Gear Based Matchmaking Solved! It has ABSOLUTELY no exploits... Dark and Darker Solo

e e e e e e e e hey everybody welcome welcome to the stream I have a doozy for you today I have well not me but we have as a collective group have finally figured out I don't know who exactly finally posted up on the wiki but the gear score has officially been figured out I can tell you exactly how many points that you need in order to get into which Uh current gear bracket so to start out this stream I'm actually going to cut away from my game and I'm going to go to the wiki and I'm going to show you guys how the gear score is currently uh tributed all right and then I'm going to show you some of the kits that I've created uh to show how abusable this system is and why it needs to go like yesterday all right so let's go ahead and bring up the gear score Wiki that has just been added to the game very very recently okay uh all right I'm going to move my camera here for a second into the corner all right so what you're going to see here okay is we now have can you guys see this okay is everything good here let me know before I start like going into it you guys having uh you guys you guys all good here I assume that you are also uh Hey clay and uh everybody else who's currently here it looks good all right so the new gear score system is based on a point system uh between it says two brackets but I think there's more but I think this Wiki just hasn't been updated or we we're not entirely sure but I can tell you 100% certain based on my own testing that there are at least two gear brackets there's one between 0 and 199 points and there's one uh that's above 200 points I don't know about additional brackets above that 200 threshold but I can tell you that this lower bracket between 0 and 199 uh is is a little questionable okay and I'm going to tell you why so every single yes uh Laura type in exclamation mark gear score on Twitch and you'll have a link to this that I'm currently viewing and those of you on YouTube if you want to see this page go to this the description of this video and you'll see it so every single piece of gear has a gear score attached to it so for example I was right Yesterday by the way remember when I said that I thought two-handed weapons seem to be putting me into higher tier lobbies I was right was right the whole time uh so they have their own gear score so for example a two-handed rare is 60 points a one-handed is 36 and an offhand is 28 all for rare okay so what this means is that you can go through this gear score list so weapons armor uh heads hands and foots are different values than chest legs and back so I was right on this too I had a feeling the cloak was heavily weighted uh I I actually I think I had a feeling the legs and the chest were too because of the size uh but turns out that was actually correct which is pretty funny uh so you have the two different gear scores here you have your trinkets your jewelry that is less weighted so you can build better jewelry and you won't be pushed out of that uh you know that original gear score area or if you're trying to reach under 200 and then you're a utility this is where people are getting bumped into the next uh slot or the next you know level of gear Rarity so every single potion like red potion is three points so a stack of red pots is nine total gear score okay to give you an idea of how much that is it's one stack of red potions is almost as much as an uncommon uh pair of gloves okay so what this means is that classes that can go with less total utility options maybe even cleric uh could actually have a big advantage in these earlier games in other classes such as Bard because I think Bard is going to have to be affected by I'm assuming it's affected by one of these probably utility uh they're going to be negatively impacted uh arrows and bolts do not seem to count for my current testing I don't think those count so what you can do is you can add up your total gear score uh kind of be a little light on healing so don't grab like a million red pots and bandages instead you grab surgical kits and blue pots as like your primary healing and maybe a little bit of extra if you can uh or you play a class that uh can heal itself such as cleric Warlock and you're going to be at a really big advantage over other classes because you're going to be able to build out your gear score in a way that other classes can't without sacrificing their HP okay so now that we have that out of the way I going to swap back to my game and I want to show you the kits that I've made to give you an idea how broken this system actually is all right so let me go ahead and swap back over give me a sec move my camera back bring back the dark and darker game play all right all right so we're done with that for now okay done with that for now all right I don't know anything about the mining pick no I don't I don't mine all right so I'm going to show you three different classes uh I am going to show you my fighter build my warlock build and my Barbarian Build I think Barbarian is probably one of the easiest classes to build in the entire game cuz you don't need a headpiece because it doesn't really affect your build much and you don't need a chest piece which is insane yeah I think it was all data M Pikachu