shall proceed thanksgiving and the voice of them that make merry and now we multiply them and they shall not be filled and we glorify them and they shall not be small verse 20. and their congregation shall be established before me and now we punish all that oppress them verse 21 and their nobles shall be of themselves and their how many governors are here shall proceed from the midst of them and i will cause him to draw that and he shall approach unto me for who is this that is engaged in his heart to approach unto me see the lord what i love about the word of god is that it gives man's responsibility and it shows god's response as a as a result of man's responsibility in other words there are certain steps taken by man and then there are things that god will do to respond to those steps taken by man now the bible says anywhere where out of them proceed the voice of thanksgiving and those rejoicing what god will do is if we multiply them and they will not be filled it will glorify them and they will not be small as we come to praise god thank god that today is the 1st of september what a way to begin a new month on sunday as we are worshiping the lord spoke that the ripple effect of your worship will bring rain over the nation it's said to be a reign of healing on one part and a reign of judgment or the other part you remember hallelujah and now we're about to praise god again tonight [Music] so many years ago many many years ago i let me not see many many so i don't sound like a very old man you know i was a very young boy i'm still a very young boy and uh i had i had a song praising the lord is welcome to do i had no force on that i thought it was a white man singing and then when i looked for the name i saw panda and passive paul i i felt i was so convinced that it was a white man you know and then somebody told me that no in the city of abeokuta and the sun went round someone has been raised by god from the northern part of nigeria you know there is something about brethren from the nuts i told somebody that when a young man people from my side tells me it's a christian watch very well when a nibble man tells us a christian watch very well but when somebody from the north says i'm a christian it's a christian [Music] hallelujah yeah that's the truth and maybe it's because of that scripture that says it's my zion's side of the northern the bible says promotion does not come from these from the word from the south but the bible didn't talk about not because not is the city of the most high maybe that's why northern christians are always extra anointed [Music] and that explains why satan is so mad about the northern part of nigeria but the king will sit over the knot whether the enemy likes it or not so now we are so privileged so after a while after many years of listening to him and desiring to see him one day one day when i was in the final university of ibadan and somehow i felt in my spirit that we should reach out we should invite him and i love to do things by the spirit i just love to follow so i went to chapel of you i was the president of the joint christian relationship restaurant by one day and so i prayed about it and as i was coming i saw one of the senior friends who used to be in ui but now serving so i when they were sitting for him and he was walking his ass and i said no tom where were you you are back and i said sorry where where did they post you to and they said just and i just jokingly said that means we'll be seeing partner passport ah he said i'm working in dr pernan's music school i said come let's talk how do we invite this dear man of god then he said that oh so finally we got his number we called down we marched down to just the only time i've been to just in my life went to josh okay the second time i went to josh and then went to his house and he received us wonderfully and then he came to invest of ibardo and from that day dr panam has this so much love in himself in him so much when we're just about 30 40 in the church one of the days he came to lagos and he called that i was told you are now pastoring illegal i say yes sir he said okay so where is the church i'm in lagos right now that was on saturday i will be coming tomorrow and i said no ah we don't have instruments or anything we are not ready and he said even if you are the only one i will come and minister i just want to come and be a blessing so it came and severally he's been here with us severally and then after about five or six years of him should be six years the last time he came was at the former venue at the beginning and we are so privileged again tonight [Music] [Applause] well if you call him the father of the gospel of music in nigeria you will not be wrong at all if you call him a teacher of the world you will be equally right if you call him general vasya you're also correct the sincere truth is it's a man that wears a coat of many colors and what a privilege tonight to have somebody although a grandpa still making mighty waves for the name of jesus christ and one of the people one of the very people who have stayed with what god has called them serious encounter with the lord and for me that was a turnaround and i was raised up by uncle biopharma nuri of capro and it's been exactly 47 years now but i've been a minister and you know ministering for 47 years you would have seen all the good the bad and the ugly and i'm telling you there is nothing as good as little beginning nothing and for me it has not changed every blessed day is a brand new beginning and you know the interesting thing what i do my philosophy from my understanding is that every day i actually receive jesus christ afresh and i don't let my experience of yesterday dictate my tomorrow i always want to have a brand new day because the bible says this is the day that the lord has made and and be glad in it hallelujah praise god can i have uh those and i'll be honest with you we don't even care because for us to live is christ and when we die satan has lost the biggest error for satan is for a child of god to die because he has lost the game and you see so so when we when we decided that we're going to follow jesus we are the ones that the bible says now take up your cross daily and follow me because any day could be your crucifixion it is better to be crucified with the lord jesus christ than to dine than to eat blood money so i just want to encourage you we've never given up let me be honest with you we're not giving up we will never give up anybody who thinks that is giving up for us in the future has made a mistake because the signature of church is israel and if israel couldn't be destroyed then trust the lord i will build my church and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it hallelujah say to your sister it is too late to give up say to your brother don't give up you know why because it's not over can you sit down stood up and said how do i introduce myself to you and then my own father asked all the elders that were sitting there and he said how many of you know the man called dr panam percy paul and all the elders lifted their hands in approval and my father for the first time in 19 years proudly beat upon his chest and said he is my son now listen to me people it doesn't matter who started before you and it doesn't matter who has gone before you [Music] and it doesn't matter what they choose to call you let them call you what they want to call you after all every man is entitled to his own opinion so when they say to you nothing good will ever come out of you you just tell them that is your own opinion and when they say to you you will never amount to anything in this life you just tell them
