answered them have faith in god truly i say to you whoever says to this mountain be taken up and thrown into the sea and does not doubt in his heart but believes that what he says will come to pass it will be done for him therefore i tell you whatever you ask in prayer believe that you have received it and it will be yours and whenever you stand praying forgive if you have anything against anyone so that your father also who is in heaven may forgive you your trespasses joshua chapter 1 6-9 be strong and courageous for you shall cause this people to inherit the land that i swore to their fathers to give them only be strong and very courageous being careful to do according to all the law that moses my servant commanded you do not turn from it to the right hand or to the left that you ears toward their cry face of the lord is against those who do evil to cut off the memory of them from the earth when the righteous cry for help the lord hears and delivers them out of all their troubles the lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves the crushed in spirit many are the afflictions of the righteous but the lord delivers him out of them all [Music] jeremiah chapter 33 2-3 thus says the lord who made the earth the lord who formed it to establish it the lord is his name call to me and i will answer you and will tell you great and hidden things that you have not known jeremiah chapter 33 verse 6. behold i will bring it health and cure and i will cure them and i will reveal to them abundance of peace and truth isaiah 41 10-13 fear not for i am with you be not dismayed for i am your god i will strengthen you i will help you i will uphold you with my righteous right hand behold all who are incensed against you shall be put to shame and confounded those who strive against you shall be as nothing and shall perish you shall seek those who contend with you but you shall not find them those who war against you shall be as nothing at all for i the lord your god hold your right hand it is i who say to you fear not i am the one who helps you isaiah 40 27-31 why do you say o jacob and speak o israel my way is hidden from the lord and my right is disregarded by my god have you not known have you not heard the lord is the everlasting god the creator of the ends of the earth he does not faint or grow weary his understanding is unsearchable he gives power to the faint and to him who has no might he increases strength even youths shall faint and be weary and young men shall fall exhausted but they who wait for the lord shall renew their strength they shall mount up with wings like eagles they shall run and not be weary they shall walk and not faint matthew chapter 11 28-30 come to me all who labor and are heavily burdened and i will give you rest take my yoke the most high will rest in the shadow of the almighty i will say of yahweh he is my refuge and my fortress my god and whom i trust for he will deliver you from the snare of the fowler and from the deadly pestilence he will cover you with his feathers under his wings he will take refuge his faithfulness is your shield and rampart you shall not be afraid of the terror by night nor of the arrow that flies by day nor of the pestilence that walks in darkness nor of the destruction that wastes at noonday a thousand may fall at your side and ten thousand at your right hand but it will not come near you you will only look with your eyes and see the recompense of the wicked because you have made yahweh your refuge and the most high your dwelling place no evil shall happen to you neither shall any plague come near your dwelling for he will put his angels in charge of you to guard you in all your ways they will bear you up in their hands so that you won't dash your foot against a stone you will tread on the lion and the cobra you will trample the young lion and the serpent underfoot because he has set his love on me therefore i will deliver him i will set him on high because he has 8 16-18 the spirit himself testifies with our spirit that we are children of god and if children then heirs heirs of god and joint heirs with christ if indeed we suffer with him that we may also be glorified with him for i consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which will be revealed toward us john chapter 14 25-27 these things i have spoken to you while i am still with you but the helper the holy spirit whom the father will send in my name he will teach you all things and bring to your remembrance all that i have said to you peace i leave with you my peace i give to you not as the world gives do i give to you let not your hearts be troubled neither let them be afraid romans chapter 5 1-5 therefore since we have been justified by faith we have peace with god through our lord jesus christ through him we have also obtained access by faith into this grace in which we stand and we rejoice in hope of the glory of god not only that but we rejoice in our sufferings knowing that suffering produces endurance and endurance produces character and character produces hope and hope does not put us to shame because god's love has been poured into our hearts through the holy spirit who has been given to us second corinthians chapter 13 verse 11. finally brothers rejoice aim for restoration comfort one another agree with one another live in peace and the god of love and peace will be with you [Music] isaiah chapter 53 verse 5 but he was wounded for our transgressions he was crushed for our iniquities upon him was the chastisement that brought us peace and with his stripes we are healed psalm chapter 37 verse 37 mark the blameless and behold