two weeks ago a week about a week and a half ago okay and what did you what did you ask me to do actually if you can pray for my grandmother-in-law because she had a report from the doctor and they didn't we didn't want to receive that report uh the first call that she asked me to make while she left the doctor was can you please call a pastor for him i said i'll definitely call him and i caught you and you called him he hit a direct line everybody got that direct line here amen but you asked me if i when we had on when we were having our next service live service yes and i told you it was today but she wanted prayer right away that's right praise god and in fact she she needed prayer right away because she was on her way to a second evaluation uh based off the first report that she received from the doctors so we needed you to pray before she went that second evaluation mother you want to tell us what was going on yes i i went to the doctor because i started to bleed and so they took me in for tests and they said i had ulcers and so but then after then i went back the next day for the another test and they said it was it was cancer and and they uh wanted to do surgery they said it was cancer and you did surgery yes and uh of a part of my stomach the upper part of your stomach and so uh uh august the 6th i'm going back in supposed to be going back october excuse me okay mother can you what do you need them to stand john the cameraman is trying to this way okay turn that way okay thank you turn around that way the cameraman want to get there okay so they said that you needed to have surgery of the upper part of your stomach they said it was cancer right yes okay and so what kind of operation they said they were going to have to do it's as um i don't want to see what is this yet take take the other part of my stomach to take out the upper part of your stomach yes and the and uh they said uh so then after then i had to go the next day i went back in but to see the the surgeon and he examined my stomach he said well you know what that was after you had you had prayed for me yeah there go that's that's back up so um it was about 5 30 6 o'clock about 5 30 6 o'clock that evening yeah and and uh when i prayed for you over the phone you begin to shout you begin to speak in tongues hallelujah and so and so uh i felt this warm and i just felt all of this just looked like just so annoying just going all over my body even in my head i just felt drawing like warmth and so i wanted to say that when i go i'm going to stay when go back in to see the doctor he checked the surgeon he examined my stomach and he said well you know that's after you had prayed for me he said you know i don't feel any mess but still they gave don't see no cancer [Applause] [Music] [Applause] but still the doctor want me to come in the sixth of uh october to take the surgery please praise god let's give mother a hand thank you sarita bless you bless you all thank you mother thank you it matters who prays for you [Music] it matters who has the anointing and the power of the holy ghost she's too old to get a operation anyway let god do the work amen amen to god okay karen is going to come and give us another selection then i'm going to give you the message please do not leave because i'm going to talk to you about a very strong principle that you are going to have to make sure that you walk it in it's going to help it's going to bless you if you open up your hearts to receive what the lord has to say today let's put our hands together again for this woman sister wilma ellis as a young minister gave me some advice and i always kept see it's good to listen to somebody and know how to get wisdom and apply it amen but she comes from a man a family that god has anointed not just could sing a man but anointed her and her sisters her family and we just thank god a man for her her husband again the chief apostle of the church of god in christ bishop drew sheer amen all right i want to talk to you today and we don't want to be alone today and i want to get into your heart and get into your life through the word of god as long as i'm teaching the word would you please open the door if i'm not teaching the word shut it down but i'm going to show you a man how you can prosper and how you can have a full life with god how many one have a full life of god amen i don't want no bits and pieces hey man i want to eat the whole world amen i don't want nothing left on my plate especially when it's good i've been teaching on the on power principles principles that will work wherever you are whoever you are whatever your color of your skin may be whether you're male or female and man if you apply these principles they will take you in a place a man where you can be used by god because god has a plan for your life say god has a plan for my life and it's awesome hallelujah these principles are simple but powerful if you use them and apply them to your life they will cause you to be free so you could soar recently i talked on the law of humility being humble you remember i told you that being humble don't have false pride don't think you better than someone else just because you have a certain job and just because a man you have a certain income or even just because the color of your skin you walk around you act like you know because of your title that you're