hello everybody it is chance and i'm back and i've got one for you today this one right here y'all this one is crazy i feel like i've been saying that a lot here lately but it's the truth nothing but the truth yes sit back relax this is gonna be fun it's got some really cool features that you've never seen or that i've never showed on the channel for sure if there's your first time running across us though uh like i said my name is chance and i travel around all over and tour these awesome homes um we are in sanford north carolina we're at homes by banterville i'm so grateful they let me come tour their life models they have so many awesome homes a quick scan this is just one half of what they have the rest are on the other side but anyways we're going to be touring all their all their second floor i guess i'll give it away second floor i'll show you all that too show you this back real quick i do want to mention if you would would you please hit that like button for us i know some the backside is not as fixed up as the front or whatever but i did want to come back here and show you that we have a sliding glass door this house is laid out crazy like like nothing i've seen so this is huge front porch i love the vinyl color i've you know keep in mind all that stuff's optional but i i really like it okay we're going into the front door right about now i'll tell you when we go in this front door it's going to be crazy it's going to be crazy i'm just trying to trying to build it up build up let's go [Music] so as soon as you walk in check out what we got right here this great little room has a door sliding barn door let's see if it was shut you know actually let's get it all the way shut there we go so if you wanted to have it shut off you could you come in here man plenty of room to hang some coats shoes boots ladies i feel like y'all would love to have this in your home that way nobody be tracking in i do like the floor all right pan let's look at this living room whoa whoa oh oh wow let's not get all the way in there yet goodness i love this stone fireplace this is wood burning you put gas inserts whoa look at all those windows y'all see what i see you see what i see you see [Music] had to make sure it was worth the pantry dancing oh my goodness you got cabinets in here golly i've been doing the pantry dance way too much here at this place every pantry is like huge wow what an island this island could have its own zip code okay not funny brand new stainless steel appliances i love the back the backsplash that we have it goes all the way up love that bit of hood i hope these views are doing for you what they're doing for me this is beautiful a chair dining room table is definitely a first for me built in microwave and we come into laundry what's a laundry lawn drive there's that side door that we looked at when we shoot an exterior your spot for your washer and dryer on the other side over there then you have a sink in between that's cool man i can't get over the views right here this is nice so all the bedrooms are down here we'll finish up checking out that upstairs tell you it's a little bit colder up here than it is back at home uh but the sun is out so it's actually a pretty good day to be shooting some videos oh can't get that away wow these uh guest rooms are huge believe that's gonna be nine foot ceilings this is the closet that you see sometimes in in the main bedroom this size tell you what that's crazy okay wow sooner we got to the master pretty fast oh all right let's go in here and check out the bells now just see that oh gosh i don't know how to i can i don't want to give away the shower first we gotta oh man there's no really no way what if i turn around this way oh i'm smart square porcelain sinks baby yes lots of storage that we have in here nice linen closet okay now i guess i can show you all the shower check it out at the top walk in here turn the water on real quick this is beautiful we still gotta head upstairs all right there let's do that so this door is right here is where we go upstairs into the attic now like most of the ones that we've done this one is not finished out or anything so you can keep it just like it is or you could completely finish it out you know that's some options that you have there and it goes all the way across [Music] and i don't have measuring tape with me but i'm just the only way i know how to do it okay so i'm six foot in my head's right there so probably six one with shoes on so you can see obviously you definitely got standard room unless you get really close over here or to the other side but it goes all the way the length of the house a lot of what would you put up here a lot of a lot of possibilities so what for new viewers i'm only providing what's been provided to me okay we do these tours and everything for your entertainment just to show you everything that's out there okay and i said the other day but if you know of some really cool places drop them in the comments i love to check them out so when it comes to pricing i'm going to give you pricing for the show model we just showed so that means there's options that you can take off to make the price lower and there's things you can add to make the price more expensive but you're going to be seeing that coming across the screen keep in mind it's just a general average price as in there could be other county regulations i'm not able to factor for extra freight charges depending on exactly where you're at all those different details so
