Girl Gets a LIFE-SIZED Doll House for a Bedroom! | Get Out Of My Room | Universal Kids

i love it my name's dylan and i'm seven years old i like to play with dogs and make slime it's sticky so this is our room this is huge bunk beds i wake up first on weekends do you wake him up yes with my foot oh that's exactly how i like to be woken up in the morning too mickey wakey eggs and banky so this is your closet i change in the bathroom all the time a girl needs space in her closet this where we do like artwork and homework and i can't do much stuff i can't like use a glue gun cause he's taking all the outlets say you two are both trying to do an art project in here show me how that would work i bump my head like this tight quarters oh shoot so who would clean up this mess after it happened i don't clean [Music] so what's hidden back here all my stuff because i have no space to put it yeah you need like maybe a space so that the dentist chair isn't right in the kitchen it's not very hygienic okay guys let's talk about this tell me a little bit about this new room that you're going into suggestion but right now we used it for storage dream rooms anything you want in the world i'll go first oh okay um i want like a fish tank stuck to my wall a place to play with my dolls and a big canopy bed she has a lot of great ideas what do you want for your room i want my room oh and i would also like my name in a neon color like on the wall like yeah so i've been thinking a lot about what to do with your sister's room but i want to hear your ideas what should be in her room her favorite color is turquoise i'm thinking we give her turquoise walls perfect and she wants neon signs neon could be so fun in that room she loves playing with dolls what if we made a wall of her room into a dollhouse with storage shelves she would go crazy also she wants a canopy bed these are good ideas let's go you know it we finally cleared the room out now it's time to start turning this into dylan's room what was her favorite color turquoise first things first we've gotta erase this and start with a clean blank slate so we're going to use this white primer and we're going to start fresh [Music] ah geez i'm splashing it everywhere we use primer because a bright color like purple will show through your new paint job if you don't but the most important tip is to have fun [Music] we need some height over here bye-bye purple adios that's spanish your sister wanted princess fairy world right correct so we're gonna make a canopy bed let's do it so this is gonna be the hoop and it's gonna sit up high above our bed what does this remind you of a hula hoop so what we're going to do is we're going to thread these on to this hoop this is beautiful then we take a second hoop and we're gonna wrap it with all of these different ribbons and tulle she loves tickle me pink so maybe we could use that one i'm gonna do a little knot right here okay and we just keep wrapping we just keep wrapping this is going to take forever fast forward this please perfect all we do is pop this on and then we're going to give her some princess fairy lights nice and we'll just kind of wrap it like this all the way around make it a little crazy fun perfect now we'll just plug it in ready and light camera what do you think it's adorable hey dylan's gonna love this this is totally her style what the dylan what's a really girly girl room so i have a really fun project for the artist in you we're going to make painted curtains are we going to paint it we have these fun spray bottles of paint we have about one-third acrylic paint and then two-thirds water so it's like a real big spray bottle of watercolor whoa jalen's the art master right so let's see what skills you got ready set spray [Music] [Applause] [Music] wow is this the biggest canvas you've ever painted yep [Music] [Laughter] okay switch [Music] switch [Music] if it feels like it's a little heavy you can always shake your bottle to mix up the paint some more [Music] i am loving this we all artists [Music] [Laughter] i need to go [Music] we know that your sister really wanted neon signs right yes we're gonna make her her own neon sign all right that's cool there was a word that you mentioned oh lid lit first you're gonna put it on the wood panel and we're gonna do little x's and o's to mark where we're gonna drill so we can weave the neon wire through and once that's ready we're gonna drill so you're going to want to drill straight down wherever we made our marks perfect [Music] it's ready for the neon i'm really excited about these they're called el wires and e-l stands for electroluminescent which means that it doesn't get really hot and so you can play with it it's safe to turn yourself into a christmas tree [Music] now this is what i call lit how are you gonna untangle this now that we've regrouped it's time to get back to work we're going to start coming through the frame you want to do the next one perfect oh this is going to look so good and voila job well done i'm gonna go check on the next project you can clean this up really clear good luck you're just gonna leave me clear [Music] i love it we know that you wanted a place for your dollhouse uh-huh and instead we made your whole room a doll house yay [Music] maybe i'll become a dog [Music] and i got a bigger bed me and your brother and your mom made this canopy bed for you the whole thing oh thing what do you think and that way it's like a princess bed and now when i surround my bed that means do not disturb you like the curtains doing yes we made these curtains they were all white and we got paint and water we put in a spray bottle and we sprayed them you see this thing we made that for you too i love this room so much [Applause] [Music]
