on Hell's Kitchen the chef's creativity was tested with a gourmet pizza challenge oh you've got to be [ __ ] kidding me and Chef Ramsay my friends Wolfgang Puck brought him the toughest judge of all the red team had to drop one pizza and Melanie made sure it wasn't hers I definitely don't agree with the decision I'm not satisfied at all but maybe it should have been I would give it a 1 yes what is he the men were led by Anton this is my mom whose strong effort had Wolfgang impractical oh it actually tastes a little bit like the Mediterranean Chef Ramsay declaring victory congratulations blue team and Anton in tears I just want to tell my family oh I miss you guys proud and when Chef Ramsay added fuel to Cash's fire ladies can I have a quick taste for the one who left behind or like that that for me he's been your best pizza she not surprisingly exploded no Melanie I'm so tired of your attitude an Italian family although Keysha and Bev failed many times if a pizza station you're gonna poison the kids the red team managed to pull it together for Chef Ramsay's family that's my family oh no pressure just my family oh good joy was their leader once again as they scored another victory over the men which included a disastrous performance by Wow on me times you managed slammed like that Natick and Ralph and Chris Scott and Gabriel who had a complete meltdown on pizza burn burn burn burn burn burn burn the blue team had a lot of choices but nominated Chris and Scott although Chef Ramsay wanted to hear from one other chef rap Yossef it he decided it was time to tell Chris to say goodbye to his dream of winning Hell's Kitchen and a quarter of a million dollars [Music] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Music] and now the continuation of Hell's Kitchen get out of it I've been strong from day one if I had no clue why Chef Ramsay called me up I don't understand how the [ __ ] I'm slipping when he said I did a phenomenal job last service are you kidding me right now just shut the [ __ ] up it's over leave it alone Ralph just needs to relax you better get over it you better get over to [ __ ] quit Andy I can't believe we have [ __ ] six people now [Music] while last night's dinner service was less than stellar good morning the chef seemed anxious to face Chef Ramsay's next challenge but first he has a key observation for them okay chefs based on last night's service if there's one thing that I didn't see enough of was teamwork I'm sure if you think about it the happiest times in your kitchen is when you were bonding with your brigade right yeah those are the individuals that I will be friends with forever because in my mind it's like a sort of brotherhood or a sisterhood agreed I'd like to introduce you to a group of individuals who understand the meaning of teamwork they are sorority girls coming running out from every tool are all different directions that's the kind of girl I used to look for if I was at fraternity parties get in trouble please welcome the Phi Mu sorority [Music] I love them they're always so damn happy [Applause] these lovely ladies are part of a sorority that has been in existence for 160 years we are celebrating this anniversary right here in house kitchen can I have your party planning committee come forward please nice to meet you ladies I can't wait to see you tomorrow night thank you so that is what I call spirits ladies how important is this anniversary party to you oh it is so important like there's gonna be a lot of alumni's here so the pressure is really on isn't it just like all sex up in here talking I try so hard not to laugh is there a theme that you'd like to have for your menu we were founded in Georgia so we want some good southern cooking I am from the south yes I'll be there okay so food so I know we got filter chef's today's challenge I want to see three stunning southern entrees one chicken one seafood and one beef the team that has the most issue selected by this esteemed committee will win the challenge are you ready yes good your 40 minutes starts from now for this challenge each team will have just 40 minutes to plan and prepare three southern inspired dishes you got black and catfish you got Fried Chicken the party planning committee will judge and the winning dishes will also be added to the menu for tomorrow night candy yams with the beef I feel great I'm excited I've been meaning to show some of my leadership qualities and do what I do best with the red team being led by their outspoken leader Keysha they are off and running quickly I want some chicken legs bad okay Wow over in the blue kitchen let's get a menu together guys the men are having trouble what about the blackened catfish with some Lobster we're not even gonna use them wash getting out of the starting gate let's use that ham nice um grilled ham guys we need to pick this up a little bit I did do a seafood like lobster shrimp like a gumbo with like vegetables if I boil it down on a couple minutes and then I coat it with mayonnaise mayonnaise is enough okay let's go guys come on speed up these guys have no idea what southern is all about so I knew that I had to step up and get it done properly even do that lacking catfish with the grits okay next will you do a great great mushroom gravy unbelievably the men have