so uh this build is under 200 gear score okay uh we have healing and I have surge kit this is a really tight build uh we have a Rondell dagger with uh armor rating and every piece of armor currently has armor rating on it or movement speed we have true physical damage we're sacrificing our cloak and using a junk survival bow uh to basically utilize our through physical damage so this kit is about 58% physical damage reduction with 2 4 68 true physical damage and this will be in starter kit lobbies yes this is this system that they've made literally is is horrible all right now we're going to go to warlock we all love warlock right warlock's super weak Crystal Sword build I have a blue crystal sword with two four 7 n additional magic damage with 10 uh 320 speed okay so we're rocking 15 from here uh nine additional damage from here and again 320 speed so when we're using Phantom IED W of corruption if you're not faster than 106% speed uh you are going to die because this kit is dealing a little less damage than my other one was this is really really close to my old kit it's the only difference is the purple sword instead of a blue or you know the Swap and no cloak everything else is just about exactly the same all right uh next we're going to talk about the Barbarian all right so Barbarian has a really big Advantage with this current gear score system uh not only can you build very high movement speed we're sitting also very close to my warlock build at 319 I it could be better if I I traded out these rings for agility I could be 321 uh but I was right uh also yesterday so you can utilize singlehanded weapons because it has lower gear score rating such as a hatchet if you want a meme and then you can add true physical damage and then you can also use a cloak because Barbarian uh doesn't need a chest piece or headpiece so cloak is like perfectly fine so you're going to get additional damage and speed from this even though they're super expensive plus you can bring blue pots uh frannies two surge kits and meds you can bring everything you could ever need in a game on Barb it's insane insane yeah the meds is the big thing you're basically just making them count uh you'll see here the reason I have two red pots here is because we're right on that threshold all of my all of these kits that I'm showing you is between 190 and 199 gear score currently it's somewhere in that range as long as I didn't miscount anything but that's currently what we're sitting at so uh there you go hopefully my long winded explanation uh does some of you some good feel free to feel free to go wild if you want it's uh it's going to be very interesting until iron base changes this system for sure but for the meantime we'll just kind of run it and we'll uh you know we'll just kind of see how it goes you were the Rogue that I killed earlier no I don't have voice chat on so I didn't hear you no problem lauro no problemo I know a lot of you guys were asking me about this gear Source system so I wanted to go ahead and just explain everything here man I miss cleric well I don't I don't have a I don't have a build for cleric yet but I'm pretty sure you could build really well for cleric and it' be perfectly fine I just don't have a build yet for it but yeah you absolutely could build a good one for cleric I think you could because you don't have to worry about meds so you can just go full into your gear set and it'd be kind of insane every class in your lobbies yeah you could do no chest piece too all right so that said I think we're just going to kind of like just play around with these gear sets as long as I didn't miscount my score this should be accurate I don't think I did it's possible that I messed up on the gear uh score number but I I'm pretty sure I'm right yes the moment you get 200 gear score you get shoehorned right into all the sweaty lobbies under 200 score and you're fine you'll fight people probably equal gear or less to my gear and then everything above as soon as you hit that threshold you're you're going up you're going straight up into the uh into the sweat lobbies yes indeed all right so hopefully I did not mess up on the uh the counts here I could recount real quick just to double check but I'm pretty sure I'm right so uh when I'm actually looking at this I basically just go what it's so dumb you literally have to go one by one and count so like this is 54 points so you add 54 you add let's see I think it's let's see hand yeah hand and feet are 12 for Gren so you add 24 for the it's so stupid you add 24 for these you go to the legs you add another 15 for the trousers right you add 20 for the cloak uh you add nine for trinkets that are green so that's an additional 27 uh then you then you need to make sure you add the potions properly so green pots are going to be six a piece so this will add 18 points uh the red potions will add looks like three a piece so this is five so this will add 15 points uh frannies are going to add an additional I think it's three per cuz they're poor quality so this is going to be 12 point and then these surge kits are six a piece so plus 12 and there you go we actually have some wiggle room with this build too this build could actually be in could could be better oh I think we have like 20 points of extra space of stuff we could