Harry Potter Owl Post | A GIANT P.O. Box Unboxing!

hey harry potter fans peter kenneth here welcome back to the potter collector channel where we are a community of collectors it is another p.o box or owl post video featuring things and letters sent by the potter collector community you guys all right let's put some of this down here make room to open everything up some really big boxes in this po box unboxing and a lot of letters i always appreciate what you guys send your creativity telling me about your collections or things that are happening in your life so before we get started i want to thank you for taking the time to write a letter to send something i can't wait to see what is inside of these packages now this one here is a huge box a big box for ron i'm tempted to open it now but i think i'm going to save it for a little bit longer all right let's make our way through the usps or united states postal service little crate here there's something on the top actually i need a little bit more room so i'm gonna put that back there all right this is from new york very well bubble wrapped it's a mailbox and it has the potter collector logo on there it's in slytherin colors the little flag here says muggle worthy on the back here we have the slytherin stripes as well as little stickers that say slytherin and dumbledore's army and then does it open it opens up oh my goodness and there's a scroll inside all right who is this from love the little scroll here we have a handwritten note from kendall dear peter my name is kendall and this is my second time writing to you the first was at the start of the pandemic i sent you a personalized hogwarts id i remember that hogwarts id i'm writing to you again because i have just booked my third trip to wizarding world i'm so thrilled to hear that you're going back home back to the wizarding world of harry potter your videos and enthusiasm for the wizarding world always reminds me how wonderful this community is no truer words the wizarding world community is absolutely fantastic p.s i made this special mailbox for you i hope you enjoy it i don't enjoy it i love it this is so cool and so creative well done i'll just put this right back inside so now i'm really excited to open some letters so let's grab some letters now i won't be able to read the entire letter on camera but know that i have read it personally this is from trinidad very cool look at that beautiful golden snitch on the back and then on the front we have hedwig holding a hogwarts letter it's a valentine that's so fun would you be my valentine and oh my goodness there's artwork on the back me as dumbledore and bellatrix lestrange maybe there's some more inside here that we can learn about since i'm sending this in february i got you a valentine's day card and this is from gizelle whose favorite book is also chamber of secrets fantastic and there are some more doodles on the inside we have a note here i'm 28 years old from the caribbean islands i'm a slytherin but my favorite character is cedric diggory she writes that her cousin sent her the harry potter books from one through five which is so cool and a fun little fact if you visit the tom riddle grave in scotland that jk rowling took inspiration from the real tom riddle died in trinidad the west indies basically my home country that's a really cool fact that i did not know are you into any other books tv franchises that are non-harry potter related harry potter really is my biggest love i mean i like pokemon but i wouldn't necessarily call myself like a fan or collector of pokemon so harry potter really is the only franchise that i love she says weirdly you cannot see my island on a map but there were midnight launches here just goes to show that harry touched hearts in the smallest places that is so true and i'm excited that you had the opportunity to have midnight launches for the harry potter books and then there's a little something here i have no idea what these are but hey it's harry potter works for me magnets oh these i'm assuming these are for pencils or pens so you stick this on a pen or a pencil for decoration and then there are magnetized ones so here's hermione in her ewoball gown lockhart harry potter luna lovegood and voldemort very fun thank you for sending these little items and it's so cool to hear how other harry potter fans experience harry potter in different countries and locations in this world all right we have a letter from germany and this is from vanessa greetings from munich germany i am 29 years old i've been watching your videos for about a year now and although i am no collector i enjoy your enthusiasm and you are a including and welcoming person i also love that the german editions are very prominent in the background i don't think you know that the german audiobooks are read by a german actor rufus beck in 2018 celebrating 20 years of harry potter rufus beck did another reading tour and i went i am including a signed ticket that's awesome thank you so much for including this so this is signed by mr rufus beck who did the german audiobook reading my husband is nepali and i know that the first book was translated to nepali do you think it's possible to get it as maybe an e-book i don't think so i don't think that they produce the nepali edition as an e-book unfortunately and they are