It's kinda misleading to say that Greenland is melting. The ice caps and gletchers are melting faster than before and faster during the summer than they grow during winter so they are decreasing in size. But the island of Greenland isn't "melting"....
Also I didn't watch the video so I don't know what it's about, just wanted to called the title out for being kinda sensationalism.
Some areas of Greenland have net accumulation while others have net ablation. Although over all, ablation is greater and the ice sheet is retreating. Greenland holds enough water to cause over 7m of sea level rise if it all melts but is unlikely to cause large sea level change before 2100 except in the worst case scenario.
