well my name is vini Harris power supply company I am the Wilson livestock aluminum trailer dealer for East Tennessee and today I like to show you some features on our ranch and series aluminum livestock trailer we've started from the trailer and we'll work our way all the way around and come back if you notice the front of our trailer that this is an aerodynamic trailer you have a five foot wide nose here in the front and as an option if you want we can put you your sign right in here that would have your name on it or whatever your desired this is a nine inch tall sign 30 inches wide and it would be LED lit now the wiring will be tied in to your marker light so anytime the light comes on now your your lightest side wheel will come on anytime your markers lights are on and also there will be a switch over here on the side that you can have your marker lights on and turn this light off here now on any aluminum trailer we have to use a steel cover system to mount into your aluminum trailer of course we're running a standard 2 and 5/16 inch bolt it has set screws here in it it also has your coupling pin in if you notice Wilson puts an extra ring around this coupler system to that strength and durability to your coupling system of course you have your standard safety chains they put a bar back here in the back that you can hook your clips to so they won't be dragging around and falling everywhere now also give you a warrant diagram if you wants to jerk the end of your cord away from your truck you want to jerk that away and our damage it they give you your wiring diagram right here to put it back in now we talked about that this is a steel copper system and you can see that it wraps all the way around in front comes all the way around comes all the way to the very back and comes down onto your corner gussets over in here and you notice that this is I just full a pop rivets to how they secure these a arms to your main frame of your cattle trailer now they run angle iron for one side through the other here this is a two inch angle or there's three of these run its pop riveted in they weld them to this higher a arms together and then on your coupling system you see how much larger it's a quarter inch this is four inch this is a Z bar of a sort and that's four inches there now another thing Wilson does and I don't know we can see it good enough or not but when William is rubbing against metal you you won't have an oxidation problem well to leave that problem there is a black piece of rubber in between it so we have no aluminum touching steel there is a l'union or rubber tape in this year of course they all come with the breakaway kit you can see that they use a deluxe type of breakaway and you can test it here see you push that cassia gets fully charged it needs to be recharged or it's charging and then that's just a standard nice breakaway kit that Wilson puts on on these trailers and we go back to our wall here this is your spare tire carrier this comes as standard equipment on your trailer this little box contains all your paperwork that would be in reference to your tire manufacturing your axles your maintenance and care of your trailer 12,000 pump spring-loaded Jack when you have your trailer hoods up P in that definitely jump right up myself this is your crank system if you notice there is a grease out amount on this where we can you can grease this crank system your crank comes off and you store it right here or I like to store mine in my truck just because if you're just using one truck that's a good place to keep it for the reason that it could get somebody let's try it students they go out break their own crack or something there's a little crank to let it up and down so that's the feature of that we've got two hooks here to run a war in two hanger walk down this Creek insert seams right here like so another feature about our crank it's the same size as your lug nuts on our honor trader so if you wants to have a flat and dint have a wrench this serves as a wrench for your lug nuts on your spare tire this is just those this is Wilson hunter 25th year anniversary this year so you know we also have been out a long long time and they are the same people that makes your over the road pot trailers you see where they haul cattle in these big tractor trailers is it's the same company and they also use the same technology they take these technology that they had into their big 53 foot pots and and they shrink it down we're using the same gauge roof is in these road tractors we're using the same gauge panels on the side as in the road tractor when we get inside and look at the floor it's the same gauge same quality and even Orcutt gate when we show you that it's the same material that is in there big over-the-road trucks of course this is your quarter gusset for bracing here too it's a big piece of metal there's all your information facts about what what the trailer is here the next item is there a skate door well this is a 33 inch door as an option they offer a 50 inch door and what that will allow you to do especially on a 24 footer if you have to cut gates with can position one of them cut gates up here at 50 inches and that will allow you to run a four wheeler in there if you take a full hood up to load cattle out some or if you need it that gives you ability on these little four wheelers you can run that in there keep this cutting in here keep cattle off of it and then you have all the resting room how you counter well even hinges on this escape door we have grief sodomites stainless steel washers and boats your your locking system here even has grease out of mites there and there and then