used a quarter of their time discussing the dishes ten minutes gone guys 30 minutes and now they finally begin to work on cooking them meanwhile over in the red kitchen tisha is clearly the chef in charge I'm letting you take this one I kind of stuck to the sides i fried off the chicken wait drain that all up there 20 minutes gone 20 minutes to go ladies yes yeah that's good she's putting cheese or anything in there and what one of these mashed potatoes no let's give them just like that they're gonna be candy like a glaze yeah just because Gabriel is from the Saltine thinks he's the man he thinks he knows at all he tastes that taste of God just a mushroom sauce puree down it's a little gritty but that's what he's taught me to style normally I'd for choosing something like this Ralph listen to me I'm from the south man I know what I'm doing I would have just made a nice clean sauce no you want you want that grittiness treat minutes ladies let's go come on stop waiting all right guys I'm a little worried about that fried chicken that's not good there's got pink [ __ ] on I went around and I put my seal of approval on every dish okay you got it under control guys ready put them on no watch you watch it watch it hey honey ready seven goes walk six five four three two one and stop [Music] ladies please legacy thank you thank you good luck about fried of the South right now okay let's start off with chicken please let's go up first with their chicken dishes are Jason and Keysha I start off with acacia I have for you all some classical slide chickens with the mac and cheese some collard greens and a little ham and I also put a side of hot sauce because everybody loves hot sauce with chicken my grandparents just from Mississippi and this is what their chicken looks like looks I'm calling baby that mac and cheezles perfect honey how was that for you um love the collard greens love them thank you so much case you're not gonna lose the Jason we got this challenge in the bag Chase is pleased we have a leg and thigh double breaded mushroom gravy and mashed potato with a little bit of white cheddar there's definitely a crunch to this one yes come on baby Vanessa how was that for you you can just really really taste the mushrooms which I love I'm like okay we got this one that dish was composed perfectly Kayla do you prefer chicken dish the red team the blue team this is a new kind of something for me and I really really enjoyed it so I think that's about thank you nice type Vanessa both exceptional dishes but she won me over with your collard greens it was just delicious thank you so red team Rachael I have to say that I loved the coating on blue team's - yeah I'm shocked right man I got the chicken with home points but apparently it wasn't good enough it's just very frustrating way to go okay next up the seafood dish let's go Jessica hopes to claim a point for the red team against Gabriel with her traditional shrimp and grits I did a little orange bourbon sauce with Tasso ham for the day's rim and cayenne peppers and there's a little bit of heat in there as well the flavors are delicious it's really good Thank You girls for it Rachel do you like me I do like it's very warm and hot I'm very hungry me was they just melt so well there's a married man you're trying to flirt with she was crazy flirtatious nice yeah well is that the dish to the ladies thank you ladies and chef over blackened catfish with sautéed green beans homemade grits with white cheddar and lobster vanessa has that for you I love the flavor oh my gosh I have to go for a second bite let's start off with Rachel is it the shrimp and grits or the catfish blackened from the blue team I love the sweet and spicy so red team it is the shrimp thank you I absolutely loved the catfish so I'm gonna go with the blue team on this one break the time Taylor if it is the blue team that you decide is the best one they've won so no pressure [Music] Oh hard I think I'm gonna have to go with the red team I really really like this dress the blue team's gonna watch out if it's in the ladies we're a back entree thank you okay now final dish the Battle of the beef let's go are you doing ladies I [Applause] fell off for joy hi ladies for you today we had a string bean and right there we have a survivor and on top of that we have a southern style gravy which means sage and a little bit of mushroom in it very tasty I'm loving that gravy on top Tara how's that for you dying delicious rough you go ladies so we have a grilled ribeye with candied yams smoked bacon and onion collard greens it's delicious full of flavor it you guys are just amazing with your colleagues let's start with Vanessa gosh they're both delicious but I would have to go with the blue team Kayla you're next is it the rib eye from the blue team or the rib eye from the red team handle I'm about to have myself a goddamn heart attack alright I'm gonna have to pick the red team though I know sorry guys nice Rachel is it the ribeye from the blue team or the ribeye from the red team I have to go with hands down the red team so are you [ __ ] kidding me do you even know what hands down means that means it was without even a doubt ladies thank you that was amazing [Applause] ladies well done this reward is one of the best reward who's