the lot isn't terribly wide it's only as wide as that to right behind the building over there so it's not humongous but it goes really far back but um and then this line right here where this pink flag is here's a little pink flag so everything from that line up comes out as far as trees buildings everything and then uh because I about right there I think is where the house is going to go somewhere in that direction or that area so they'll have a nice big front yard and all that kind of stuff so tear down the old house clean everything up basically a restart and he's still got some of this old stuff that's pretty cool but so I do need to figure out I do need to talk to the customer about there is a lot of like Organics and stuff I don't know also look at the contract I can't remember if we're just going to smooth everything out because he's having somebody else dig the foundation the Builder is doing all that so I need to figure out what he wants to do as far as if he wants that scraped off down here um because I'll bring the Dozer back for that we're just going to lose it out here in the woods but um and it does drop off over there on that side it might be able to lose some over there but uh yeah so we got the shear X this will be uh the first actual job that it has been on so super excited I might want to lose it there bud okay he's just gonna hang there so um very very excited about this uh you guys um we'll do all kinds of videos on this thing but uh honestly um I'm a little with my foot and everything I'm just trying to basically just get in the machine and sit in the machine my foot is killing me just from walking from there to here so I'm going to get in the machine and just start running and then we will we will get to that stuff later oh mercy got a trap door on it see this bad boy wants to do foreign [Applause] [Music] foreign [Music] [Music] foreign all right guys I don't know if you saw it but uh I was just right down here in this area and then I thought it was a chunk of wood stop the cutter head so I started backing up along a log to you know to pack it out and we have a steel rod is in there really good oh man that's a mess first 10 minutes of it ah hopefully I can get it out of there I might take the mini and see if I can't push it one way or another but it's right over the top of the tooth can't see where it's at on the bottom I'm sorry Shear X I'm sorry we'll get this straightened out here real quick um many of you guys might know this is a this is a demo unit so hopefully we'll get this uh thing out of there and not tear anything up it does look like doesn't look like I heard the line or any that's a bolt-on liner oh mercy it's always something all right let me get the mini foreign so it's a big old Bolt I don't know if you guys can see it right there that's the head uh it's like a square head of a bolt and it's stuck right on top of that ring wedged right in there oh man I don't know how I'm gonna get this thing out of here let me try to figure something out because it needs to it needs to goodness you can see where it cut in through the tooth tooth didn't break not yet tell you what guys it is always something for us from Ocean you're always finding junk like this I hope that's all it was I'm gonna go down there and check that area make sure there's no more of that but um could have been a lot worse could have been a lot worse I don't think I broke anything I don't think I broke