add to make this kid even better so yeah we're going to go Ahad and start some games and uh uh yeah we'll see how this goes let me make sure I have my gear all all set up and ready all right what if all the SES are at minus 200 I hope they are I'd love to fight some Mega I'd love to fight some sweats in here yeah greens it's not even just greens though you can also use Blues you just got to account for it yeah this was all data Min everything you're uh TV I I just did a full explanation over like the last 15 minutes uh but if you type yeah if you type exclamation mark gear score you can see the entire uh score base system uh that is everything I explained so basically like your gear adds a number to your total and as long as you're under 200 points with the gear you're using you will not be shoehorned into the sweaty lobbies yeah everything has been figured out we are good to go this is it and you'll see it works my Lobby is exactly what I said it would be we are we are currently playing in the less geared lobbies yes so this H this this is it man this is it Well it can't be hidden zoink it was it it was hidden iron ma hid the gear score and then it was Data mined you can't hide it because people will just data mine it it doesn't work why this title why is it totally no exploit because there's totally no exploits to be had here this is a perfect system and nothing is wrong we're all good we're all good man it's all good here man now to be fair I am using a hatchet which I think is a really bad weapon uh so at least I am at least I'm kind of meme in here there're definitely better builds I could be running you think yami's in my match if I kill yumy with this build I think he's going to be upset but we'll [Music] see if he kills me then I'll be upset that's okay this build's actually pretty cheap I mean it's it's like mid it's it's a it's in the middle there there's some frozen cons to the cost of this build greens are going up in price man well Z Barb is probably meta uh this I'm I'm not using a meta weapon I think Z is better but I think the hatchet's way more fun so that's why we're running with this I mean the better course of action would have been to never have added gear scor in the first place to be honest with you we all knew this would happen this isn't a surprise guys this is exactly what happened the last time that um the last time that iron ma did gear based matchmaking this is exactly what happened it was just that instead of a point system you just built everything that was blue or under and they just went with that yeah I think Horseman is pretty good it's probably better than Hatchet it's just I don't know I just think it's funny to you know ped up people uh sorry chaos YouTube does not have the option for me to give that command that I know of uh but it is in the link of the description of the video so you can check there damn those mod those mobs actually kind of messed me up the hatchet the hatchet is so slow or the hatchet's uh the rage is so bad it's oh my God he had so many mobs on him I just could quite get him I don't think he used Nas a oh [ __ ] this is definitely yummy isn't it I just Q tapped him he did all that work and it didn't matter cuz I have better gear for on me he can hit all the crossbow shots he wants D Yami I said GG it's how the game is man it's weapons and then you're going to see additional damage on top of gear and this is what people are going to be using a lot now this is like what's going to be most valuable I I think like not even is endless legendary long sword well it ain't a unique but that's cool I guess still cool I don't know if this is even worth anything I'm just going to drop it in favor of treasure because I don't really know what stuff value is right now no idea legendary I know I I thought of you I thought of you when I saw it Lance we still take the legendary here I know the ornate Jazz I know I saw it stupid I'm so full on gear I feel like there's no reason to loot this pile I guess I could get a gold chest though but I I I feel like I should just go for Circle I have a lot of gear on me no this is main server yeah yeah there there's the table that he already looted could be 142 HP yeah I'm just going to focus on Circle we we have so much loot this game the chance of a a chance of a chest is so low it's all good same kit oh that's funny probably copy I was I've been running this build since yesterday this is so fun uh I think that I think this game probably shows you guys the importance of Serge kits I think I used three of them this game and I needed all of them just saying like you're going to need to start bringing like two surge kits every single game if you want to if you want to do this kind of thing you don't really have you don't have the gear score to be spending on uh on silly bandages and stuff it's too expensive my friend can you make a price check and a unique fine Cur oh dude I I I couldn't tell you man uni I dude who knows what unique prices are right now green green gear is all the rage right now man I'm sorry I don't know I'm not I'm not even kidding green gear is really good right now sorry I I wish I had an answer for you but really don't hey dor dork dor nice name hey man make sure there's no Rogues killing GG fellas yes potions and meds count for gear