this is a clip to hold the door shut and there's the design if you put a padlock in these if you so desire the little switch here on your siding seats and a weatherproof switch now a 24 foot there is two interior lights on your shorter ones they drop it down to one but this is your switch that controls the lights on the inside this little rubber grommet will pop out if I switch goes bad that you can get in there too to replace that on your ranch hand series standard is your you're walking boards here and you see that they extrude out get me your stick your turn right then straight out four and a half inches they're ribbed for you won't fall off and then even on the end of this they don't leave a sharp corner that where you run your shin into they around these corners off here your seat here you'll see it on the back back are 2 2 X 2 happy with your raw edges now the event holds and the we also rights had series there is four patterns we can choose from the large hole at the top always be at the top and then it's the number of the small holes that you get you get one you get two you get three you can get forward now these holes are 5 inches wide 3 inches tall and then your taller one you're a bigger one we can see that they are 10 inches wide and six inches taller these are clean enough you hand in re and the reason I say that effective March of this year Wilson is going to offer another vent package on these trainers and that package will be a large vent here the two little side to side and then this big vent right here will be added right here now X feature is your rear axles and your fender assembly I we're running 102 inch axles this fender is nine inches wide covers your tars real good it even comes with a factory mud flap back here and back now the one nice features about this fender well if you want to damage it or need to be replaced this fender well is not welded to this trailer if you damage one of these fender wells for whatever reason you can you can grind your pop rivets off you seemed under Neath there you this fender well will come off I can order Union and you can place it back on it doesn't have to be that expensive welded to but to get these fenders put back on your axles and tires now we're all running a 102 inch axle again 7,000 pound Dexter 7,000 pound Dexter tort flex axles this is a ten pot are eight lugs now and this package that we see here this is a temp lie system when we run this this configuration here this gives us a 14,000 pound GVWR now as an option we can put a be the same axles to be the same rims we can put you a good year to 3585 are 16 good your 14 ply now when I put these 14 ply tires on it this will give you a 16,000 pound GVWR as opposed to this package here which is a 14,000 pounds now if you get his camera down here this flexible conduit here contains your electrical wires for your brakes on a Wilson trailer there is no exposed wires anywhere it has a chance to be exposed it's going to be a conduit so what that is in mud or snow or ice that would keep it from building up against a naked war and pulling it out or damaged so and that is in conduit now there is a marker light on the front and the rear of these of these the fender wells and here again even those little waters in here they aren't running conduit and then the content comes in here runs up for post right there on all of your stock trailers that uses a super-modern rims they will come with the dust cover to keep your lug nuts clean as an option if you want a set of Alcoa aluminum rims we can apply that to that off soon now over the camera can see it but on any trailer of 16 through 24 this roof from the rear end all the way up to the front it's a solid one-piece roof that that Ruth is not spliced together or patched that is a solid one-piece now it will be welded I've already knows because they got to cut the miter that to get it on paper knows but any of them regardless of the length will be a solid one-piece construction now your post this is what all of our side panels or remedy to is these post here now this post is seven inches wide this post right here Ribbit's two inches on center now I don't where the camera can pick it up but you know we when you put metal on a bar roof when you put Madeline barber if y'all will put that meddling look where the wind flows over the top of that these little loops you don't want to piece the medal hanging this way and the William Lord that if the camera can pick it up on this farm post this piece of panel right here is behind that post wind is blowing over it you get back over here this panel is on the outside of this post so the wind is brought over that makes the real smooth transfer trace a curve from this point to that and what that is that allows keeps the whip and trying to get in and raining water from trying to blow in back behind your paddles are all that through this this lever Bart stainless steel bar this is your outside cut gate release if you have one cut Gator too if you'll put three you will have all of these outside releases upon only onto your trailer this we're going to look at the rear end of your trailer now this is a business deal Divina trailer as you can see here and this traitor has your swinging door and a sliding rear door another index is not option same price it's still going to be a swinging door but this door here rose up and slides back in that's something that you see like on these big road tractors either style same price your preference doesn't matter none of the hinges of these doors 10-inch hinge three of them stainless steel they even have grease zerk fittings on each floor each one of these tips I show you here