better than someone else the bible says that god hates pride amen he wants us to walk humble before him and before man the bible lets us know that in matthew chapter 23 verse 12 and whosoever shall exalt himself this is jesus talking shall be a base and he that humbled himself shall be exalted i always try to keep myself as an humble person no matter what god has blessed me with i want to make sure that everybody knows that if it's not him doing it i would be nothing so if i got it from him i have no reason to lift myself up like i'm better than somebody else amen you got people that wear titles pastors apostles whoever may be and they look down even on the people that a man that's blessing him and the people that they're serving and man some folks don't even say thank you amen they walk around because and beat people up and and and and and things like that but that's not acceptable with god it's very important if god is taking you somewhere in life make sure you have a spirit of humility a spirit of humility the bible says in james chapter 4 verse 10 it says humble yourself in the sight of y'all and he shall lift you up humble yourself in the sight of god and he will lift you up now i don't know about you but i want god to lift me up amen because man can put you up and when they get mad with you and man soon gonna get tired of you hey man you let somebody keep coming over your house every day listen you better don't don't come over here no more hey man you you don't wore your welcome out amen commander get tired of you quick but when you let god raise you up it said over yourself in the sight of the lord and he shall lift you up the stone that the builder rejected became the chief cornerstone they may say you would never be nothing they may say they man you'll never go nowhere but because god lift you up honey you know what can't nobody bring you down if god puts you up can't nobody put you down i don't care how great they may be i don't care how great they may seem and man the much power that they may have i mean god exalts you oh glory to god hallelujah we talked about a man the power of thanksgiving giving thanks to god and man the power of thanksgiving i love david because david was a man that always thanked thank god the psalms is full of thanksgiving oh magnify the lord with me and let us exalt his name together amen he will always say is give praise to god if i had ten thousand tones i couldn't praise them enough you know you got some folk a man they sit in these churches and you gotta make them y'all better praise the lord you ought to get up you know he's been good honey you know he's been good ain't nobody got to tell me amen i praise god ain't nothing everybody got to tell me to clap my hands and stuff my feet nobody got to tell me to give him thanks because i know he's worthy to be praying [Music] power thanksgiving amen you thank god you thank man you see people don't want to do that these thanksgiving thanksgiving will bring down the jericho walls in your life thanksgiving will cause a man your enemy to go ambush that's why when i get up i don't say nothing to nobody i said thank you jesus thank you father for watching over me all night long i could have been dead in my grave but look where you brought me from you brought me from a mighty long ways thank you for my help thank you didn't come back to say thank you i don't think they'll get one next year [Music] power in thanksgiving today i want to teach on the power of forgiveness power forgiveness every one of you that's sitting here today must operate in forgiveness we're hurt by man we're hurt by man there are so many people in god's house who go to ministry on a weekly basis sing in the choir serve on the board preach the word of god and still carry around a heart of unforgiveness a heart of unforgiveness i'm talking to you how important it is to forgive and how forgiveness liberates you whatever they did to you you have to learn to let it go if you're going to be free if you're going to be free you got to learn it meant to let it go and that's why the master teacher jesus told us always to forgive we live in a fallen world and because we live in a fallen world things will not be fair we often say that wasn't fair but because we live in a fallen world that is governed by man things will not always be fair and you will be wounded and you'll be hurt but you got to learn how to let that stuff go case in point how many you heard the story of the uh of the woman who called in adultery raise your hand you heard that story the woman called indulge right i'm gonna talk about fairness i'm talking about fair can we talk about fair she was caught in adultery and the bible said in the very act but they never talk about the man that was with her she wasn't knocking boots by herself she wouldn't knock a booth by herself somebody else was in there with her both of them was knocking boots because they caught them in the very act of a sexual activity but you never heard them say uh they that were caught in adultery or the man that was caught in the very act they let him go women we know y'all go through some stuff and you we know a man some stuff that's that's not right a man that a lot of men can get away with and even in the court system we have situations where if you're a certain color you'll get more time than a person who's none of color