score if you type in exclamation mark gear score uh you can go to the website that you can count up your own points so you so you can also play the game tell you what Yami was hitting those crossbow shots real good man I I thought I thought I might have been dead I didn't have enough healing to back away so I had to just go in and kill him I just basically accepted it after the after I was out of healing it was it was what it was just killed a guy exploiting this and he had a Mystic G he had a Mystic gem that's so funny dude tell him to get wrecked minus 7K gold good things man good things uh gear score info it's on the uh it's on the wiki now yeah I killed yumy unlucky for him I should I feel like I should go to my uh like I should go to my twitch and tell him GG in his own chat but he he knows he knows I'm here he knows I'm there in spirit he knows oh Lantern uh it's uh offhand it's like offhand gear score or something like that I'm not really sure it's something around there yeah yeah it's something like offand I think I think that's right sorry I'm just doing a quick count making sure I'm not messing up here 2 I'm just I I should have I should have I should have gotten the full Cal I actually know pretty much all the values in my head now cuz I've done it so many times which is really funny 1535 I have to recount uh just to make sure I didn't mess up here yeah okay so score tax it's better to get rings the P the P dude that that's such a waste of gear score right there that pavise that I think that counts as a two-hander if you get a legendary pavis I think it's 14% And like I'm just like I don't think I'm at all Invincible in these games just to be clear the only thing that this is preventing me from is dying to like bis geared players every player I fight is either going to be an even fight or I'll be slightly advantaged like the two players I killed had blue weapons with additional damage attached to them too so like they actually kind of had the same idea that I had so I'm also killing players uh that are doing like the same kind of thing right now whoop h oh I forgot uh blue pots damn I'm D huh all righty then I don't know I don't really know wait didn't he have a skeleton skin he's not a Timmy wait a minute wait a minute he's red Skelly guys that's not a Timmy dude he's literally a red skeleton that is not a Timmy what's this kit cost I have no idea I I I have I don't know this cloak is 500 gold though this this cloak legitimately is 500 gold I I already had it my stash but I was looking at cloak cost and yeah it's like 500 it's a rogue thought was I actually thought it was a I'm not going to go chase a naked Rogue oh well I'm actually smart I didn't even think about that that being open I he might be dead I think I'm faster than him am I faster he's a rogue but I'm a speedy Barb damn he's too fast all right I think we're I think he gets to live fellas I think he gets to live I've decided I'm not going to chase him all to remember those next game no these score War are not in game this is all Wicky this is like data mind information and you have to calculate it yourself every single time including your consumables cuz if you mess up you go straight into the juice lobbies so don't mess up or you're going to be the small fish and you're probably going to die cuz this kit would probably not last in the juice lobbies it's pretty it's it's good but it's it's a hatchet so you know this you know it is what it is intrusive it's a a little bit it's a little funny got a new warlock build oh it's not a new warlock build but I do have one that will work for this current gear score system yeah I guess it's wizard I think I hear him zapping sorry wizard sorry wizard I'm sorry wizard I I'm really sorry wizard I'm really sorry wizard I'm really sorry wizard I feel so I feel so bad for killing this guy but i' already committed what a Chad though he killed that with hurt a little it hurt me a little bit too I'm going to be honest but I don't I don't play friendly so it is what it is I don't think he's going to take too kindly to me taking his gold pile to try to get a gold chest so I I kind of had to be done even though I feel a little gross doing it D's a Chad for killing that though with the Dude Killing that with wizard is pretty crazy but like it's HR I mean like like it's not like I'm in it's not like I'm in normals killing like literal timmies like it's it's HR man you know so I mean there's only I'm really not I really don't feel too bad killing players in these lobbies like you this this is this is low gear this is like low it's like low it is technically it is low to mid gear because you can get mid gear in these current like whatever areas my current gear score is about one my gear is 140 total so this kit is isn't even mid maxing it's like 140 and then I just added some consumables and called it a day it's true they did choose HR and they probably shouldn't have I don't think we're going to get uh the middle room again though that'd be pretty crazy if we did unless we got like a you know a bar that wants to do it we have to go for that gold chest though man I'm sorry it's easy you think you think the troll is easy with Bonk wizard H I don't know about that one man I don't know if I call it easy with Bon wizard I think I'd struggle that's