a minute but we all missed door up this door is going to swing not only around 180 degrees this door goes all the way around come back around touch a finger we're right there that's a real handy item if this door gets away from me the wind gets hold of it it does not damage your bend or do something to your hands mechanistic system now this trailer has equipped with stop turn tail lights in this top header of course that is an option but that is a feature that I highly recommend because your ordinary placement is down here at the bottom they in city traffic or even out on the interstate the first car can see that it's that second third or fourth car we worried about because you know when you've got 10,000 pound of cattle in here you got to stop stopping a whole lot sooner so that second car and third car can see that you can stopping but a lie to come up or if you need to change lanes it's going to tell that second car on back o'clock you are going to do so that is an option that I highly recommend that anybody purchase when they get one now we can put more lights on this trailer again we've got the one here that we can put another right here so now we can have six stop turn tail lights or we could take one of these lights right here and put it back up light in it going to put the backup light down here your other one here now that will give you four stop turn tail but it also gives you a backup lighter that comes in real handy if not if you're trying to unload or backing up to a shoot with that backup light it is on as another option they offer a load light and it mounts right here and then that load light is encased in an aluminum housing that is tapered on on the forward end of it so that when lease comes across it or tree limbs or whatever a war it glides over the top of that and it's no it won't be jerking on to your work light and trying to tire it off they honor tailgate the lever is tucked back in you're out of the way it's not over here two side coming into something some trailers if you back up real close and fat levers around here if there's a post right here then you can't get this lever system unlocked well they put it back here we're just getting hold of that it's on cam locks lock on your big road tractor he locks there and it locks up our this is a slam latch system here on this side and so if you're loading cabin up here and then all of a sudden you won't - there there is your slam lock system got this thing open up this comes all the way around all the way around and such this fender work so you can't get that playing kids bail we am going to get nappy head or a cow back and good hitting it or running on it's up Spray load it it's got a roll pin and you can bring this up and let it sit on that lens right there and this thing is unreal how easy close now you notice it glides back heist is for post here so that kalos stuff is not rubbing against this the more likely rubbing against that right there now what this allows you to do a map come Becca here slim see this one will show when you close this you've course you may do a lot faster but writing it close let your finger hit that right there and now this is locked it's real simple to work you bring the back hit it and that's locked and of course we got it in a slant match system here now the bit then you would use your regular locking system to to lock that up now this don't we've got good heavy rollers up at the top there in case in this aluminum housing rolls up earth too big nylon big old looks like a two inch roller upper next feature any of these doors has to have a guy hold this bottom peddling place some I've seen some doors they use a piece of metal that come back up in here and it just slides in here which which is fine works real good the problem with it you have a callable step on that and bend them I've had that the problem happened before if manure piles up in here sometimes they get jammed up especially in the winter if it's manure piles up in here it will freeze that door in a certain place or then you have to ram it backwards and forwards to break it loose what Wilson does on this then this piece of metal here works like a barn door trap course you can't see it the camera but you see here when I stick my hand in here my hand goes my hand goes way up in there and this guy rolls in that so that alleviates that problem I've been year backing up and it can't get in there to freeze you door opener closed you give you problems ghost that is all tucked up in there now another feature work we run a heavy-duty solid rubber bucket if it's not Hollow it's not real soft it's a good heavy-duty but now for some reason another that this thing wants to get damaged that we need replace it you just know about it we order you a new one put it back up another feature underneath this trailer there is a luteum skid pan and what that does if you on your farm if you're going through a ditch that allows this to glide over obstacles in here it keep an option for grabbing hold of this bat chattel art hear that popping of breaking these loops I've seen trailers at stop barns for all this is tore loose in here where they have done that so they put that skid pan that's part of your standard package there and to relieve ii8 the problem of skidding of course here's your other end of your running board it's got this aluminum quarter bracer now the next feature I want to show you on any trailer that uses this type of door system this corner and that corner are stress points on the proto cuz when you slang its gate out that creates pressure now Wilson does not bring this corner post up here 45 it right in this corner post over here and 45 