[Music] hey y'all welcome to today's video my name is julie and today we are thrift shopping at my local goodwill i am thrift shopping with my daughters kelsey and elizabeth today and my little grandson riot i will explain to you in case you're new how i do my haul portions of the video i show you all throughout the video what i purchased how much i paid for it and how i styled it in my home so stay tuned all throughout the video to see what i purchased and how i styled it [Music] this is cute what is it is it just a bird [Music] y'all we used to love going to six flags and riding all of those rides this just brought back a lot of memories for me we loved us some theme parks y'all with the roller coasters and stuff do you guys like riding roller coasters or are you not a roller coaster kind of person i personally don't like them anymore but when i was younger i would get on just about any anything i think i just grew older and wiser what about you [Music] okay y'all look how beautiful these pots and pans are there's actually more on another aisle we just happened to find this one here but y'all these are so thin they're beautiful but i bet that they did not cook well look at these cute little pants elizabeth ended up purchasing they fit her very well anyway back to the pots and pans we do end up finding the rest of the set on another aisle but y'all they're just too thin and i don't think they were real brass i'm not really sure what they were they were beautiful but anyway i use stainless steel to cook on and i absolutely love love love me some cast iron what about you what do you cook on do you use cast iron do you use stainless steel what do you use when cooking [Music] [Music] [Music] y'all my kelsey she definitely has an eye for beautiful decor she found this beautiful little pottery piece here she does end up purchasing it and i'm going to show you how she has it styled in her home at the end of the video don't skip towards the end though because we still have a lot of stuff all throughout the video that i purchased that i want to share with you too [Music] [Music] [Music] okay y'all i actually had these nutcrackers in my buggy i was thinking about them in my buggy for quite some time and when it gets time to kind of clean out my buggy and see what i'm going to purchase and what i'm not this one just did not make the cut on this day but i wish that i would have got these because these would have been adorable to hang off of little gift bags especially for the grandkids they would have totally ate that up and loved that so now i'm gonna be on the hunt for some more so that i can actually do that but that's a cute little idea when you come across the stuff like that excuse me in the thrift store think about um you can hang it off of gift bags especially for kids and they love that kind of stuff [Music] thank you ryan you bringing these for beds thank you [Music] okay y'all and if you have clear glass canisters i have shared this before for spring all the different seasons fall i buy little tea cups to go in my glass canisters like my flour and my sugar because i think that it is just adorable to see that extra little touch and you can actually use it i just purchased some for fall but those that i just showed you the christmas ones would be cute too and look i found the name on those pots and pans here camel i'm not really sure i'm not familiar with that brand if you know anything about them let us know did we just pass up a really good deal and leave these behind i don't know i know nothing about them like i said i use stainless steel so i did not purchase these [Music] [Music] and look here you guys i think it was my latest video that i shared where i purchased some pampered chef here is some more pampered chef however i know that i would not use this one very much i wouldn't cook little bundt cakes or whatever but y'all look at these little plates that kelsey finds she does end up purchasing both of these and i'm going to share with you at the end of the video how she styled these as well and i am also about to come across a couple of more purchases that i get and i'm going to show you how i styled them here just really quickly and i love them i was on the hunt for some fall decor little pictures for my bedroom and y'all they i found some here and i am so so excited to share that with y'all they are so beautiful [Music] do [Music] do [Music] you found stuff kelsey's coming over here with stuff what'd you find cozy that's cute with the little pots on it and i put it on my back oh cute i'm gonna paint this but i like yeah that'd be cute on your back porch yeah it'd be cute okay i had to do a voiceover because as y'all could hear the music was crazy loud but right here she is just showing me this picture i told her i was not feeling it i did not like it and she said well i like the frame so i'm thinking about getting it just for the frame i said well think about it in the buggy put it in the buggy and you can always put it back if you decide you don't want it so that's what we were discussing and i picked up this basket because i wasn't sure if she needed it for her laundry with the new baby and all coming so we do put this in the buggy and think about this in the buggy but we do end up putting this back she decided she did not want this it heats up by your i have one yeah it's only 99 cents that's a good is it larry don't like it because it don't have the thumb thing but i like it and i think it scoops very well because it's very solid yeah like you feel how and it warms up by the heat of your hand but whatever you do don't put in the dishwasher it looks like somebody already did put it in the dishwasher but it'd be right [Music] [Music] do [Music] do [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] foreign [Music] so [Music] do [Music] [Music] okay y'all and i almost purchased this little kleenex box here as a little upcycle project but y'all i don't know that i've ever seen a kleenex box in the store that is this flat so any of the ones i've ever seen are a lot thicker than that and so i didn't purchase that because i thought well if i get this i'm not going to be able to find a kleenex box to fit in there i know that like in a hotel and stuff i've seen them a little bit thinner but i've never been able to go to like the store and find them that thin have y'all i don't know i thought that would have been a very cute little project to put and hang up in the bathroom but y'all i was afraid i would not be able to find kleenex to fit it [Music] okay y'all so i bought this thermos because elizabeth needs it to take her lunch in now i know that a lot of people decorate with thermoses and i thought that this one was very beautiful for the fall actually and i know nothing about this brand so if y'all do know anything about the brand let us know down below but y'all i mainly got this because she loves to take like potato soup and stuff like that to her school that she goes to on tuesdays and thursdays but anyway so that's why i purchased that [Music] [Music] do [Music] okay so this is why i always tell you guys to move things around and look behind stuff because this beautiful picture was tucked away behind two or three other pictures you only saw in the clip that i moved one but i did actually have to move several pieces to get to this but y'all look how beautiful this is this is just a beautiful beautiful picture i think it is an oil painting i'm not really sure but it is gorgeous do [Music] you now i'm trying to see if it might have a drawer no no drawer no [Music] oh little girl those are some pretty cheers old josh needs something for her to cut to his boots i think this is the thing you put you put your put your foot on it to take your boots off i think um i know they do not have 9.99 on that on this big rubbermaid tote look at our cart it's like overflowing oh they've got a lot of their linens hanging up now let's see what they got though what is this a bed skirt of some kind [Music] yeah so they've started hanging it all up here kelsey like they do in the houston and stuff like all their blankets and stuff thought they started hanging theirs up let me see looks like a curtain or something [Music] [Music] i also wanted to share with you a couple of clothing items that i got i got this beautiful sweater it's like an oversized sweater for 3.99 and then i got these cute little brown booties for the fall they were only 1.99 they are walmart brand and i really like them because they're kind of already broken and comfortable i normally cannot buy shoes from walmart because they are so stiff and uncomfortable but since these were only 1.99 i tried them on and i think they're going to work perfect they are a size bigger than i normally wear which is perfect because i find that walmart shoes run a little small anyway but anyway now we're going to finish