ever has in the history of Hell's Kitchen you're heading to a place where all sorority girls wanna head to when they turn 21 Las Vegas you'll be staying at Caesar's Palace in addition to that each of you have a $500 shopping spree at the city planners forum shops it doesn't end there I have arranged for a very special dinner tonight cooked personally by one of my mentors he said Wow aha head up the door let's go while the girls are living it up in Las Vegas you'll be completely transforming this dining room head off tomorrow night's 160th anniversary all of you you have a lot of work ahead of you we dominated that competition today all our food was delicious and the girls gave to the girls we should be sitting in Vegas right now now looks to happen the ladies are gonna come yeah they will supervise yeah and it's their party so we need to make it happen yeah it's just getting on my nerves because we keep losing and now if I wasn't some eight-year-old girl pick the wrong dishes girls you know it Ralph he's pissed off we're all pissed off so you guys need to dress the tables and I hope you guys do it nicely yeah [ __ ] the girls they're being rude you know screw oh here you go I hope it tastes just like the red team no no we really didn't want to go to Vegas I feel like a [ __ ] rock star I'll take anything chef Gordon Ramsay lays out for us as the women sit back and relax on their short 45-minute flight the men settle in for a long five hours how's that there of miserable labor may be like a lot of respect her Christina it tastes delicious Christina I don't think I have ever met a more passionate chef you know what he's instilling in you he's doing it for a reason and you know it's tough and sometimes you have to eat it and you might know that you're right you know what right now it doesn't matter how did you fight through your lowest moment there was one time I thought I gotta go home like I can't do this I was like wait no no no can't lose your confidence always cook with confidence there's been times I wanted to just be like okay I throw my towel and just knowing that like he's not even crossed her mind and she's the one I gotta walk through that door just kind of made it like okay hands down I'm gonna push through it I'm gonna do this allege film in cities I was alone simulator because I am I had the opportunity to go to cover yeah I didn't go to culinary school I thought it was gonna be my biggest disadvantage and it turned out to be my biggest advantage in the time I feel weak and the time I feel down I'm gonna remember the things that Christina told us so you guys are gonna have dinner with with Geeta night which is gonna it's gonna blow your mind good luck cook with confidence always keep your head head high yeah and lean on each other while you still can trust me [Music] when welcome welcome mr. hua he's like one of Chef Ramsay's mentors are you hungry no go to the table absolutely like my boy I mean guys that's an amazing set samajis biggest Wow going into what I thought he was gonna be another Chef Ramsay but here with us we are before eat this man smell he was flirting with her the entire evening dr. smile again man he was rubbing occation shoulders at one point in time he was a feisty little guy thank you for coming and I am sorry me too while the women spend the night in Las Vegas back in Los Angeles the men are up early prepping both kitchens for tonight's special event the 160th anniversary of the Phi Mu sorority shall be choppy chop shops for the blue team losing a challenge doesn't matter we still have plenty of help we know we are better than the red team [Music] yeah that just piss me off dude the guys are just sore losers and they're gonna be even more upset tonight after service after we kick their ass line up please tonight is the one hundred and sixtieth anniversary of the Phi Mu sorority and when you're doing a special event you take on a huge responsibility and I mean huge right yes yeah so when you're on your game make it an anniversary to remember get on your stations let's go guys yes ok JP open up this amazing anniversary wish it [Music] [Music] for tonight's event the dining room and the guests are decked out to represent the different decades in the 160 year history of the Phi Mu sorority as requested in a nod to the organization's roots Chef Ramsay has created a southern-inspired menu which also includes the challenge winning dishes let's go focus on the stove not on the ladies okay blue team here we go on order sixty over ten or twenty three three three three crab cake yes going right now with garnish we didn't win our challenge yesterday we didn't get to go to Vegas Brits I'm bringing the right nut shelf no we need to redeem ourselves I know that we're gonna come out the gate with fire rips right here chef thank you Hey hello are those crab cakes walking with the crab cakes guys they're walking right now cupcake good y'all good we're going strong babies every one of us on the glue team feels repeat those girls yesterday well these ready ready take them now we're definitely not gonna lose catch not if I could [ __ ] help it nice you know we go yeah okay the blue team on five the men have gotten off to one of their stronger starts keep it going just keep it going we're in a row now guys and