it and create one well to help this they have come up with this cast aluminum block and then we weld this corner post to the block we weld this header to the block and then your rails coming down the outside as well to the block so now instead of just one way we have three whales in its area to strengthen this corner of this trailer this is a real high stress point on these trailers here regardless of whose it is now as we go into our trailer we are running a core census that about I mean it's a diamond tread floor it has your four corrugations that run the length of the trailer your metal is a thickness of your floors point 1 1 0 or 18 inch you cross seals or every 12 inches as a option we could put those crop seals every 6 inches or another option we can put a flat floor in it if you hope horses or need to Pat flat it'd be perfectly flat no hump and then your cross seals would be every six inches our next item is our cooking you notice when is cut gate is secure it's time it you don't have the rattling of a cut vibrator and how they do this we've got a rubber bumper in here and I'll show it to you in minutes and then when you come up this cut gate here you do have pushing it on just so slightly so like this it even has its own little handle holder for that it is a slam latch cut gauging it secures the two points here and here stainless steel and aluminum to unlock his cupcake just raise it up on this handle right here that's whether it's the same handle that we've seen on the outside this particular cutting it here has an optional 30 inch slide another option is a 40 inch heel it's door this trailer is 24 foot we just put one cutting gate in this you can put to cut gates into 24 22 now in this 24 with with one cut gate we have 11 foot nine inch compartment up there and a nine foot 10 inch here in the rear and if you want to do to cut gates in this trailer your partner will be six foot eight your Center be eight foot seven and your rear v8 could also we can do another configuration and it's 24 to cut gates your front compartment will be five-foot your Center eight foot six and your rear nine foot ten and then if you drop your sizes down they change you know a 16 foot trailer your eight foot three in the front seven four in the rear that was on 16 an 18 foot trailer your nine foot six in the front and approximately knife right foot in the rear your 20-foot trailer your nine nine in front and I 10 in the rear and then the 22-footer your 11 9 in the front and nine and nine ten in the rear now this cupcake rolls on nylon rollers again slides real good they use the same spring-loaded mechanism and you just pull that up her lock in on that it rolls if you notice you roll with that posture your post your insult is not biting on it you put it together here and get that real fights just like I did and it'll up locking pin to lock this thing into position so that's the store spot to store it there depending there and then another feature that I like and you notice I have a lot of lifting this cupcake lift handle right here if you look over here on on this side you have a lever to open in here and the reason for that when you got this cook head open and if you're trying to rustle ties in your something and if this thing what's the accidentally swaying shut it is with an automatic can't you still lock you in here and keep your clothes in cash by yourself if you're locked in here by yourself nobody hit me it's going hard to get out so they offer this but often I stand on this lever system to unlocking from both sides both sides of this could get here now we talked about a cupcake now as an option they offer one more they offer a full cut gate Wilson upwards of floating cupcake that maybe rails up here on top rails appear on top guide posts or pins at the bottom and you can roll and position this gate in in five different positions when you put it back here I'll weigh the back you know he goes always front it works nice to you how lot maybe cash or if you just just a good idea Fame for a floating gate on the features ending will have now or nose gift these pins lock open so now you just lower this thing it's even got a rubber bumper here to keep from beating on your side's even got grease zerk fittings here again and then you just raise this and then they they just flop right down locks it this trailer has a solid panel you can get this panel with your hose in or you can get this paddle that's hands right here and then this over here and then this was swaying around like you know it's just your preference the site price on that also on your skate door here but they put a stiffener on this as an option if you are a individual the house a lot of big heavy cattle we put this skipper down through here to stiffen up your your panels we have a smooth interior wall but some manufacturers we show gear or post will be put herbs on the outside some manufacturers will put post down through here and then they weld these panels to this post that creates you lose your smooth wall it creates all these pokes out through here for cattle to bump up against Foreman ear to pile up and these corners some of them I've seen that eating up bull is back hiding almost getting further in and then here we get into that the harder to clean they don't have the smooth walls as this and then Wilson embosses is with a material that makes them with your worship cleaning these trailers out that they are easier to clean cause a meter does not have intensity to stick to it as bad with this in in glob so let's put in simply from the inside of the inside not outside measures you've got a full seven foot in here we lose a little bit right