true I I feel like if you if you can kill cave troll you're not a Timmy you know what I mean I'm not really planning on questing to be honest so I mean I don't know I guess I could save the Royal gems but until they add all maps to solos it doesn't really matter for me I'm going to check this score real quick uh any any chest pile Works cuz there is no Pile in the center yeah any pile will work yeah that D is purple so it's it's pretty useless I'm going to be honest it was green with plus weapon damage that'd be pretty good um I'm just going to leave that crown well M you think this is broken just wait till multi class it's going to get worse you think multiclass is going to be less I honestly think that multiclassing is going to be less balanced than this is right now I I genuinely I really do this is like kind of silly on its own right but multic classic is going to destroy this game like destroy it as and like it's going to be so imbalanced it's it's hard for me to imagine multiclassing not just being like crazy crazy don't you have the test server yeah that's how I posted that video yesterday of the uh ice G yeah I have test server I just uh I I just I don't know I just want to play the main server I don't even have my characters leveled up yet I don't really feel like grinding for hours just to like use some multiclass stuff I don't know it just doesn't really I just don't really care too much although I didn't even think about it test server probably doesn't have gear uh gear matchmaking right so it's probably a better experience than the current servers I could go for the uh static honestly H it's probably taken whenever I see all these mobs like cleared and the stuff looted I just I just always assume that someone's just kind of chilling back there it's fine I'm pretty confident we can kill most players in this Lobby I'm assuming so it's fine we'll just wait for a blue portal there is a gum wait did the wiki update cuz when I just showed the wiki off there was no medium bracket they must have just updated it like while I was talking about it that's interesting well yeah I um I think them I think the leveling should have been even faster than it currently is like make every level like one XP or something and just let you like breeze through it all that's that's what I would want to do they did update I got you okay so I guess there's so in that case it means that you could uh you could Smurf the you could Smurf the medium Lobby yeah make if you want to min max mid gear then and you don't want to be like gray you don't want like gray lobbies uh put on like 399 points of gear yeah and then mid Max that way I I didn't know that that's funny yeah I it it wasn't there when I did it earlier I what have talked about that I had no idea that was even a thing no luck pots are noo cuz it's going to cost you points Luck stats are probably bad too cuz luck is kind of a dead role if you want to PVP the math for your gear just use the uh website that's pinned in the uh in the uh YouTube chat and then just kind of look at your gear and add up the total that's the best way wow can't believe that was taken too GG fellas oh well the Min maxing is like crazy like yesterday people were just not using like blue gear but now you can just do the math on it and that makes a pretty big difference all right give me a sec let me make sure I'm I'm doing this math right fellas let me make sure I almost have it down but yeah yeah we're good this here is this here is good so silly fact that I have to like do this math like after every game to make sure I'm not like messing it up oh well what are you going to do I guess uh all right so I um I'm going to I want to come back to Barb I want to play just like one game of my Crystal Sword Warlock and just see if I did the math rate on this class too cuz I think this build's kind of crazy for what I can accomplish all right I'm going to just see if this Works we're just going to go hopefully I didn't mess up the math uh good yeah okay we're good all right so my damage right now is it's show I think the boc is in like the I think the BC is about 40 damage so my boc main hit does like 100 damage I think so it's 67 per hit so it's what 100 plus dark reflection should hit back for yeah it's a little bit less damage than my other thing uh but this is like the best I could get that I I think this is like the best I can do for this build I'm not sure how I could make this build better unless I uh unless I got rid of my chest piece I I could take off the chest piece and then I gain a little bit more speed and then I and then I might be able to sell like a purple Crystal Sword in and deal more more damage which would be pretty good if I can do that I don't think I get enough points though oh I would have to I would maybe put that the green or something it no warlock has not been touched this build is not as strong because it's it's this build is nerfed on purpose to make it into these like lobbies I was trying to test out uh but no warlock is not nerfed the only thing I need is a purple Crystal Sword I just don't know if I can do it I don't know if I can possibly fit it in I think if I got rid of my chest and the blue pots I might be able to use a purple Crystal Sword cuz that's 15 points this is 18 that's 33 yeah I could do