the upright for there is a future for the man of peace hebrews chapter 12 verse 11 for the moment all discipline seems painful rather than pleasant but later it yields the peaceful fruit of righteousness to those who have been trained by it [Music] matthew chapter 6 25-33 therefore i tell you do not be anxious about your life what you will eat or what you will drink nor about your body what you will put on is not life more than food and the body more than clothing look at the birds of the air they neither sow nor reap nor gather into barns and yet your heavenly father feeds them are you not of more value than they and which of you by being anxious can add a single hour to his span of life and why are you anxious about clothing consider the lilies of the field now they grow they neither toil nor spin yet i tell you even solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these but if god so clothed the grass of the field which today is alive and tomorrow is thrown into the oven will he not much more clothe you oh you of little faith therefore do not be anxious saying what shall we eat or what shall we drink or what shall we wear for the gentiles seek after these things and your heavenly father knows that you need them all but seek first the kingdom of god and his righteousness and all these things will be added to you [Music] psalm chapter 126 5-6 those who sow in tears shall reap with shouts of joy he who goes out weeping bearing the seed for sowing shall come home with shouts of joy bringing his sheaves with him [Music] psalm 16 5-11 the lord is my chosen portion in my cup you hold my lie the lines have fallen for me in pleasant places indeed i have a beautiful inheritance i bless the lord who gives me counsel in the night also my heart instructs me i have set the lord always before me because he is at my right hand i shall not be shaken therefore my heart is glad and my whole being rejoices my flesh also dwells secure for you will not abandon my soul to shield or let your holy one seek corruption you make known to me the path weakness for we do not know what to pray for as we ought but the spirit himself intercedes for us with groanings too deep for words and he who searches hearts knows what is the mind of the spirit because the spirit intercedes for the saints according to the will of god and we know that for those who love god all things work together for good for those who are called according to his purpose for those whom he foreknew he also predestined to be conformed to the image of his son in order that he might be the firstborn among many brothers and those whom he predestined he also called and or persecution or famine or nakedness or danger or sword as it is written for your sake we are being killed all day long we are regarded as sheep to be slaughtered no in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us for i am sure that neither death nor life nor angels nor rulers nor things present nor things to come nor powers nor height nor depth nor anything else in all creation will be able to separate us from the love of god in christ jesus our lord [Music] romans 10 9-13 if you confess with your mouth that jesus is lord and believe in your heart that god raised him from the dead you will be saved for with the heart one believes and is justified and with the mouth one confesses and is saved for the scripture says everyone who believes in him will not be put to shame for there is no distinction between jew and greek for the same lord is lord of all bestowing his riches on all who call on him for everyone who calls on the name of the lord will be saved psalm chapter 9 9-12 the lord is a stronghold for the oppressed a stronghold in times of trouble and those who know your name put their trust in you for you o lord have not forsaken those who seek you sing praises to the lord who sits enthroned in zion tell among the peoples his deeds for he who avenges blood is mindful of them he does not forget the cry of the afflicted [Music] proverbs 3 1-12 my son do not forget my teaching but let your heart keep my commands for length of days and years of life and peace they will add to you let not steadfast love and faithfulness forsake you bind them around your neck write them on the tablet of your heart so you will find favor and good success in the sight of god and man trust in the lord with all your heart do not lean on your own understanding in all your ways acknowledge him and he will make straight your paths be not wise in your own eyes fear the lord and turn away from evil it will be healing to your flesh and refreshment to your bones honor the lord with your wealth and with the first fruits of all your produce then your barns will be filled with plenty and your vats will be bursting with wine my son do not despise the lord's discipline or be weary of his reproof for the lord reproves him who he loves as a father the son in whom he delights james 5 13-16 is anyone among you suffering let him pray is anyone cheerful let him sing praise is anyone among you sick let him call for the elders of the church and let them pray over him anointing him with oil in the name of the lord and the prayer of faith will save the one who is sick and the lord will raise him up and if he has committed sins he will be forgiven therefore confess your sins to one another and pray for one another that you may be healed the prayer of a righteous person has great power as it is working [Music] matthew 7 7-11 ask that it will be given to you seek and you will find knock and it will be opened to you for everyone who asks receives and the one who seeks finds and to