with a steady stream of appetizers making their way out to the diners Chef Ramsay is looking to the red team to match the blue team's performance free salad sweet cupcake how long two minutes chef yes chef that's the room two minutes yes that's real two minutes dude how [ __ ] hard is it to cook their crab cake I'm about to walk over there and do it myself let me know when you're walking with those crepes my station was not that easy I mean I had crab cakes to fry off and that's really hard to cook it correctly burp yes chef I said we're over chef I need one more minute still cold in the middle but pretty much like that was quit in front of a station and didn't have any arms I have three crab cakes ready three crab cakes ready let's go then right here chef yes chef despite beb's sluggish start on the garnish station appetizers are making their way out to the dining room back in the red kitchen Chef Ramsay is hoping the fried chicken station man by Keysha and Jessica can keep up with the orders okay so it's a chicken ready I know I can cook a chicken I cook chicken understand I eat plenty of chicken this is wrong I ran a real fast on the asset in the woods and getting done on is that any news don't even opening I'm not I'm not wait she already know what my book hurts how will she get home baby you can't come here if you can't far no chicken someone explains a case shut every time she opens the other door what happens we lose ten degrees everything large [ __ ] you look at Jessica she's on the station she's like they say look I'll watch no I'm not jumping there yep this station is going down I'm walking out with three threes and Jessica's watching you see what happens all right what do we have after this [Music] it's pink and it's blue kitchen Jason is ready with his first order of fried chicken [Music] come in oh [ __ ] all of you come in all right I see I see the arrow but more importantly it's [ __ ] ridiculous I'm just trying to go on touch it's a [ __ ] ranch fried raw chicken stop particular game yes chef it's an hour into dinner service and after a solid start both kitchens have been completely stalled by uncooked chicken and the sorority sisters are starting to get a little antsy meanwhile back in the red kitchen Keysha is looking for some support from her station partner Jessica Southern cuisine I take this kind of personal I'm definitely not going to go out for something that I'm used to something that's basic and second nature to me all of you come in look cool that's why I saw me if you come up with one excuse you a new [ __ ] up I thought she checked it before we went up there but that's fine I don't I'm no help on chicken okay I'm over here like that myself on the [ __ ] TV basically I'm getting thrown underneath the bus for her [ __ ] fault I don't know what to do and this is her [ __ ] specialty which she lost on the challenge don't worry don't read three orders and the other I know but I can't get them together okay [ __ ] I can't even get myself back together cuz I'm getting irritated cuz I'm speaking on somebody know how to do it Taoiseach get it [ __ ] together yes the room and back in the blue kitchen Chef Ramsay is looking for not gonna drop the green beans in a minute a minute thirty out Hall cookies not you gotta give me the times I'm not gonna be getting [ __ ] back because you can't carve out time we got about a minute on ribeye Scotty you're not communicating with me it's a team thing if we can't come together as a team then we are gonna fail how long on the ribeye he's doing this stuff on his own great Vince he's coming right now chef [ __ ] you know you can't be a team player why are you here many times we [ __ ] say it you never said it I think I was communicating with everyone thought they had a message obviously they didn't greet baby Richards yes honey you would [ __ ] up a green bean after a miscommunication between garnish and me service please Gabriel and Richard have caught up with Scott back in the red kitchen three chicken two ribeye one vegetarian yes yeah Beth has a question for her team it's odd maca teams there's a Macke charities are you clear with a vegetarian kg little bit stressed out sorry chef well you know what I totally forgot I got mac and cheese going right now okay it was just a brain fart at that moment but I'm not stupid coming right now hey it's still cold okay yes yeah you're sorry tell what royal crab cakes in Bab cold mac and cheese sorry chef what in the [ __ ] is going on here Bev got flustered when you get overwhelms stop cool down collect yourself and refocus so I'm gonna help shout out and I got it you need to be like that in order to work in this kitchen and you definitely be like that PA Chef Ramsay's head chefs are you gonna get this thing back on what is it what is this like now Rochelle is driving the section I'm Bev just step back hey ok we're so much yeah take over for me darling thanks - Rochelle support service please the garnish station is back on track three chicken three everybody three chicken three we're by working on that right now and in the blue kitchen Chef Ramsay is waiting for the refire on Jason's chicken chicken it's comics up [Music] raw chicken again [Music] it's [ __ ] better than your bed and look at me we're still wrong no come on