and you'll be hurt by people just because of the attitude that people may have [Music] so they never mention a man but they mentioned the woman and they brought the woman to jesus to try to trap him but he told them enough for them to drop their stones they ready to stone him i guess he put his clothes on and went home [Applause] but he said they were knocking boots and they had nothing to say about him positive length of that ain't fair that's not fair so what i'm saying that you could walk around i'm sure she had you know looking sideways and had some feelings about that where where is he because that law wasn't just for her it was for them but you got to understand that you cannot allow these things of being mistreated hold you in bondage matthew chapter 9 verse 1 through 7. and it says and he entered into his ship and pass over and it came to pass and came into his own city forgive me and behold they brought to him a man that was sick of the palsy lying on the bed and jesus seeing their faith said unto the sick of the palsy weaken his bones weaken his muscles couldn't get up and stand on his own son be of good cheer thy sin be forgiven thee and behold and behold until the sick of the party son be of good cheer that sin has been that sin be forgiven thee and behold certain of the scribes said within themselves this man he's blasphemous and jesus knowing that their thoughts said where for thinking evil in your hearts for whether it's easy you're to say that sin be forgiven thee or to say arise and walk but that ye may know that the son of man has power on earth to forgive sins then said he to the sick of the palsy arise take up thy bed and go to your house you see this man had to be forgiven of his sins so he would be able to get strength to get his miracle he had to be able a man to to get a a a spirit that would lift him up praise god above what he was going through sickness and disease is connected to a heart that won't forgive that's forgiveness bring healing think of forgiveness more like this how it can change your life forgiveness brings peace in your life forgiveness brings happiness in our lives forgiveness amen is emotional and spiritual healing forgiveness can take away the power that the other person continue to will in your life in other words they always have a lord over your life as long as you're holding on to that grudge the spirit i'm not able to forgive it's not of god but it's of the devil one of the major characteristics of god is being able to forgive and i want every one of you that's sitting here today and man think about somebody that when you hear that name praise god it angers you think about somebody who have hurt you and just say their name and then you're turned off by it and it brings you into a from a happy mode to a low mode and you know what's so ridiculous about this even if the person's name that hurts you or the person who's had the same name of somebody that you knew hurt you and just say john and somebody else i want to introduce you to john oh then you think about the john who hurts you i don't like that name john even though john the one that you standing in front of had nothing to do with your wounds but i'm saying but you got to release yourself you see all that stuff amen it brings a man a person in a state praise god of not being who he or she is god is a god praise god amen who has the characteristics of forgiveness psalm 32 verse 15 verse 5 says i acknowledge my sin unto thee and my iniquities have i not hid i said i will confess my transgressions unto jehovah the lord and thou forgave is the iniquity of my sins the psalmist is saying that god forgave the iniquity of his sin psalms 86 4 and 5 rejoices rejoice the soul of that servant for unto thee oh lord do i lift up my soul for thou lord are good and ready to forgive and plenteous in mercy unto all them that call upon thee now look what he says he said he is ready to forgive my god you got to learn how to forgive folks right away you're gonna learn that man when folk hurt you you can't let the devil build that thing up in your mind because if you don't let it go right away it's gonna eventually get to a place where it was a mole hill now it's a mountain now you can't handle it god says the psalmist said he said god will forgive us right away psalms 103 verse 1-3 hold them going somewhere with this blessed bless the lord o my soul and forget not forget my soul and all this with me within me bless his holy name bless the lord all my soul and forget not all his benefits for what forgiveth all thine iniquities not some this is the characteristics of god who heal it all thy diseases he forgiveth all my iniquities who healeth all my disease luke chapter 23 verse 32-34 it says and there were also two male factors led with him to be put to death and when they were come to the place which is called calvary there they crucified him and the male factors won on the right hand and the other on the left then said jesus father forgive them look at this y'all this is powerful somebody crucifying you for something that you didn't do lied on you took and hook hung you to the cross he says father forgive them for they know not what they do and they parted his raiment and cast life you know what when you got when you see folks that's hating on you and lying on you talking your name down a lot of them don't even