so hard to find and pretty darn expensive when you do find one my suggestion would be to just keep checking online for for the book on ebay or call around to some used bookstores in nepal to see if you can find a copy thank you vanessa so much for writing the letter and sending along this signed ticket very very cool piece of harry potter history right here next up is a letter from mark in kentucky my name is mark i'm a big fan of your videos by the way did you know that peter pettigrew has your first name i did know that for your next video i thought that you could do a harry potter shopping spree i actually was just thinking about that today how i'd like to do an updated harry potter shopping spree at target so that may be coming sometime soon thank you very much for the suggestion i hope that your grandma gets better thank you so much for asking about her and also saying that and remembering that she was sick here we have something from north carolina it has a oh this is fun all right so on this side there videos for about two years and i like that you open up all of the harry potter fan mail i hope you like what i made from jessica oh look at these goodies guys wait there's one more note here harry potter bookmarks that i made and harry potter house banners we have a banner for ravenclaw slytherin my house hufflepuff and of course gryffindor i love the colors that you used jessica those are beautiful banners and now we're going to check out the four house bookmarks look at those bright colors i love these cutouts these are perfect size for bookmarks so jessica thank you so much for making these and sending a letter i'm so glad that you enjoy the videos we have something from tracin in utah oh there's some goodies in here we have some keychains okay tracin did you make these because if you did very impressive we're gonna look at those in a second we chatted through facebook comments yes i recognize your name tracing in the weasley's whimsical facebook page i love how you are so involved with your fans and i can always see how genuine you are and how much you really care in your videos i got into 3d printing last year okay so you did make these very awesome and from the beginning i wanted to use it for something harry potter related i designed five keychains or ornaments and painted them in each of the house colors i'm starting to sell these on facebook and we'll probably post them on etsy as well i'm a father of two and support my wife who always dreamed of being a stay-at-home mom there is so much negativity out there and i know the few negative people can really outweigh the positives with an online audience so thank you for your positive influence and spirit thank you for saying and voicing that trace and i appreciate that now if you're not part of but i do read the books and watch the movies i also like chamber of secrets my favorite such a good book and movie my patronus is a peacock that's a really cool patronus and i'm planning to go to wizarding world of harry potter in the summer what would you recommend in wizarding world definitely have a butterbeer and if you're up for it i highly suggest that you ride hagrid's magical creatures motorbike adventure roller coaster and if you can't ride it this time definitely ride it the next time that you go everyone take a look at some of these doodles love it thank you so much for writing fantastic i had the pleasure of meeting john and his dad at the wizarding world of harry potter so that's pretty cool delicate paper surprise here's the top okay so we're going to be very careful and delicate my name is john and i've been a fan of your channel since you were at 40 000 subscribers it's crazy how much the potter culture community has grown isn't it i have a few questions what is your opinion on star wars i like it it's not my favorite i don't love it but i do like it harry potter's better potter collector merch question mark yes potter collector merch will be coming hopefully in the near future also do you like marvel actually i started watching i've never really watched the marvel movies but i started watching them in order according to someone's list online so i have was supposed to go to universal studios this summer but then covet happened i can't collect since i'm not exactly a money saver and everything is so expensive that is so true a lot of things are expensive but other ways that harry potter fans have collected is to create their own things and replicas themselves as a way to start until they're able to afford other things so that's something you may want to think about who's your favorite character besides dumbledore probably hagrid or professor mcgonagall my all-time favorites are fred and george and finally do you like the ichabod i haven't read the ichabod yet i definitely need to get on that though and yes i will be doing a video of the 3d diagon alley puzzle all right let's open up this box right here that's to my right and it is from those less fortunate 100 we need to keep an eye on each other in this world take a look at this beautiful wizard package with hedwig there it's a harry potter calendar a 16 month calendar that's two years now we have met both times i've been to universal studios once last year and then in january of this year i do remember meeting you guys and hope to meet you again next