here because we have to run a fender well you notice that the top of it is tapered so when you're going to be piling up and it is a two and a half inch fender well sticking out at the bottom that's all we find stick out on this trailer and this is that friend of we're out there stop okay we've talked about this Protomen seven foot wide now rights Hannah Wilson makes three series of trailers in these livestock goosenecks they make a stampede a ranch hand and a forward now the Stampede is 81 inches wide no fender well whatsoever slit from front to back 16 to 24 foot in length the trailer we're looking at here today is it is a ranch hand seven foot wide up to 24 foot and it will have the fender wheel it everything else is the same it's not a cheaper series it's just the width and then back to form now the foreman we can go from 16 foot to 32 foot we can go from 7 foot wide to 8 foot 6 wide and inform it series you can put on a lot of bushes or bales on that series learn just if they make it basically they can put it on it we was talking about these vents while ago well Wilson offers big plugs for these and cold weather applications you can plug up the bigan plug up the small ones plug up as many as you want to and they offer that in some different colors white black red like blue where you can plug up these vents here audience ventilation and the corcyraeans your don't like there don't like our 24 foot 2 comes standard on your smaller ones one come standard but we put them in as you want on it as an option now the next item like talked about is that this is not first to me from wilson trailer this is from a self-appointed view and it deals with torque vibration pressure points and stress yeah and those those items are created by us just walking around in here open your rear door create reared over create that 10,000 pound of livestock in the trailer will create torque and pressure and stress one cow will do it and will goal will do it any factor of these will create stress then pressure and and by and vibration now when this is created when we have this torque that's building up its energy this trailer is not a flashlight burying that it cannot store energy it has to be released now if you have a trailer that is solid well if everything is welded pores that stretch going to go when of stress and and pressure and and vibration all this will carry the same qualities of electricity no electricity will run through the pipe or flow through the pipe of least resistance now this created energy that we've created here by your torque and pressure it has to be released and if this is a solid weld trailer where does that one go well that's a problem you don't know where it's gonna come out in it can come out in a in a whale it can pop a way out somewhere it could be underneath this trailer somewhere you just don't know but in a Wilson I can show you poor these are but cut back here now I said even open the door will create some torque of pressure and when we discuss that we also took care of that problem right there so it does not develop so for or is the rest of it going to be relief right here every one of these this is a pop rivet etrailer there is in this 24 footer there is over 2,000 pop rivets now you and you're going to say well that last car to bust the pop rivet or is going to come loose and it doesn't these things move just so slightly that you'll never see that they are moving but they do and this is how you relieve this pressure vibration you know hitting even hitting a pothole creates there now one reason I know we don't have no problem on these I've seen and read about these little traders here having over a million miles on these trailers and the scans are stayed on and they're just as tight so to me this is the secret and the longevity of a Wilson trailer is these little pop rivets on this trailer here they do a marvelous job and keeping the structure and integrity of this trailer together I've showed you so many of the features on this trailer like a sip while ago if you have any questions that I'm not answered or not fully answered call me again at the store it's four two three five six two two one five four or my sale for two three five six six three three eight five and if we look at the trailer and whip when I decided to stop be a aluminum trailer dealer I looked at a lot of trailers and I come up with the Wilson now a Wilson may be a few dollars more but the quality and the integrity stands for itself we have Testaments of these trailers having over a a million miles on these trailers now this trailer here any of the gooseneck trailer series it's not an investment that you're going to put in and inspect ten years later to have to redo it over you know you buy this trailer and give it a little bit of TLC you know everything needs a little TLC you buy that your grandson will be taking this trailer to the livestock barn delivering cattle this trailer is easy a 30 year investment they are they are that good and I'm impressed with them I love these trailers are easy to pull now they're well manufactured the country's been in business a long time they've been built on these little trailers here so 30 years so they have got this down to the size I've appreciate your time I hope you enjoyed the video and they like a safety warning pricing or questions feel free to call I hope you enjoyed our video over lately laptop trader showed you a lot of poets and if you have any more questions about products and Wilson Lake feel free to call us at any time my name is vini Ayers call me here at the office five six tu-154 for you how mursalin working three five six six three three eight five thank you