know why they're doing it no they don't know why they doing it i have folks that talk about me that have never met me i mean i got folks that don't like me for what they heard by somebody else everybody sitting here got the same situation even in your family he says he says forgive them now this is a very strong powerful act of forgiveness he said because they don't know what they're doing they mad because the glory of god is on your life they're mad because you've got a good marriage they're mad because god has blessed you they mad because a man everything you touch his bless [Applause] he act on forgiveness he act on forgiveness and people sit in the house of god and they will sit in their families and they will hold grudges and man through not only days and weeks months but years and decades sisters and brothers won't even talk to each other because they've been hurt by each other instead of saying listen i'll let that be put to the side and i'm going to let god work it out but i'm not going to let you hold me in bondage i'm not going to let you a man let me live in hell every day because you're crazy [Applause] you're cuckoo [Music] and i'm not gonna step into your drama i ain't stepping in your drama oh they all on the internet fighting back and forth because somebody's saying something let me tell you somebody they're suffering from a child you know you've got a whole body a whole bunch of children and grown folks bodies you want to do they don't know how to sort over situations back and forth on the internet going back and man on social media you talking about me i'm talking about you let me tell you something there's too much to do a man to be fooling with you when you don't have nothing they man to give me you don't like me anyway so why would i even take and waste my time hey joe i tell them all the time i said i don't fight unless it spoils [Music] out there fighting no spoilers when david went to war hunting he got spoils when david brought goliath down he got spoiled [Applause] i can't fight and i ain't getting no spoiler now i'm gonna fight and put myself in harm's way i gotta be benefiting some from you know sitting going back and forth because somebody you know that stuff dies down and met a week or a few days anyway then they don't you know they on somebody else because he's that's what social media is all about a man the one that got the biggest uh lie or or truth whatever it is everybody jump on him or her then when they get to eating him or her eat them up and talk about them then they hear something other news come on did they hey some fresh meat over there no spoils when i when i when i win my battle i'm taking my spoils home [Applause] i don't have time to get caught up with folks that don't know where god is taking you you ain't got time to get messed up with folk they don't have nothing to do but troll you on the internet to try to see what you're doing but let me tell you honey when you know how to walk in the power of god and the things that god has for you praise god the worst thing you can do for your enemy is to be successful [Applause] your success is to kill him the spirit of god is is of forgiveness holding on to not being able to forgive can hold a person back in so many ways it is scientifically proven that holding on to hurts and grudges and not being able to forgive can cause sickness in one's life unforgiveness can steal god's joy out of your life unforgiveness can make you sick it's scientifically proven people with cancer some people not all people who have migraine headaches people who have degenerate diseases are holding on to something that's only not only affecting them spiritually but it's affecting them and making a negative impact on their life negative then hospitals because they they carry the spirit of unforgiveness it keeps them in bondage it hinders your prayers unforgiveness empowers the person that hurts you to continue to hurt you unforgiveness is people who are always it'll have you in a place where you're so concerned about what he did that she did he's still lording over you this girl didn't forgive and she's still in bondage this person is trying to get out and can't get out because the heart of grudging and wanting somebody to fail i want to pay him back he could have raped you but i'm not getting don't give a rapist or anybody else or beat you up or you've been in a relationship with a with a no good man or woman don't let them continue to hurt you unforgiveness is a sign of joint inflammation arthritis all kinds of hurting in the body the act of forgiveness can reap huge rewards for your health knowing the risk of heart attacks in improving your level of cholesterol better sleep reduce pain blood pressure lower the level anxiety and depression when you learn to let things go can't sleep at night because you worry about somebody hurting you let me tell you something my wife would tell you she sit right here and she will tell you right now look at her face while i'm talking y'all you look at her don't look at me look at her face she tell you when i go to sleep i go to sleep i go to sleep and i'm snoring up the whole house you would have thought a bear or the hurricane came through my house i ain't worried about those demons i ain't stuck in those devils i asked in the morning how you sleep baby she said well i know you slept good