station cottage way they might have made a wood [Music] fence a little tiny one no way look at that what's that all about then the corrugated roof i've got a door so that's still used down in the end then nice little nice little spot in there [Music] think trains would have come up where were they with the dud and come out that tunnel come here then come back up that way no this wouldn't have been there yeah that's what i mean with the train stopped here then gone back up through the tunnel onto the line so like this would have been the end of the line yeah so this been the end of the line it wouldn't it went that way what the down here i don't know oh what is it there's more railways oh so it did go through oh yeah you can see it there yeah that's what it's trying to work out like yeah it's actually nice it's pretty centered you never knew this was here another station trying to feel it it's a unique one and it's outdoor one i don't mind doing ones like this is when you're doing the old underground well as much as the deep level ones are called it's a bloody hassle they're not so deep level one's alright they're like mark children oh look at that i don't know so yeah the trains did come down there this is like another platform here see the hole tunnel hey it's like caution a minute there's the black door everyone should get down here and tour bus out this door i thought there's a hole in it then it's not yeah they got like internal doors aren't they say you must use it for bat roost and then where did the corrugated roof so the underground station was always there when this one was here yeah yeah well to a certain point i guess i think they've done that covered over the plant that would have been planned call the old lights in there yeah vent shaft the first vent shaft i've seen with no door oh sure well that'd be the bench shaft down in there i guess yeah they turned into a bench yeah that was a really that was originally the old entrance into the underground before they built that new one down there further down the road well i guess i would have been the entrance to the middle of the station because you wouldn't be able to get no no yeah you were at the height you're at the higher level station upper level then you're at the lower level the underground you'd have to go for the underground to the middle though wouldn't you because you wouldn't be able to go across oh could have been tracks there yeah that's how you get out unless she was allowed to walk across the track years ago and this one it's a weird door it's similar in the underground cast iron yeah i'm not very good look no way what the no i've got my torch out two seconds that's mad it's not shaping it's not perfectly round it's like it's overall and there's no tracks down here for a while was it where they go then that going to the next that one's still got rails down in that one let's have a look should we walk down this one see where it goes this one the sleepers looking a lot better condition don't they yeah i don't use wooden sleepers no more do they oh concrete that's what i was looking at when i was waiting for a train before i was looking down thinking that's where the concrete i didn't know this was like this that's a bonus i never been open i didn't think i was going to see a railway tunnel oh it comes up little cutouts on the side the last time a train came down here been weird if someone's removed all the rails off it but they didn't take the sleepers what they're going to use it for true see mr moody yeah so i'm just thinking where would this line would have originally went to hmm it smells like a bunker in here yeah someone's been scrapping the copper out down here and then and then they copper down here there you go yeah the sleepers have gone here make it easier to walk over how weird that is that's a bonus imagine buying an old tunnel like this just use zero shells in the wall yeah it'd be good for that one call this all like hold markings and people's names on the walls but i guess a soot would have covered that with the trains running up and down it oh steam power um brick wall in it see there's light in there that is part of the old isolator we put wires around on the walls ceramic ones in there so we get on a pylon [Applause] that makes sense and the other side with the open end and all that was full well i guess even then being abandoned they've still got uh yeah they still like maintaining i supposed to run their brand new hs2 line through here i'm putting it forever everybody old station coming and going in here i can't believe how long this tunnel is like one in the morning the only train that's running at that time is freight train that's fair few years ago before it got electrified because they dropped the line down didn't they then got rid of half a box you had to demolish half a box to bloody make it strong yeah because obviously they had to put room in that tunnel for the electric lines above so they had to drop the track height down apparently just put door into the five-way station yeah i wonder where this brings you out though is it no it's called a buffer how's that i know some bits about trains i don't know i was just about to say do you reckon it is abandoned me rails are missing some of them were concrete back there oh were they trespasser's getting in here when you just walk through the door they don't lock oh wow look at the tunnel it changes it's a different style teleport yeah what spot for train sporting yeah there's a deep shelter yeah eight holes jobby lt must be live railway there mate well look at that says that tl 203 on the wall old sign yes this must be it's definitely live on that side and one we've done it you