that oh that might be the play boys I can yeah I could get rid of this upgrade that to purple and then just get rid of my chest and that I think that's better yeah I absolutely could do that cuz purple Crystal sword's kind of big for [Applause] damage oh yeah they did lose two strength that's true big big loss for Warlock the only thing is I feel like blue pots are really good it's really hard not to use blue pots but I think the purple sword is probably better than a couple blue pots I think no CH is risky yeah you know the problem with no chest is that my magic resist sucks and in this build like you get so much benefit out of the chest piece so I don't know if you should do that [Applause] okay barbs are a hard matchup even though we're geared or like a little gear barbs is just like a natural counter cuz they have Iron Will so FYI if there's a lot of barbs this build is not good in case you were wondering blue pot came in pretty clutch there though I'm going be honest blue pot is pretty darn good take that so no one else grabs it yeah warlock chest is pretty op it's really hard it's it's really hard not to use a chest piece let's go out on BC well it's like two % it like barely [Music] matters yeah I'm just sitting here like thinking about how glorious it would be if I had a purple Crystal [Music] SW what does my stat go down to if I drop this I lose 6 hp 7% PDR I mean it is a different it is a difference and all that magic resist too oh it'd be really really rough blots cancels no um you'll still get hit by a killes you'll just you just won't take headshot damage math for gear can be checked in the linked comment of the uh live stream blue Chris tiger might be better since it doesn't have as much gear score use truthfully oh I should probably Farm some mobs before I fight huh wasn't even thinking about that dark reflection is pretty big I don't have that damage remember I don't have a cloak either so my damage is a little lower too yeah like for hitting mobs is a pretty big difference you are likely to find a chest in game and a blue pot yeah but not in a cultist robe a cultist robe is like a piss chest man you can't replace a cultist robes but you do gain moose speed no title's not cap not at all there's no cap to be found here sir no I messed up I think he was dead if I didn't mess that up that's okay I just have to wait for the cool down I thought I was on the right side of the door I think the I don't know if the Hydra pushed me if I just messed up unlucky though yeah I think he's dead if I didn't mess that up all right we just wait for our cool down almost he almost that was actually he almost he he was actually pretty fast the uh ramp messed me up there I don't I don't think arrows do it I'm not sure about the uh gold pouch yet uh I'm going to just kind of loot this pile Oh wait I should check this door first just in case normals boss farmer yeah I think you're probably right I think those people that were doing normals swarming just came to High Roller since it's kind of free well it's free unless I'm in the lobby I guess maybe gold pouches don't count it might those might be free you know that's why I stopped try I was off stream I was starting to learn how to do troll I even killed it but every single game someone third partied me and messed up my troll fight so I just stopped bothering I I'd rather I'd rather not deal with it like there's some games that people don't do TR and then like it's fine but it's so so annoying when people I don't mind if they come fight me after I kill troll but they they'll just come inside in the middle of the fight and they'll mess up the fight and it's annoying I just didn't want to do it yes uh this warlock build is exactly like my uh my other build it's the same concept and the wi it says they don't okay the so I can put purple in your inventory to get bigger yes if you want to if you purposely want higher gear score you can just put on random purples and legendaries even if they have bad stats and and uh you'll be able to get into whatever gear score you want I'm pretty sure the higher end of the gear score is dead lobbies from what I've heard like if you if you go like full legendary full purple and you get into the upper bracket uh your lobbies are just completely dead so this is uh I in the first bracket right now with this build if you put something in your inventory it will still count against you you can't you can't do that to cheese it'll still add to your store your score you just built the same build and you got a medium you you you must have added wrong read check your consumables you had to do it wrong cuz it definitely works yeah you have to count everything you definitely missed something if you're one point off that's it you're in you're in the high you're in the juice lobbies how do I do so much additional magic because rings are only nine points out of 200 so seven additional magic damage is only costing me me like a whopping 30 points out of that 200 score total so it's it's not even that it's not even hard to do hey ner Pharmacy meta I guess that's true they did technically uh yes they did technically Nerf it yes Arrow the uh gear based matchmaking has officially been solved I type in exclamation mark gear score and you can read all about it it didn't take long did it oh