Grim Dawn | Chaos Damage Flames of Ignaffar Build | Ultimate at level 78 | April 2024

hello welcome back to the channel going to do a quick update on the chaos flames of anfa character i' I've gone into sun 78 I'm going to I'm in Ultimate I've been running around in here doing a bit I've been in Ultimate doing a few things the build is not optimized there's a few that's pretty bad but it goes up that's sort of okay this is sort of all right ether resistance is awful so I'll try and avoid getting hit by Ether enemies that's what I'll try and do um secure the portal in bar Village so what I'll do is run up I'll run up there for this video I'll keep this video short it's just um just a bit of a catchup thing I know on the video the original videos for this a few people were commenting asking if I was going to do anything about it an update so I thought I'd do an update it's nice to play what you've got going on you've got quite a strong attack but it's short range wow they don't drop very often is that any good it's all right not for this character but anyone who's familiar with the stuff I do on here that um that one shot build uses that look at those things go yeah go I can have them where are they going there's another thing so all all the One Shot stuff's dropping for me yeah so the way this plays if you've got you've got your channel skill and I've got a Celestial power raise the dead on it now people are look at that and go well now what you should have on that is this well I've got that on word of pain what I've got on here is is this thing if you look what these do these skeletons reduce the targets resistances when they run in and they spawn fairly often the thing about that is even if my attack misses or doesn't hit people who are further away these boys will run in and lower their resistances which is always a good thing he just got healed he's getting healed by that witch doctor now you're not that movement skill is a metal augment this this thing here Glyph of Ash and waste that's good is it so that's it's a bit of a step up from the level one forgotten God's faction items so what I tend to do is run in immediately Drop The Inquisitor seal where I'm standing Mark a pain try and keep blood ofri up all the time and sigil when I need it for a bit of extra whatever like I was saying it's not optimized yet so it's not killing particularly fast but it will get better go find my old mate algrim so what you can do here quis to seal and sigil all over the place click on that word of pain yeah so my ether resistance obviously not that great so I'm going to run away from that and there's a reflective guy as well Channel skills versus reflective guys is not so good BL Relic Oblivion I don't remember whether that's a chaos one or not probably not yeah of course it is that's all right actually yeah it's got a skill you've got to use so not that fast what I want to do let's see if I can fight his see if I can kill gut worm gut worm's cave can be there it's not okay it might be the other place it's a shame there's no monster in frequent item or anything else that will modify Inquisitor seal to do chaos damage you can get it to do ether damage Vitality damage but not chaos damage which is a shame I mean you could probably get a generic thing to convert Elemental damage to chaos damage but or fire to chaos but um actually saying that what does it reckon it's doing rebuke see it says it's doing fire damage H but you can't trust that and I don't think I don't think it will show up no see it claims it's not doing any damage so that's a bit annoying but I've got right they're not converting fire to chaos that doesn't that convert hurs 36% fire damage to chaos damage so okay and that's generic that's any damage you do apart from retaliation damage so the at least 36% of that fire damage is chaos damage there might be more I'll check some more gear in a bit actually I was going to look for gutor wasn't I I don't think I can do ultimate gutor oh there's his cave all right let's try it what I do is stick me Rift down just keep an eye on my health if it looks really iffy I'll run away that's all right in it o look at that did take a bit of a hit there but never mind forgot yeah all right so gut worms possible night shades reach what's that shadow always interesting when they do a double sorry a two-handed weapon for night blade cuz cuz most of the time you look at night blade there's always dual wielding but that obviously that's damage to Shadow strike okay well that was all right that gut worm fight wasn't too bad kind of like that I'll clear the bur Rift out and then we'll talk a little bit about skills and attribute points and whatever and then that'll be it I'll try and keep this video short right put a rift down here I might die I don't think I will but that was fine wasn't it absolutely fine I'm pretty sure I've already done the Ranny yeah oh have I oh maybe I haven't okay I thought I would have done him all right we do dur that's interesting I'm surprised I hadn't already killed him I bet I've got C disorders in stash already yeah interesting can you stack them yeah you can crazy a it right what do you want I want to kill you mate right so I get me bloody Chon IED that you did Blood Chon thank you how much R 1250 what am I doing with DC for R yeah oh I probably did I use oh yeah I was using mandates wasn't like not all over the place though give you good price I'm sure you will that stuff brings now minuts 30% chaos damage oh yeah we've already got it of course I have so that's how it's performing in Ultimate um attribute actually sub a quick look at this this have I died I have don't know what killed me I've died once it's a shame is it um been playing for 17 hours 58 anyone who running around in a video with a level 100 character and they don't have leveling videos for it and they stay well away from screen three so you can't see that they've only been playing the character for like you know half an hour doesn't matter play it your way on care right um total death average item level monsters killed whole load of monsters damaged out it's not too bad is it so the what's it reckon I've done it reckons I put 62 points level up attribute points and Quest all whatever into physique nothing in cunning and 15 in spirit so that's all right skills obviously the main skill is this thing and it's it's converted to the fire damage is converted to chaos damage and you can see that on tab two it doesn't do any fire it's still doing burn which is a bit weird but um the majority of the damage is chaos damage because of these things if you look at that they add a whole pile of chaos damage to flames of ignaa do so I doal wielding them i s I got that stupid Relic if I get some other item that lets me du wield a belt or a medal or something um I can change that to something decent that's malmouth gear if I'm oh actually I'm honed I'm not revered with them yet it's going to say I go I can go and get the cuz they've got oh is it level 90 I think it's level 90 can't get it yet the elite version of that so that's sort of Target farmable from blood swarms as brother sarius is you go farm in for that that's uh shop item from Rovers farm that from well yeah any reason I'm keeping that look at the Buffs on that it's crazy in it otherwise I just get two of them uh lucky drop as was that I think think that's not a shop item is it just to drop anything with Sals or void or whatever on it that's just got really good resistances Target farmable is from Cron's gang it's pretty much it for gear isn't it yeah back to skill so that's your main attack and that's so yeah that I was looking for the gear that converted the fire to chaos what a pratt it's there it's got its own node that does it so you haven't got to rely on gear to convert it to chaos damage and then to convert lightning yeah so I think all this stuff on here yeah all this lightning and fire these things add in electrocute Okay so it's not doing it's not doing electrocute so the conversion is converting all right that burn must be coming from somewhere else I don't know where that's coming from uh can spend all day trying to figure that out right so that's that word of pen here why are you using that well because of this if you a look at that once you put word of pain on them and it affects groups it drops their chaos resistance by 25% when it's Max St so that's awesome those are the only two on that thing and that's you stand on that for your Elemental resistance and health regen and whatever and a bit of damage so that's okay cultist that's your chaos stuff there that's buffing chaos stuff that's just a defensive thing and that's got a bit of chaos damage on it so I really got a lot of skills devotions these are fully whizzed out us on flames of igna that's just any permanent skill to health thing that's on chaos strike so that's on my movement skill and it's got an 85% no 68% chance on attack any permanent skill I call them toggle skills even though they're toggled permanently on by the game name uh that's on Inquisitor seal that's on word of pain so that drops their chaos resistance by 33% so yeah that's in addition to the 25% that's on that other thing right I'll do a bit more of this I'll um I'll get somewhere I haven't completed Elite yet I just came into ultimate to mess about but it was just so easy I just kept running around hopefully that's filled in a little bit of a gap for you on this character I'll level him up a bit higher I might get up to the 90s or something before I do another video on it and go this is