the one who knocks it will be opened or which one of you if his son asks him for bread will give him a stone or if he asks for a fish will give him a serpent if you then who are evil know how to give good gifts to your children how much more will your father who is in heaven give good things to those who ask him [Music] psalm 103 1-12 bless the lord o my soul and all that is within me bless his holy name bless the lord oh my soul and forget not all his benefits who forgives all your iniquity who heals all your diseases who redeems your life from the pit who crowns you with steadfast love and mercy who satisfies you with good so that your youth is renewed like the eagles the lord works righteousness and justice for all who are oppressed he made known his ways to moses his acts to the people of israel the lord is merciful and gracious slow to anger and abounding in steadfast love he will not always chide nor will he keep his anger forever he does not deal with us according to our sins nor repay us according to our iniquities for as high as the heavens are above the earth so great is his steadfast love toward those who fear him as far as the east is from the west so far does he remove our transgressions from us as a father shows compassion to his children so the lord shows compassion to those who fear him psalm 107 13-16 then they cried to the lord in their trouble and he delivered them from their distress he brought them out of darkness and the shadow of death and burst their bonds apart let them thank the lord for his steadfast love for his wondrous works to the children of man for he shatters the doors of bronze and cuts into the bars of iron [Music] john 14 1-7 [Music] let not your hearts be troubled believe in god believe also in me and my father's house are many rooms if it were not so would i have told you that i go to prepare a place for you and if i go and prepare a place for you i will come again and will take you to myself that where i am you may also be and you know the way to where i'm going said to him lord we do not know where you're going how can we know the way jesus said to him i am the way and the truth and the life no one comes to the father except through me if you had known me you would have known my father also from now on you do know him and have seen him john 14 12-21 truly truly i say to you whoever believes in me will also do the works that i do and greater works than these will he do because i am going to the father whatever you ask in my name this i will do that the father may be glorified in the son if you ask me anything in my name i will do it if you love me you will keep my commandments and i will ask the father and he will give you another helper to be with you forever even the spirit of truth whom the world cannot receive because it neither sees him nor knows him you know him for he dwells with you and will be in you i will not leave you as orphans i will come to you yet a little while in the world will see me no more but you will see me because i live you also will live in that day you will know that i am in my father and you in me and i in you whoever has my commandments and keeps them he it is who loves me and he who loves me will be loved by my father and i will love him and manifest myself to him 10 27-31 jesus looked at them and said with man it is impossible but not grow cold but the one who endures to the end will be saved john chapter 15 1-11 i am the true vine and my father is the vine dresser every branch in me that does not bear fruit he takes away and every branch that does bear fruit he prunes that it may bear more fruit already you are clean because of the word that i have spoken to you abide in me and i and you as the branch cannot bear fruit by itself unless it abides in the vine neither can you unless you abide in me i am the vine you are the branches whoever abides in me and i in him he it is that bears much fruit for apart from me you can desire for this very reason make every effort to supplement your faith with virtue and virtue with knowledge and knowledge with self-control and self-control with steadfastness and steadfastness with god of jacob is our fortress [Music] romans chapter 6 5-14 for if we have been united with him in a death like his we shall certainly be united with him in a resurrection like his we know that our old self was crucified with him in order that the body of sin might be brought to nothing so that we would no longer be enslaved to sin for one who has died has been set free from sin now if we have died with christ we believe that we will also live with him we know that christ being raised from the dead will never die again death no longer has dominion over him for the death he died he died to sin once for all but the life he lives he lives to god so you also must consider yourselves dead to sin and alive to god in christ jesus let not sin therefore reign in your mortal body to make you obey its passions do not present your members to sin as instruments for unrighteousness but present yourselves to god as those who have been brought from death to life and your members to god as instruments for righteousness for sin will have no dominion over you since you are not under law but under grace [Music] psalm 147 1-6 praise the lord for it is good to sing praises to our god for it is pleasant and a song of praise is fitting the lord builds up jerusalem he gathers the outcasts of israel he heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds he determines the number of the stars he gives to all of them their names great is our lord an abundant in power his understanding is beyond