voice that is what makes all the Rhythm work and then you start listening to his lyrics and then you just get lost and then you wake up a minute later and you realize you've just been on this journey from his elbow the rap game is dominated by people that aren't playing in like live music right you're playing to tracks you're playing you know it's that whole thing right you come out with the microphone and there's no band okay there's no band that's fine okay you do you you're making an impact on people people love it right but from a musician especially that doesn't come from this world seeing him with band okay and have his there's so much harmonic complexity going on it's so well arranged these are such great songs I'm not even getting to the lyrics I know in the rap game it's all about the lyrics lyrics right like listen to the story I hear you it's with Kendrick it takes me a couple listens because musically there's so much happening that's so badass that like I got to Circle back I got to take two listens okay there's no lyric track in front of me but to have his vocal syncopation his vocal sensibility his vocal Dynamics be the thing that makes the band work right and work a perfect Arrangement right I'm talking about the Rhythm here my friends I'm talking about the groove his his pocket in the band it's hard for me to imagine that there's anyone better I don't even need to hear a Drake track to know that it's not as good as this because there's basically nothing as good as this this it's it's if you are like me and you believe that you without the Rhythm if you don't have the groove you don't have anything and you believe that if you can't do it live you're not really doing it then this is the top of the mountain my friends this that was spectacular I'm such a big fan of his and his band which is an extension of him it's geared towards what he does and what he needs to bring and it's the it's the electric vocal syncopation right and just the pocket he's so if you just watch him and you listen listen to him watch him and the drummer with the high hats okay even if you remove the amazing fluid base and the keyboard decorations everywhere and the super tight like rhythm guitar parts where everything has the right duration remember it's not just where it comes in it's how long it lasts even if you just watch him and the high hats and the drummer you realize you're just like no this this is this is some Next Level rhythmic just I don't know badassery it just it is the these these players are playing a different game I'm not playing this game but I can appreciate and I know what I'm seeing and hearing and it's not something that I hear from a lot of other people in the rap game I know it's a terrible way to describe it but I'm