that's all i know you slept good he said maybe i can go maybe i can get up to go to bed because i kept it all night long i ain't thinking about no devil i let that stuff go i'm almost finished just knowing all the negative things that can come with a spirit of unforgiveness i know that none of you want to allow the person or person that committed that act on you to still have that kind of power over you my wife and i have been hurt and attacked by the spirit of jealousy envy throughout our marriage by people that we don't the people that we don't know and those who we know my wife let me tell you how you gotta release yourself i could be holding on a whole lot of stuff based on what people have done to me and i don't want anybody to i'm not asking this is not no feel sorry for wayne [Music] because wayne is good so because they they they took it they did jesus and they did paul and everybody else so who am i they lied on them right but my wife and i let me say this so many people lied on me [Music] so many people have taken and misused our love that we have in helping people now i want y'all to do this now you can't do this great thing i want you all to remember all the folk when they didn't have christmas time all of the gifts that we had this whole altar was full of gifts that we gave to families that didn't have families that didn't have we we made their christmas a christmas i have my wife took clothes out of her closet and put it on people's back that used to sit here she had taken shoes out of her wardrobe and gave it to people she had given him baby showers now as busy as she is she could walk around and say listen i ain't got to do that she had prayed for people that couldn't have children and their wounds open up and they have children and she have taken and her and i have put people who were homeless in homes i'm just talking i have pastors that i have made pastors i've laid my hands on them and put some of my glory on them and they left and they talked about me won't even show up for a day like this it doesn't let me tell you something i could allow that stuff to get in my heart and then you get on the internet and you start talking about us but you know when i don't cut my internet on i don't listen to that stuff let me tell you honey you know what i'm doing i'm either praying loving on my wife or making some money with dr jewell because you want to know where the money is you want to know where the money is doctor you she was giving me a new investment this morning i said okay we got to get this get to ministry we're going to talk about that later on or making some money with dr jew i don't worry about that because if i allow that stuff and think about what those folks did i will be little a man myself to be on their level and i refuse i want to show my maturity some of y'all amen uh know some of the people i'm talking about but i'm saying this is this it doesn't matter you ain't gonna go into that and and i don't need nobody to fight my battle this is not what i'm saying i'm saying amen that you know you look at because you look at how people are yeah i look at bishop white and adrian how they gave their life in ohio and people turned on him and his wife for nothing now he could be bitter but i don't want i don't want you to be low i don't want you to lord over me now i forgave you i forgave all of them and let god handle it but i'm not going to walk around mad at 4k man that left didn't even tell me they were going next and you know they're in another state and they on the internet talking about you and i love though and i send them can y'all imagine this i send them thousands of dollars after that they mouth me because i'm bigger than you i'm not going tit for that now let me tell you something i don't know i don't know i don't know today you know we celebrated my birthday i don't know i didn't know how old i was i didn't i didn't have to ask you how old i was yeah she had gonna calculate how all i was i know how young i am should i say how young i did not i got my right-handed god i didn't know my age [Music] and people my age on medication [Music] people my age are going through a lot of physical challenges people my age have a whole lot of stuff going on in their bodies but y'all look at me is what you see but i don't allow that stuff to get in my spirit because you are not that important i forgive folk not forgetful i forgive i ain't no medication um i get around the young men that follow me and i'm a better than me they have a time keeping up with me and they have my age why because i don't want that stuff inside of me they said being holding a grudge and being unforgiving it's like drinking poison and expect the person that you're mad at to get sick let me say it again they said unforgiveness is like drinking poison and expecting the other person that you don't like who you refuse to forgive to get sick my my pastor will say this he says unforgiveness it's like acid it does more harm to the container in which it was stored than the object in which it is poured you're holding it on the inside you got to forgive you've been hurt you got to forgive and go on with your life quick example when i'm i'm closing now in this message a quick example was two individuals wait a minute let me let me let me see this go to psalms 55 verse 12 through 16. now this really hurts right here