january every tuesday and friday my sister and i sit in front of our tv and wait for the clock to hit 10 a.m to be one of the first ones there we are an hour ahead of you because of you my sister natalie and i have been collecting wands that are sold at universal studios i remember that you picked up the 2020 collector's wand which is really beautiful inside of sent two gifts a photo of our picture in diagon alley from uncelebration 2021 would you mind autographing it whenever you have the time absolutely and thanks to you and nicole for stopping to get a picture with us have you read or watched lord of the rings i've watched the movies never read the books and i still like harry potter more but i do like the movies of lord of the rings a lot too what do you do with all the fan art letters and packages community in a green color and this is a super soft tee you guys know i'm very particular about the feel of my t-shirts the fact that you guys did this is just for lack of a better phrase it touches my heart so thank you for doing this and thinking about sending one to me i'm gonna put this on right now love it it's cool it's soft and it features you all the powder collector community here is something i'm definitely going to use sometime in the future but let's first look at the letter hopefully you enjoy all the harry potter gifts that i found from my walmart super center store from your big harry potter fan brock this is what caught my eye these hogwarts house napkins definitely going in my cupboard all right what's this we have a sticker book with play scenes on the back well that's a lot of stickers look at all these stickers in the sticker book and then on the back you can use it to stick your stickers to create a fun magical scene there is a harry potter pencil case this is very useful for storing items love this let's take a look at this poster it's probably harry potter themed ooh i'm very excited brock this is magic right now i've seen this poster at walmart somehow our wizard minds connected because this poster is the poster that i've wanted it's a beautiful watercolor of the hogwarts crest that shows all of the house mascots i cannot believe that this is in the potter collector library right now you must have been performing occlemency on me to see what poster i would like most thank you so much seriously you guys are way too good to me you're way too kind i love reading your stories your collections let's open up some more letters this is from gray's lake illinois also very close to me we need to have that chicago area meet up once covet is over looks like a drawing we'll open that last i'm annabelle a seventh grade ravenclaw i love watching your videos they make me so happy my favorite characters are luna i named one of my hedgehogs after her that's very cool ginny and newt good favorite characters right there you probably get bored of the same types of letters but i haven't gotten anything better i absolutely without a doubt do not get bored reading any of your letters so send what you want to tell me i can't wait to read it i love watching other people's collections expand and explore the depths of the wizarding world do you have any tips on finding books or knowing if they're expensive or not best tip is to check ebay sold listings so if you look on ebay and search harry potter you can click a little button that says view sold items and that will show you what current prices are and give you a better idea of what to expect when buying books or even other harry potter merchandise and how the heck do your books fit so perfectly on your shelves a lot of patience and adjusting and moving of books sometimes i have to pack them in a little bit sometimes i have to spread them out so it looks more full on certain shelves just so that they all fit on the shelves so thank you for the compliment because it does take time yes that's awesome loving that doodle and then harry receiving his hogwarts lighter and then the a little while ago i've loved harry potter since 2016. watching your channel inspired me to collect many different harry potter products i own some original 2001 and 2007 merchandise that is very awesome and hope to go to the wizarding world and even meet you too well i hope to meet you as well i hope to one day own harry potter and the sorcerer's stone book because i live in england and i hope to own the prisoner of azkaban in american covers as it's my favorite book check amazon or book depository you should be able to find them on there keep doing what you're doing you've definitely christmas and happy new year 2021 be healthy wealthy lucky and keep collecting i love this postcard here very nice what do we have here hogwarts is my home nice little print there and the letter says so i'm a little late opening this my apologies but i live in kiev ukraine i'm 31 years old and a huge harry potter fan one of these days if someone asks me harry potter still i say always great response i love it you can't be too old for this fandom i'm always grateful for your videos and this year was not easy but you did not forget to turn on the light that got me a little bit emotional it really fun all right on the inside we have some hearts and little valentine stickers the inside of madame puddyfoots harry and chose valentine's date a valentine some valentine's day