will made a good first impression same Bologna different breads Carrie and Steven what is that made an impact but not in a good way it was like tongue jams from a dinosaur but the wars dish belonged to Krupa a Koopa that is krappa a big opening night dinner service come on Krupa redeemed herself who took the wedding stuff now Harry and Elise butted heads on the blue team once right why are you giving me garnish wearing Saints the first [ __ ] table appetizers the men unbelievably sent no entrees out to their diners and lost the first dinner service blue cheese the hell were you doing choosing nominees led to a major blowout between Brendan and Paul [ __ ] slap you across the garden meatball when it came time to send someone home the men nominated Steve and vana Roy and Chef Ramsay added a nominee of his element Tina Step four clicks but in the end it was Steve who saw his dream of being head chef at BLT Steak in New York City go up in flames [Music] [Music] [Applause] [Music] and now the continuation of Hell's Kitchen please tell me how he could screw up tonight anymore dinner service tonight was so embarrassing man I have never in my life had a side item stopper entree dude never I'm glad we lost this should be reality check numero uno the more we fought the deeper we sank Brendan and Paul were bitching at each other like they bunch of little girls man you don't fight in front of Chef bro this is nonsense me and meatball got into it a little bit Paul is absolutely threatened by me if you think you're too good to communicate leave that [ __ ] at the door man because right now it's a team competition and we got to be a team man after an abysmal dinner service Chef Ramsay wants the chef's up early so he's organized an early-morning concert [Music] finally medium ribeye a medium well filet and a well-done burger and will because you're one person short gonna be Manning the grill on your own you do not want to lose this challenge trust me hell yes I know I can cook meat I'm definitely confident and going up against anybody here Duncan you'll 20 minutes starting from now find the grill let's go after an opening night meltdown Chef Ramsay has selected this back-to-basics challenge in which the chef's must work in pairs and grill four cuts of meat to specific temperatures a medium-rare New York Strip medium ribeye medium well filet and a well-done burger oh my god the mere sight of Carey irritates back up off my arm the [ __ ] won't let me do [ __ ] what's up Oh while sparks are already flying between Elise and Kerry Jonathan and Brendon thanks miss is a beer colder and [ __ ] are completely laid-back I know it's early but [ __ ] you know every time you fire up the grill you wanna grab a beer men absolutely have an advantage over women over the grill ever since we were cavemen we've been roasting woolly mammoths over the open flame we're definitely gonna kick ass ten minutes left let's go how's that filet they can family longer while the pair's continued to frantically work their meat we should have threw that one on last will the only chef working as a solo where are you done Blenheim Russia has a more hands-off approach you let them flame in yon medium well filet and it is medium well great there and if their burger is well-done the ladies will receive a perfect score moist and well done good job that was perfect I would have kissed Amanda on the lips if we hadn't all not brushed our teeth Brendan Johnson let's go with an outstanding start by the ladies the pressure now shifts to Memphis head cook Jonathan okay and New Jersey head chef Brendan New York Strip that is not medium-rare ribeye [Music] that's perfect beautiful rear Batman it was like flowers blooming and [ __ ] the filly I asked for medium well and it is perfect burger damn I'm not gonna cut it just feel that I'm it's like one of those joke terms that you stick on your granny's chair really dude we're all supposed to be professional I would imagine and hope that people know how to cook meat piss off okay Terry at least with the score for two two for the ladies let's go Pittsburgh line cook Elise and pantry chef from Dallas Carey are eager to extend the red team's lead the New York Strip that's not medium rare that's rare it was Kerry's fall she was just standing there bitching and complaining when she should have been stairs about the challenge ribeye who cook that I did chef that's not medium that's medium-rare at least cook everyone else [ __ ] steaks every one of them 0 for 2 not impressive at all ok medium well fill it is it medium well it's medium well the Peugeot gray and dry not have to do that one our fault dear oh dear come on ladies you should not be here if you can only temp 1 out of 4 pieces of meat right next up the men are now trailing by 3 let's go but Pennsylvania Executive Chef Chino perfect and New York line cook Tommy quickly closed the gap medium-rare it is craphole good job tying the score at five vatapá next up come around sous chefs