this is like taking a dagger and twisting it in somebody not only just stabbing but twisting it when you gotta got it in them psalms 55 12 through 16 it says for it was not an enemy that reproached me then i could have borne it hey man you know what you ended me you know how it is you know it wasn't my enemy but when i was in the street i mean i knew my enemy when i saw my enemy i did like this [Music] even though i didn't have nothing i played [Music] no but the ones who i embraced who came to my home [Music] sat at my table and said i love you pastor i always to be with you i rub them wrong one time where sister orange two weeks anybody sing sister orange then next time you know sister orange is on the internet telling everybody don't go back to the ministry and then call another i understand if you left go go home go where you want to go why are you on the phone calling everybody else in the ministry even folks that you didn't talk to look what he says here look what he says here he says he said that reproached me then i could have born and i could handle that neither was it he that hated me that did magnify himself against me then i would have hid myself from him but verse 13 but it was thou a man my equal he was my guy and my acquaintance we took sweet counsel together we prayed together we touch and agree together [Music] and walk into the house of god in company let death seize unto them and let them go down quick into hell for wickedness in their dwellings and amongst him as for me i will call on the name of elohim the lord shall save me psalms 41 9 because some of y'all been hurt by close people 41 verse 9. yay my own familiar friend and whom i what i trust this person and that's one of the the deep deep deep wounds who ate of my bread hath lifted up his heel against me [Music] they ate with me pastor jones we went to starbucks together went to red lobster and got some of those biscuit butter biscuits that's the one that's closest to you judas because of his selfish self sold the master out for 30 pieces of silver because he was greedy now i want y'all to say this now y'all that are here and we're closing out now y'all know i ain't changed i'm the same wayne t same one but that stuff that was inside of them it came out of them what did jesus say whatever you got to do judas do it now and do it quickly are you mad could you give them homes are you mad because you put clothes no i'm not mad because i did this unto the lord every month every dollar i gave every thousand dollars i gave i did it as unto the lord i forgive you i got nothing let me tell you all this i have nothing against nobody so you want y'all walk around saying you know uh he don't like me well why are you sitting here then why would i keep going someplace that i knew the person didn't like me but devil gives us your mind i had to send correction to an individual and i send correction to an individual because corrected about who the lord never he chasing now you won't go to a ministry you can do anything you want to do honey let me tell you something not in my house my house you don't just walk around around my house and do what you want to do and be what you want to be because you got you know something going on in your head you're going to be told at the door take your shoes off please you come into the house my wife hates it when you bring shoes in the house because she don't know where you've been walking where you just got through coming from well i'm not taking my shoes off well you're not coming in the house and get bad about it mad about it so i sent correction and what happened i hadn't seen this individual for a while but i kept on praying i know that individual had a problem i knew he did but that problem wasn't on me because i knew correction was right and they had to deal with it so they called me on young kapoor and said apostle i need to confess i was angry with you and i knew it wasn't right i just didn't know what wasn't right i know i i know if i'm gonna pray and get a prayer through because you okay jesus said before you go and ask me for anything he said you leave your gift at the altar i don't know how y'all gonna pray over dirty stuff he said leave your gift at the altar then go get it right and then come back i said yes sir i knew you were upset i said i want that god and you worked that out see i got too many people i've got a pastor to be concerned about one or two persons now in other words i can't stop my ministry based on something like that and he said he said the lord dealt with me and i want you to know that i let that go i said i'm glad you did because it showed me your maturity some of you may be sitting here right now and say you know what apostle said something that the devil took what i said in your head and you let him build it up in a place where it should not be and i want to make everybody understand this this is for the record i love all of you oh i wouldn't even be here [Music] raise your hands raise your hand before the lord [Music] i feel the power of god in this place i feel the spirit of the living god somebody is ready to get healed right now somebody is ready to get touched by the satan against you and i command you to be healed right now sickness go pain go [Music] disease go now there it is there it is them there it is by the power of the holy ghost move yourself where the
