the Doctor Who Ones Still In The Boxes wow they're bringing out a whole new range of Lord of the Rings still and I noticed I did you notice there's no rings of power no [Music] no not yet uh how's the dragon it ha if it has another successful it's usually three seasons before they start Big Time merchandising uh TV toy stuff they never did Lego um Game of Thrones no McFarland had the license I don't know who has it now well they did do a they're technically Legos as they they are they put together like Legos and you get you but you don't have like Lego mini it's actual an actual minifigure and I'll show you this German company called Blue bricks which is trying to kind of compete with Lego uh and when they do that blue bricks blue bricks uh B do they make b-r-i-x-x for bricks okay and uh German company very local uh and they do some good sets but what they don't do which I think is pretty you know pretty clever don't have many figures because these are made to essentially go with your Lego sets so they see like if the Lego castle they'll do pieces which which will go like houses and you know stuff for a town which Lego just doesn't do and they won't put Minifigures with it because then you can just put your Lego Minifigures with did McFarland do uh House of the Dragon stuff somebody in the chat said they did let's see he did some Plastics is it more normal for HBO stuff to get like the Blu-ray straight away because Netflix shows take forever if they're lucky enough to get Blu-rays not curious because we are slouching toward a worse era where we're lucky to get physical copies but it was kind of neat that I was the dragon came out on 4K like straight away or at least you know soonish so they just did some dragons that are basically molds that are statues right like plastic statues it counts Gary using the IP though it is they'll probably like I'm talking about action figure lines Lego you know one sixth scale that's what I'm talking about not like James Gunn being very direct about previous uh Warner's Warner management um and maybe that's ruffled feathers I don't really care uh because I think the reboot's kind of a flop I think oh you big time yeah I think it's I think it's it if you look at it there's a lot of views um but it's nowhere near like even a Marvel phase four announcement like it's talking about it like people don't give a [ __ ] and people don't give a [ __ ] yeah like I I think James Gunn was like probably the best talent you could poach for Marvel but it's still I don't I just don't think it's enough to move the needle um I watched the uh the the red carpet for uh Quantum Mania yesterday and that seemed dialed down from previous red carpets it seemed a little like a smaller Affair how many times do they say stunning and brave inclusion of diversity sorry no they they kind of dialed that back they they did uh except um we're gonna get mega MCU in this like it's it's just more so uh yeah yeah and I think they are setting up Hank payment to die well of course I mean I'm surprised he's made it this long I can't imagine Michael Douglas wants to continue and if you get over the actor who wants to exit you kill them right a lot of the time anyway for that big emotional payoff well according to one of the producers this whole series is about Janet Van Dyne it's about Michelle Pfeiffer's character it's not really about Scotland [Laughter] uh so we'll get into that I'll play you a clip from Evangeline Lilly who doesn't look as much she looks like a girl again thankfully she looks less frodo-y she looks less she's got she's got short hair it's blonde it looks like a wig put up the hot toys for them as well uh yeah yeah I saw Robert showed the the head sculpt for Paul Rudd it looked pretty good yeah but the problem with the hot toys is recently and they've been showing off some incredible head Scopes but when the actual item arrives it ain't that head sculpt not as good as uh what's been shown off so let's you know when in art stuff starts to arrive it's going to be interesting to see the if that really holds up because if the in art stuff really holds up then uh hot toys are uh they gotta they got a legit well I think they do but it's a bad time because economic downturn petroleum-based products I will see if this stuff hangs in there this is usually the time we start losing toy companies um remember the last rest session although hot toys survived that um and Hogwarts Legacy uh apparently is a massive hit and everybody's buying it everybody's taking tests from what I understand that was pretty much expected before they all promoted the hell out of it yep they just sold more stuff I was actually talking to um a friend about this like you couldn't have a strategy as a company to be like what is our angle going to be and if you want to suggest uh outrage marketing or controversial marketing whatever you might be able to try but it's like it's like a gambling whether or not that'll actually work fully but when you've got something that was bound to sell anyway and now is selling more through controversy I was like this thing might do incredibly well like uh I don't know yeah I don't know what's gonna happen God I thought even Ant-Man for a minute and then I was like no not yet here's the here's the deal with it like let's get exactly because I know that's that's in the the it's it's in The Ether right now with all this stuff going on with temple and everything about the Streisand Effect and it works if your shit's good like it worked for Joker even in the original game okay yeah and it's stuff that you can ignore if you want to or you can do it additionally and then you get extra rewards like uh different weapons with different bonuses it's um the stuff that wasn't in the original and oh it's nice and creepy too and it's kind of neat that a lot of people will be I don't know I think drinka said this is he hasn't played The Originals this is his first time wow in the form of the Remake so okay yeah um as people have been asking me like am I going to stream Hogwarts Legacy I don't care about Harry Potter I never have uh so they run around with the little sticks and stuff and you can let me know if it's uh if it's good I'm curious about that is it a good game I want to know that but yeah because I know nothing about Harry Potter I did I'm like God there's a bunch of ugly kids wow they're going through a tough time Gary yeah but this is set like in the 1800s isn't it I think oh okay all right all right there's like there that happened at the end of the fourth movie and I was like oh spoilers Cedric that's what I'm gonna say I remember I remember dude the fourth movie uh is actually the worst even worse than the sixth at cutting [ __ ] out really important [ __ ] out the sixth movie is the worst movie it's still an entertaining movie the Sixth movie is the worst movie um and it cuts the most [ __ ] out and they make this dumbest decisions but fourth they're cutting out all the all the house self stuff is ridiculously yeah uh and like JK was even telling him like don't cut that out don't do it and they did it uh I think my favorite of the four so far has been chamber of secret snake film uh I like yeah I think the best film is Prisoner of Azkaban by far like best directed but it also like does some Butchery to the book but it's still like Alphonse Quran is really good really good director I got Gary Oldman and best soundtrack too John Williams oh Gary oldman's the [ __ ] one of my all-time in the meantime but yeah like the half season being you lose Winterfell right not getting overrun with zombies that'd be quite a quite an effective thing to have happen but that's where it ended we ended the [ __ ] story then talked about the missed opportunity of having winter come to the north then that then the white walkers come and make winter worse and you could have a half a season of straight up horror fantasy and you don't have to spend a lot of money because it's winter it's Blizzard's blowing and you can have this uh yeah you could have the small folk in their Huts coward down be great I never heard of it must have been well um did you hear oh um so Umbrella Academy is still going but uh its season was reduced to six episodes uh so that's exactly what's gonna happen to The Witcher by the way Witcher season four or five no matter [ __ ] what happens uh if they get a four and five it will be one season split into two just like they did with Doctor Who towards the end when it got canceled that doctor who got canceled and RTD came in and saved it uh somebody was talking about that but that yeah they so they took the last Commission of of episodes and they just broke it down into multiple specials and seasons and called it like a two seasons or Seasons a season and specials but it was essentially the last season that we're gonna get anyway so I think that's what's gonna happen to uh Witcher I think it's [ __ ] done I think it's done baby I have said that it's can be difficult to go past season five if they get a season five oh they're not getting if they get a season five it will be half of season four that's what I'm saying so say they got a 10 episode order yeah yeah eight episode order for season four we'll have a a four episode season four and a four episode season five or five and three or some [ __ ] like that well they're trying to spread the um third season out with Kevin aren't they because uh they know that uh they're gonna have to go weekly on their stuff they're just gonna have to bite the ball I don't know why the [ __ ] they're not doing it is it pride is it [ __ ] Pride you get more minutes watched people will be subscribed longer