really uh yeah greens are overpriced but to be honest with you you can get a lot of Blues for very similar uh values so blues and greens are probably both going to go up in price purples are basically uh useless you can't do you can't do gear score on YouTube you lizard skin Barb is uh it is probably this with funny enough huh player I mean I could try it but I already have a PDR build that I was building I don't have a Slayer build there is probably a pretty good Slayer build you could do too though you just got to follow the gear score and you I mean you can do whatever you want people are typing in gear score because it works on Twitch and not on YouTube if you click on the pin comment you can uh you can see why they're doing it it's just a link it just shows off the website where uh you can get all the information on it is work getting into are more likely to have like plus damage rings and stuff like that uh but you won't get the super juicers that are running like purples and legendaries they they literally can't be in your lobbies so you can be like the top you can be the big dog in the middle bracket so uh there is Merit to be had that you should actually go for the middle uh lobbies and just build a 399 gear score uh set which would probably consist of like [Music] Blues thanks for the donation trash Daddy it's funny [Music] all right let me show off my final kit real quick and then we'll kind of just do whatever we feel like doing all right so my final final gear set is my level one Timmy fighter uh this is the Rond Del dagger build that you guys know and love uh from before but it's built for low gear lobbies so it's all green Gear with like one blue two blues and a junk survival bow because uh survival B is really heavily weighted there's not a lot of healing with this build but damn it I I wanted to do it anyway so we're going to run this and if we die well it is what it is I don't think this is super good but I I wanted to do it as an homage to my old build hey cloudy thank you for subbing uh tier one to my twitch appreciate it man yeah this kit is 199 score by the way we're right on the C there stats yeah so we're 112 HP we're 58% PDR and 9% action speed yes ring are accessories also keep in mind we do have six we have eight true damage which isn't too bad for these either no arrows are free you can have you could have 50 arrows you can have 10 stacks of them if you want yeah this is about as good as you're going to get without getting like super lucky with something the 199 score is hidden uh it doesn't it doesn't exist in the game you have to go to the wiki and then add it up like on a calculator in order to do this uh I did try the test server but only to see the new ice map uh my bar build is better from last night John uh my bar build right now that I was running at the beginning of stream is better than what it was cuz I can run a cloak now too one poor campfire is only three gear score yeah you could you can grab uh you can grab poor campfires but Cal kits are the same difference Cal kits are just better than fires unless you're trying to do a second win which might be better in these lobbies multiclassing ideas I mean fighter and quer would go pretty well perseverance Smite cler and wizard will be pretty good too get uh get better spells for cler that don't suck cor it is impossible to get matched up with over 200 gear score it is literally not possible there's no like there's no timer on it or anything if you don't have the score you cannot get in those lobbies so what that means is if you get into a Lobby that isn't um if you get into a Lobby that's like dead because you have too high gear score then it will never fail because players will not be able to get into your game which is a which is a problem by the way the higher end of gear score you don't get lobbies you get dead lobbies people are recording that all over I don't think this system can work because there's not enough players that play this game that's a big reason I want to be in these lobbies too the end the low lobbies fill instantly the middle lobbies take a while to fill and the high lobbies don't seem to fill at all I guess from what I've from what I've read now that I know there are three lobbies it makes a lot of sense yes Lantern counts as a yes Lantern counts as an offhand weapon so it's very very pricey to use a lantern only do it if you need that plus two weapon damage on like Barb or something how are purple kit trios because you can wear purples and still be under 200 gear score it's all about gear score that's all it is it has nothing to do with the Rarity of your gear it has to do with the total gear score Rarity of your gear and for trios it's an average so in trios you oh here's the better thing guys for um for trios one player can be 600 gear score and the other two can be zero I guess a little less than 600 it averages so if you juice up one player to be like B with 600 gear score and then the other two guys just buff that one guy with no gear at all you will still get in the low lobbies cuz it averages it all together so you can you can actually abuse the system even worse in trios than solos hey Shino thank you for the prime gaming subscription man appreciate that yeah so you can get a Barb that's fully like fully buffed with like