Goliath is back!! First test & Tune

[Music] what are we doing today i feel like we should go to the celebration station maybe frontier city ride go carts let's do something constructive okay we're going racing all right proper way we're headed to thunder valley raceway park on a monday to test the car after three months bobby's with us probably would be the guy that built the car bobby and hopefully we can one and done or two and done deal we don't win we're definitely gonna make it weird on people stay away from bobby because bobby crashes this into the wall [Music] you see the light marks somebody's going to burn it out wheeler's coming and it's raining yep get the smart car out start pushing so that's yours too above my sacrifice [Music] sitting there at the very top but as soon as i got a little air that released it started overflowing out of there [Music] sure we doing ready to get back in this thing you need me to shake it down for you make sure everything's good wow i need one you're spinning you're smith we got this hey remember back three hard to flip okay [Music] all right [Music] right there [Music] wanna check it out okay scared to say that so [Music] so first initial shakedown of the car since we crashed it back in uh june june at georgia uh of course it's all new chassis bob cut it off at the firewall the whole front end's new a lot of new parts on it so come out here to make a short shakedown just to see if it was going to go straight make sure no parts fell off um [Music] we tried a different stagger on the wheelie bar but we're going to go back to what we were because it drove left go back to where we were and try it again he was like oh let me do it cut the [ __ ] chimney down everybody cut the chimney down [Applause] so jacket wheeler been working that thing out i've been zooming in and out gas tank to love making machine right there bud yeah let's roll so [Music] training rebel does the same thing i'll jump at you try to lick you in there try to jump up at your face and you think he's trying to jump at your face he just wants to give you love that's it you sit down he'd be all in your lap so okay we're out in the shop today and wanted to do a recap of our test session it ended rather quickly it didn't do what we wanted it to do and it wasn't coming around to look like it was going to it was down on 60 foot was down on power wouldn't run the et or the 60 foot that it normally did so obviously there was an issue and so he's out in the shop today 90 sure i found it um we're actually loading up headed to colorado for the no prep kings i missed arizona because of family emergency father-in-law was sick he ended up passing from the sickness and families first to me all this [ __ ] can weight or go away it's not important family is so out in the shop going over this thing i think i found an issue um so we should have a power back and it should do and should perform like it did right up till i hit the wall in georgia headed to colorado no prep kings um i've had a shitty year had a pretty shitty season and georgia was the how many races was georgetown third georgia was like the third race of the season when we hit the wall racing bobby rookie mistake i went over that it was all my fault and i promise you it won't happen again we learned from that ordeal but i've missed a lot of the mpk this year so me even trying for the points or even remotely trying to uh being a top five of the points maybe even the top 10 is probably out of the question right now we've got five more remaining and i plan on hitting all five of them i just need to make it weird on a few people and help ryan team 405 kind of advance for the championship because that's what we do so if i can take out some big names go a few rounds help ryan out that's what i'm going to do and hopefully this thing is back to where it was and and it was hauling ass right before the wreck and it was hauling us all season uh testing was okay scale from one to ten it was like a six i mean we got some passes on it nothing fell off the car went straight bob was there jason come down to help us again colton the new guy was breaking him in letting him try to figure out what to do and what not to do in between rounds so we got a good start on it i found the issue we're gonna load up head to colorado that is my uh i won't call it my home track but i was born in colorado so i always look forward to this race and uh we're fixing to load up and head that way [Music] you
