compared to hayen but the quality of the outcome is better in haien paying attention to the fine details in AA avatars like nodding blinking eyebrow raising giving them a human touch which I found pretty impressive which tool offers better customer support both haen and cicia offer excellent customer support providing assistance to users 24/7 through live chat and email they have also received outstanding ratings on trust pilot with haen achieving an impressive 4.7 out of five stars and Cynthia receiving 4.4 out of five stars so in terms of customer support both tools appear to have an tailored to specific needs and you'll need to contact haen for a price quote it includes all the features of the business plan and it offers even more like unlimited videos and dedicated customer support on the other hand Synthesia offers a free plan that allows you to create videos with up to 200 characters but with very limited options and features to access premium features you'll need to upgrade to either the starter or Enterprise plan the starter plan allows you to create 10 minutes of video for $22 but it's not as flexible as haen when it comes to adjusting the total video content duration this means that you won't be able to adjust the video content minutes once you have exhausted the alloted total video duration the Enterprise plan of Synthesia is similar to haun's Enterprise duration compared to hen's Creator plan at $24 the custom avatar is not included in synthia's package and you will need to pay an additional fee to add one in contrast haan's Creator plan at $24