Jamie and Natalie medium rare excellence region well beautiful well done and still juicy good job earn 3 more points for the red team I'm here to win we haven't left those kitchen it's time to win a challenge and get the hell out of here let's go while Pennsylvania line cook Monterey meet you Brad perfect and Florida junior sous chef Paul it is medium well Thank You chef well done doesn't mean cremated only get two of their four meat temperatures correct disappointing sorry okay ladies you have eight men seven it's close let's go with the men trailing by just one point Jennifer Gina and Elizabeth could win the competition for the women with a perfect score if the ladies get all of these rights they clinch the deal now New York Strip I asked some medium-rare medium-rare nice ribeye I asked a medium you cooked it medium rare damn no with an incorrect temperature on the ribeye it's not medium well and the fillet damn the ladies fail to close out the competition the burger I also well done a nice color on it a great sear the burgers moist beautiful beautiful absolutely beautiful the scores are 10 - ladies 7 - the guys ok will let's go you get all 4 right you win we're doomed it's 10 7 the only guy that we have left is will and everybody was having problems of the burgers today ok New York Strip I asked for medium rare - medium wrath beach got six kids that's a lot of kids my father told me when we were younger that every generation you need to step up the family's name and I think that very seriously Chef Ramsay got to know us more on a personal level you got to know what's driving us that took Chef Ramsay from being some badass chef in the kitchen to normal human being and then I come from very accomplished family lawyers doctors master screws I always had the label potential on me and the first time I ever made a meal and served it to my family and they loved it I mean simple roast turkey aunts and uncles thought that I was just amazed I'm a Thanksgiving dinner my parents were like oh my God look what he's been doing my eyes look this is what I want to do the recipe just dawned on me there it was like potential realized the restaurant back in Hell's Kitchen the ladies are about to get intimate with a beefy Hell's Kitchen delivery I knew it oh my god dude like really you guys we don't want this to drop on the floor so potatoes coffee potatoes are in butter there it'll be yeah even though we have been working all day and we have also been studying our asses off we are not gonna lose service beef wellington scouring completely focused on doing whatever they can to be ready for tomorrow night's dinner service appetizers crispy calamari yeah well not all the women she focused on myself today was a very long day I go ladies I have this amazing feeling that we're gonna be such a good night tonight we should go around to every station and label everything yeah it's only gonna help I think that it'll be a turning the menu to be served tableside will and Kerry will be starting in the dining room making Caesar salads and later Krupa and Monterey will be carving prime rib okay ladies here we go we're gonna kick off the red team four covers Table one two Caesar salad ones dollar on brisket come on ladies let's go she said one brisket one brisket or two briskets okay the red team's got a win tonight we have to prove that we're meant to be here salad I know we're gonna kick ass once we get going this bull this woman here unbelievable who give me the brisket taste that Jennifer come on it's a long way away from brisket it's pitching yes oh my god why did I mess up the first [ __ ] salad while Jennifer's attempt at the brisket salad has gone afoul over in the blue kitchen Jonathan Chino and Brendan are working hard to get out their appetizers Caesar salad with dr. Jaffe nice scallop where are we fini walking GP knee up where's the risotto Tino how long how long out on the risotto Gino's get you head out the rise and talk to chef Chino reminds me of a chipmunk on meth he's a little bit too hyper active for me and not all is calm in his world burn on the bottom yep risotto goes on overcooked on the bottom I got it I got a chef I got nothing what's up it look like somebody just took the pan and [ __ ] in it and then try to put some Lozado on there man Oh chef I can't believe it it did it again I've got another burnt risotto it's burns its Gino what the [ __ ] is going on how long for the risotto minute excuse me I apologize result is behind it yes come on Chino I can't have another beer service today right now I have to take this more seriously nobody else I have to prove the Chef Ramsay that I belong here if you burned me that risotto one more time look at me okay look at me I'll drag you out there chef no chef while she no starts over on the risotto back in the red kitchen the women are pulling together and are pushing out appetizers at a steady pace let's go Carrie there's just one small issue oh my gosh all right three things to
