starts where I somehow schemed my way into the Brooklyn Nets game at the barlay center I think Ben Simmons is behind me and then I surprised my mom with a doors off helicopter ride all over New York City I also end up getting stuck on a train because somebody pulled the emergency break and then somehow end up at a rooftop concert to see Tate [Music] McCrae I also get to see my commercial on this Mega jumbo TV and then I celebrated my friend's birthday and hosted a dinner party uh and then I oh also saw Charlie [Music] poth morning so today I have a basketball game which I know you're like girls since when you play basketball actually a matter of fact I played in high school school look at this dude wait till you see the no no no no also hello if you are new watching me my name is my Venus Williams quote telling you to believe in myself even though this morning I was like literally in my head trying to like tell myself affirmations like while I'm half asleep being like I love myself I love myself I love myself and I can tell that there was like some resistance in between it and like not because like I myself but it's just like I don't tell myself it enough and I had to like just keep saying it in my head and in my head I was thinking uh like I'm going to keep saying this because it's going to start coming more naturally to me and this was my quote girl girl girl girl you guys are wondering why I self taned none of you guys are wondering why I self taned cuz um I don't know you just look hotter when you self tan okay you know you just look nice and toned because I'm not nice and toned I don't go to the gym I think the last time I lifted some weights was probably a year ago or more so f it you make it you know what they say all right why don't I figure figure out what I'm going to wear for my morning walk today yes because I take a hot girl walk every morning before I actually do anything and the reason why is because no matter how energized I am or anything I'm going to fall back asleep even though I am a morning person because whenever you go outside and you see people up and awake getting their day started going to work going to the cafe walking their dog it's hard to go back to sleep cuz it's like oh damn like I'm lazy you know like also makes you feel like you're that morning person that you're seeing everybody else be I'm sure you've heard this before but getting morning sunlight in your eyes before around 10:00 a.m. is so good for your body and resetting your cirian Rhythm and actually this is how I avoid jetl whenever I travel to a new place or travel back home I always make sure to catch the sunrise and the sunset cuz there's these certain like light protons or whatever that go into your eyes do something inside there this is n no science video by the way but basically the light hits your eyes releases some chemicals or whatever and then your brain's like oh my God it's morning right now all right so then your body is going to start releasing cortisol and when your body starts releasing cortisol it basically sets your circadium Rhythm and at night your body will automatically get tired easier and then also it helps if you see the sun set because your body sees the sun set and it's like okay got it night time your body temperatures are going to start to drop this is not no science video by the way I don't really know science like that but I know it works and if you want to know more science I will link a video down below but also getting sunlight in the morning is just proven to make you a happy person even if it's not sunny out just like going outside There's still them light protons in the air this is not no science video by the way you can actually get a light meter app on your phone and see how much it is outside and then you can see how long you need to stand outside for but I'm not that extra with it I'm like oh my God I went outside today so proud of myself but also seeing motion like cars it's like I could cut this out but it would be like half of the video I'm I'm so sorry if you came here for a nice little YouTube video and I'm out here lecturing you like you're in class okay just bear with me seeing motion like cars pass by people walk by when your eye registers the motion automatically you wake up but a morning walk could change your life if you're not convinced right now I I don't know if I can convince you I'm not going to lie I know I don't sound too sciency but I'm a YouTuber like not a professor okay y'all I just got ready did the hair did the makeup did the outfit yes did the hair and the makeup why cuz listen I don't even know if I'm going to get playing time okay so might as well look cute cuz what if I'm just sitting pretty on the bench you know jacket from there and oh my gosh it is so freaking cute and then I have these heels these are from like TJ Maxx or like Marshalls these pants are vintage product from into archive and then this shirt which I think is so perfect is from Chanel but also from into archive website link below if you guys want to check it out but the reason why I'm dressed up all cute is because they specifically said like my posts anymore like it's been months like obviously I see how many people liked it but I don't check who cuz it just drives me up it's like I don't want to know who's liking my pictures cuz then you start keeping track and then you're like this person liked it this person didn't oh this person like my picture and too much anyways eat some salad rolls probably going to make a little protein shake before I go because a girl needs energy energy mostly just excited to talk to people I have a bunch of my friends coming out honestly I literally don't know how I'm going to play like I'm not a basketball player y m I just made myself a smoothie put it in this cup [Music] okay I just arrived everyone's out there but I'm about to change into my jersey look at this a s my look my were getting sweaty as we walked out oh my gosh guys we were taking like to the back and everything I could see everybody practicing the moment was coming I could see the entrance I could see the court we were all waiting and I was watching you know the drummers do their thing the band what are they called but look at this crowd look at this fat crowd there's a lot of people guys there's a lot of people okay and then they call my name and they said it wrong it up but it's okay we did our practice shots you know o oh she got it in ooh she kind of slick with it you know she's on the court and oh up and she misses that was the first half guys I'm tired but you know we out there we playing trying my best guys it's so hectic I think Ben Simmons is behind me but I don't know tell me why tell me why Ben Simmons was just sitting on the bench the whole time yep if you look closely in a blurry picture that is Ben Simmons bro we out [Music] here my goal is to make one sh I hope they pass the ball to me I'm not going to lie I just want to make a shot maybe no because I think that this is one of the weirdest side quests I've ever done because I like it's the stuff like this that make me think that I can do anything and like you can do anything because girl how was I just a little girl in white Court Alberta Canada in a small town of 10,000 people in a school as small as 300 kids and like all of a sudden only 5 years later I'm in New York City doing this like I promise you right now you got to dream big girl you you got to dream big you know it's like weird opportunities like this show up you may have the biggest dreams of dreams but if you want it that bad and it's truly meant for you it's going to find itself to you in the weirdest ways possible such as why am I playing basketball at the Brooklyn Nets girl I said I wanted to be court side not on the court okay my manifestation said I wanted to be court side but somehow it made it happen but just in a different way in New York and he like doesn't live in New York but we hung out for the first time and it was super fun um that's about it I wouldn't recommend you guys talk to strangers but we are here alive to tell the story [Music] now [Music] Sunday in New York City First Stop Cafe Grumpy honey o latte you know you know I love seeing you guys post on your stories that you guys went to Cafe Grumpy when you packed Subway the train is delayed so they're making it express but then all of a sudden someone calls the emergency e break and the train just stops so someone's out here having a field day they you know what let me ask her and she was down so I'm going to actually hang out with her for the first time s Sur Rising right now I'm excited to show you guys the outfit I also just put on some Sally Hansen press on nails so cute I love the red body ly have not worn this Mark Jacob's Heaven necklace in so long it's just like a little half bear this is the fit right now like I could put a belt on to like kind of cinch it in but I think that this is already enough for the bag I have this one we could wear which really matches I could wear this cross body which just add like a little extra Edge I think I want to go for this one to be honest I think this matches but it's just so like you know like we get it like it it looks like it matches too well it looks like like a set all right this is the my boots I was like why is this fit not hitting little pop of white kind of looks odd but I'm not like mad at it though you know cently have this ey by direct thing before I go over to the concert