measure the lord lifts up the humble he casts the wicked to the ground [Music] revelation one 21 seven then i saw a new heaven and a new earth for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away and the sea was no more and i saw the holy city new jerusalem coming down out of heaven from god prepared as a bride adorned for her husband and i heard a loud voice from the throne saying behold the dwelling place of god is with man he will dwell with them and they will be his people and god himself will be with them as their god he will wipe away every tear from their eyes and death shall be no more neither shall there be mourning nor crying nor pain anymore for the former things have passed away and he who was seated on the throne said behold i am making all things new also he said write this down for these words are trustworthy and true and he said to me it is done i am the alpha and the omega the beginning and the end to the thirsty i will give from the spring of the water of life without payment the one who conquers will have this heritage and i will be his god and he will be my son [Music] galatians 6 8-10 for the one who sows to his own flesh will from the flesh reap corruption but the one who sows to the spirit will from the spirit reap eternal life and let us not grow weary of doing good for in due season we will reap if we do not give up so then as we have opportunity let us do good to everyone and especially to those who are of the household of faith [Music] i am the bread of life your fathers ate the manna in the wilderness and they died this is the bread that comes down from heaven so that one may eat of it and not die i am the living bread that came down from heaven if anyone eats of this bread he will live forever and the bread that i will give for the life of the world is my flesh matthew 6 14-15 [Music] for if you forgive others their lord and he will sustain you he will never permit the righteous to be moved [Music] isaiah 52 12 for you shall not go out in haste and you shall not go in flight for the lord will go before you and the god of israel will be your rear guard psalm 32 8 i will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go i will counsel you with my eye upon you isaiah 30 18-21 therefore the lord waits to be gracious to you and therefore he exalts himself to show mercy to you for the lord is a god of justice blessed are all those who wait for him for a people shall dwell in zion in jerusalem you shall weep no more he will surely be gracious to you at the sound of your cry as soon as he hears it he answers you and though the lord gave you the bread of adversity and the water of affliction yet your teacher will not hide himself anymore but your eyes shall see your teacher and your ears shall hear a word behind you saying this is the way walk in it when you turn to the right or when you turn to the left [Music] philippians chapter 1 verse 6 and i am sure of this that he who began a good work in you will bring it to completion of the day of jesus christ isaiah 26 3 you keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on you because he trusts in you john chapter 11 25-26 jesus said to her i am the resurrection and the life whoever believes in me though he died yet shall he live and everyone who lives and believes in me shall never die second corinthians 4 16-18 so we do not lose heart though our outward self is wasting away our inner self is being renewed day by day for this light momentary affliction is preparing for us an eternal weight of glory beyond all comparison as we look not to the things that are seen but to the things that are unseen for the things that are seen are transient but the things that are unseen are eternal [Music] philippians 3 20-21 but our citizenship is in heaven and from it we await a savior the lord jesus christ who will transform our lowly body to be like his glorious body by the power that enables him even to subject all things to himself matthew 5 2-11 and he opened his mouth and taught them saying blessed are the poor in spirit for theirs is the kingdom of heaven blessed are those who mourn for they shall be comforted blessed are the meek for they shall inherit the earth blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness for they shall be satisfied blessed are the merciful for they shall receive mercy blessed are the pure in heart for they shall see god blessed are the peacemakers for they shall be called sons of god blessed are those who are persecuted for righteousness sake for theirs is the kingdom of heaven blessed are you when others revile you and persecute you and utter all kinds of evil against you falsely on my account rejoice and be glad for your reward is great in heaven for so they persecuted the prophets who were before you [Music] first john 4 4 little children you are from god and have overcome them for he who is in you is greater than he who is in the world matthew chapter 10 39-42 whoever finds his life will lose it and whoever loses his life for my sake will find it eyes of all look to you and you give them their food in due season you open your hand you satisfy the desire of every living thing the lord is righteous in all his ways and kind in all his works the lord is near to all who call on him to all who call on him in truth he fulfills the desire of those who fear him he also hears their cry and saves them first corinthians 10 verse 13 no temptation has overtaken you that is not common to man god is faithful and he will not let you be tempted beyond your ability but with the temptation he will also provide the way of escape that you may be able to