and we got a bounce back baby Jason screwed up two times now like what the [ __ ] are you doing I just need the [ __ ] chicken how long I need to check these into cut them open you cook we're going to cut it you're killing your boat stop they're discussing it the plates are empty that one's done going right now chef all right baby I get up creature like a goat based on with Jason finally delivering an acceptable fried chicken both kitchens have found their rhythm and the remaining entrees are delivered to the grateful and satisfied sorority sisters while fine new we're celebrating their anniversary there was no sisterhood in the red team no Brotherhood in the blue kitchen right but as bad as it was there was a kitchen that was definitely better so the winning team tonight if you could call it that as the blue team ladies come up with two names for elimination [ __ ] off this was supposed to be the easy service but garnishes was dragging all night long and that chicken station trashed it all I know is we got to put somebody up tonight and I'm trying to figure out who I don't know like if we're gonna start around and I'm to put a bed first I agree it and it was not just that the garnish is [ __ ] up you let us take over their station when somebody comes to help your decision you don't go I was just trying to focus cuz the chicken kept coming back use your head common sense who would you send home someone who's behind our garnish or someone's serving you [ __ ] raw chicken chicken was a big issue I'm just gonna be real and it's not throwing about her in the bus Jessica at one point I looked in the [ __ ] chicken while you were justified piece and I'm like oh that's when I start freaking out basically I do you feel like I didn't have a full support I was there as cutting things open I was checking to you check the chicken went up and it was wild when he came and got you bed out for me and you left me there panicking that's what good cook [ __ ] - I couldn't batter fry put in the oven I couldn't do it by myself the chicken station in town I mean I don't know whose exact [ __ ] fault it was you thought and I'm gonna have to go with you Mississippi Fried Chicken [ __ ] Queen and then she [ __ ] it up tonight I'm so much hard I was so much passionate and I mean are you serious I am throw her underneath the bus now I will [ __ ] yo there's no way I was the worst tonight and you have been [ __ ] you over once I don't think I deserve to go up Jessica has a point just because tonight she let Casey down doesn't mean she should be up for elimination we need two people [Music] Rochelle woman's first nominee and why chef our first nomination is but tonight I'm garnish it should've been a one-man job and Ida come over and help her second nominee and why chef our second nomination is Jessica there was a lack of communication Keysha definitely did help I just kind of as a breakdown that's good then just step forward but why do you think is you stay in Hell's Kitchen chef I've just so much passion about food I'm a hard worker I'm a team player I screwed up on the garnish but it was because of the chicken if I had four hands I would have had everything right oh he had four hands Rochelle was there with you Jessica why do you think you deserve to stay in Hell's Kitchen chef I'm a fighter I was a hall most about a year ago I've taken steps to come here and live my dream I may have lost a few battles but I'm such a fighter chef Bev has not stepped up with anything challenges she doesn't have any creativity she is weak on every single station either you put her on the challenges I've been [ __ ] working hard I have that creativity I have that passion I have that drive and I don't [ __ ] cry a breakdown I'm a rock and I deserve to stay here I deserve a so much my decision is [Music] Jessica back in line Beth give me your jacket I don't feel the passion you talk the talk but I do not get it thank you bye guys good luck Chef Ramsay you made a very big mistake tonight you're willing to keep a bunch of crybabies who are emotional all the time really you want these people to run your restaurant how about someone who didn't [ __ ] cry or never gave up how about that get ready to fight for your place a piss off all of you because tonight was a [ __ ] embarrassment this is in my blood it's running through my veins so I'm gonna do what I got to do and all the rest of them better [ __ ] watch out we definitely dodged the ball tonight we have to take responsibility work as a team we need to stop being little [ __ ] and be men I just feel so betrayed I'm never freezing up again I need to win this competition I am NOT going down that may be a great food truck chef unfortunately for her Hell's Kitchen doesn't have wheels [Applause] next time on Hell's Kitchen I've decided to do something that I've never done before what are you nervous when Chef Ramsay asks the chef's to speak their mind who's the weakest cook right now the gloves come off and everyone is pointing a finger Scott is the weakest chef for my opinion from rich she's faces out constantly but when the mudslinging sends one chef into a downward spiral [ __ ] over will Chef Ramsay put her out of our misery this is a very difficult decision all next time on an agonising episode of Hell's Kitchen [Music]