stickers got a little piece of candy some razzles we have a bookmark with various harry potter washi tape all the different houses and the marauders map this is just so well packaged and just so fun to open information about the date that cho and harry had and then this also talks about gilroy lockhart sending out his valentines that's so fun i love this all this like kind of backstory and valentine's this year your videos have brought me so much joy while i've been stuck on campus in isolation first of all i'm very sorry that you've been stuck on campus that would have to be extremely hard but i'm so thankful that you could kind of exit campus a little bit through the potter collector videos i started reading harry potter in late primary school and started collecting items in november of 2020. seeing all of your books always amazes me how cool that you're studying computer science and yes programming is a fun job to have so that's that's that's what i do so we will have similar careers the advice i would give is just to like stay on top of everything learn every new bit of detail that comes out so that you don't fall behind because it's very easy to fall behind and i'm very excited to hermione granger luna lovegood bellatrix lestrange jenny weasley all very good choices if i say so myself and the last letter from brock says so peter my uncle troy and my buddy braden went to king's cross station in london for the first time my uncle took pictures for me the first picture is one of the platforms inside of the station the last picture is of harry potter shop at platform nine and three quarters i got to go there too so it's so cool that your uncle and your buddy were also there that is very cool that they took pictures and i hope that you make it there sometime in the future mean the elder wand has a thestral hair core i've also enclosed a personalized keychain for any wizard to take on their journey have a few questions for you if you could be in any house that wasn't slytherin what would it be probably ravenclaw do you do other cosplays other than dumbledore or a seeker at the moment no but i would love to do professor snape i think that'd be really cool it's so cool to see some of the things that you have in your collection like that daniel radcliffe signed funko pop that is really awesome p.s i left the smaller wand to go to mama potter collector oh my goodness you guys she is going let me just say mama powder collector is going to be over the moon excited when she sees your hellos and your notes to her and your gifts to her oh cool love this potterwatch is the secret radio station for up-to-date info on the wizarding world i'm not a runner but i would run for that what could this one be the vanishing cabinets the two different vanishing cabinets so here in bergen and berks we have the vanishing cabinet on this side it's in the room of requirement and you can open up the cabinet and there's a little bird a little blue bird on the bottom of the cabinet there i mean these are seriously cool items all right the last one is this big box for ron what on earth is this look at the beautiful packaging too and i mean it's a brown paper package tied up in ribbon i wanted to take this moment to say how you and your channel has greatly affected me and my magical journey i found your channel a couple of years ago and have been tuning in ever since your charisma and positive voice in the collecting community really creates lots of loomis for the last years i've been working on and developing magical fragrances inspired by the hogwarts houses that's fun i wanted to share them with you spray the house cards to smell and experience the magic that way you avoid being overwhelmed by the wonders of the magic look at that how cool is that like and i could imagine them smelling like this alright so that's ravenclaw again the packaging of these are really really nice gryffindor let's take a look at the card for gryffindor lovely okay this is gonna sound weird but this smells like a brave smell wow i mean yeah i would i would call that a gryffindor smell so far gryffindor is my favorite ravenclaw is really nice but gryffindor is like really fresh and just strong and brave i mean that's the only other way i can describe it this is hufflepuff which means slytherin will be last which is perfect because i am slytherin here is the card for hufflepuff it has a very fresh friendly somewhat earthy smell fragrance of like floral and flowers i mean i have to say well done not only again with the packaging but with these these fragrances i don't know much or anything about fragrances but these are pretty awesome harry potter fragrances i mean who would have thunk all right last but not least is slytherin here is the card all right let's see if this is gonna beat gryffindor for the fragrance house cup seriously i really think you nailed all four of these it's like ambitious like i know i'm spouting out the hogwarts house traits but like the scent actually matches the traits it smells very ambitious i have to compare it to gryffindor yeah this is very like courageous like popular almost and this is like subtle ambition they're natural cruelty free sprays and the website is masond magique.com i might have to start wearing slytherin once again bravo on the packaging of this this is really really phenomenal
