hired all the way from the cheapest to the medium to the most expensive basketball trainer I could possibly find from Craigslist IG family friends Word of Mouth the best possible thing I could find for a bank for my buck so I can actually get my skills up so now I'm gonna leave it up to y'all after y'all watch the video tell me down below the comments which basketball trainer was the best bang for my buck started now so y'all we about to get our first experience with the cheapest trainer um shout out to Bree I put this right here on IG I'm looking for a trainer and Bree uh she actually texted me and said hey this girl here she'll be able to help you out so I checked out she look official this right here is a profile I can see right here on the side she looked legit man you know definitely a hoopa Hooper you can tell that she got experience she charges 70 five dollars for 90 minutes I kept telling I only want to do one hour but she kept saying she don't charge for the hours so we're gonna tell her hours just we're gonna say seventy dollars right yeah so we out here in Inglewood we drove out here I told her that I was gonna come to her you know so this right here is like her setting where she actually trim people gonna be outside right yeah so it is 68 degrees not too bad I guess let's go ahead and get to it I'm a little nervous I haven't been trading a minute but I charge of Player Development at UCF for two years I just go all around the country work hard and just trying to make the most out of it and just trying to get into it yeah basketball training coming up with new teams at my own brand it's called swish ocean and [Music] both sides of your body and it is a really good warm-up girl so much this way yeah first thing we got is an eight triple move things so most of the time a lot of people don't know I learned this from John Lucas by the way but um a lot of people don't know this is that whatever hand I start with never forget this this is with a lot of the top dribblers and attackers are doing something that never forget this never never whatever hand the ball is if I do an even amount of of switches of the hand I'm always going to go that way so put the ball in your right hand do two two switches switches will be going right you see that so is that like a Tennessee nope the ball's in your right hand if I do two switches of the ball yeah two it's going to be a cross switch hands it could be a queen it could be a behind if I do either one of those an even amount of times I'm still going to be going the same amount of weight right here we never hand the ball starts for does that make sense uh I get you yeah yeah so do a four five six all right now do it fast so if I do it all right I'ma go the opposite way so if I want to set you up with a four dribble counter you're going to think that I have the craziest ball handling in the world it's a little light right there but uh yeah yeah it is a lot it is but it's a teacher thing there around 10 30 to get set up any way you can get there a bit earlier than 11 and it's 11 16. oh yeah we have a chat prior to our session regarding your goals and how you perceive your game run out Century which would be an assessment session we put all our athletes through to get basis of your skills strengths and weaknesses and then go over steps on how we would approach your training in the teaching through and then we got group sessions 300 a month you get three sessions with us a week so we definitely have an array of packages to help from everybody I hope everybody from every some side hand underhand overhand zero step floaters like do 100 uh 140 different types of shots um oh it's all today man so right away back and forth about the fire then we'll go into 10 minutes 10. do the same thing make ten and we'll do Euro Step right where Jay is sitting Left Right Euro Step let's do a floater [Music] and then we're gonna go right left footwork so right left hand then the slow a little bit heavy what we want to do is we want to create like really sharp action when we go to stop so we create separation just on our ability to be able to desell you're just like you were so cognizant or so aware of like you actually shooting and making the shot that all your action getting into it it was really upright a little stiff and you're really slow and heavy try to work on sharpness you did a good job stopping body and not going forward you actually came back to space I was very impressed with that you making shots yeah I see you Jay I love the way he trained man yeah I love the way you train man hey like after I do the drink he took me why I could do better to improve it right after he just hit me like you know just with my moves oh man if I do a 1v1 depends on how the way she did the energy 10 out of 10. the way how her and her friend was actually able to train me and actually give me key points was amazing I actually felt like super young it's crazy because like you skip saying you know good job made me feel like that was actually doing a great job and I actually wanted to do more because it was underneath the heat but the only bad day was was it Inglewood and we did have a drive-by on us all right we had like six kids come out the parking lot and somebody like look like a circus in a small car they can't say what's up cash whatever blah and then one dude was like bro you got a nice car and I made sure to double lock that no triple Locker car after we went to the court beat I would say I love the energy I love her enthusiasm the way she was able to train me it made me feel like I was like really involved more than I actually was I can't really explain it but y'all see the end of the video I was able to find her I put an ad up what do