uniques and then have like a Bard in a cleric with no gear just buffing him and you'll probably just wipe every Lobby yeah you can actually dunk trios it's way worse than solos way way worse it's not about your buddy's kit it's not about your buddy's kit it's about the average of your gear it's the averages that matter so it has nothing to do with you bringing his gear it's just that you all need to count up your gear score and figure out uh like what your average is so you can get into like the the right Lobby yeah just wait till uh just wait till some of these people that are way way crazier than me go into trios with like unique artifacts and then like their buff team is like gr gear a GG bar bar that man had no move speed at all this man dude he's so slow yeah this ain't it Chief it's too slow man don't let me catch you guys doing that wearing clothes on Barb this man surv I kind of want to I might do survival I might do a survival bow true damage build that's kind of what I'm thinking all right so first things first we need Rings we need true damage Rings uh it is unavoidable you're going to you're going to pay what you're going to have to pay for these 200's actually really cheap surprisingly cheap you're going to you're going to find real fast that most rings are things are just super expensive right now so we're going to grab true damage we're going to grab uh we're going to have true on our a necklace as well keep note of the prices of this gear and as to why like this is so bad for the game like green gear is literally going to be more expensive than like purples it's so silly it's so silly yep 150 it it's the GRE you got to pay the green tax it is what it is all right I think I'm going to use a I I think I can get away with a purple Fon let me look at the gear score let's see so weapon one-handed main 54 I think I can I think I think I can get away with a um with a purple Fouch I think I'm going to not use a chest piece here or you know what I could use a blue with weapon damage actually hold up hold up I didn't think about that uh looking for 41+ two preferred but I'll do 40 plus two if I have to 41+ 2 yeah looks like that cheapest all right yeah we we'll grab the blue uh since it's the same damage it's the same difference the purples this cloak if I need to uh so healing healing is going to be let's see three points per stack so we're going to have one of these that's nine points gra one of these that's 18 uh we need surge kits two two greens you can't use better than Green that would be crazy you know what I think I'm going to get I might get rid of the cloak here cuz that's 20 points that's a lot of points we're going to yeah we're going to get rid of the cloak uh we'll just store it it's fine we could always resell it easy easy resell if I want to and I'm going to grab a green thing okay so let me pull up my and plus damage modifiers in like both crazy directions I think they've done it probably a total of like 20 times probably not but it's been a lot I give it one month before iron base reads a bunch of like all stats and stuff uh the survival bow it's it's true damage though so it does it's not that it's not that bad it's really not that bad Lux cuz we're doing that true damage which is pretty nice like every hit is like a guaranteed 10 damage why would they have more all stats cuz every single time that iron ma takes away all stats in this game they re it back every single time they've done it I still think Barb is best for the sior hero by the way but this could honestly be pretty good too well it feels like for this patch iron ma went to the Reddit uh for patch advice which maybe I'm wrong but it sure feels like they like went to Reddit for [Applause] this well fortunately we have uh we have dungeon born that's currently being created I'm hoping that the game is actually good when it releases because like the alpha was pretty rough but there was like a good shell there that could actually be a good game and uh I don't think they would add gear based matchmaking like this so I don't know maybe I'll give that game a try I'm definitely not opposed to at least giving it a go if the game sucks so then we'll have to just I'll just keep playing dad until something else comes out there was no gear based matchmaking I know because I was getting destroyed by purple gear players when I had like Grays I know for a fact that there was not gear base there what I was literally honest dad's fan based is super toxic I think everybody should probably know that play [Applause] now mainhand dagger on Slayer because dagger kind of wants to face trade and that's why I use it for PDR uh for Slayer you might as well just pull it on the Fon because Fun's so good yeah you know Rogues used to do 500 I think it was like it was like hundreds of damage shot that was crazy crazy that was something well you know the next the next meta is just putting ourselves at 399 gear score and then we can go from there that's like the that's like the next like meta play to get into like the middle lobbies uh if you go past that the lobbies are dead uh you know even the average lobbies are uh are a lot less filled these lobbies fill way way faster than the other ones I think on East it'll fill but on other servers that don't have as many players uh people are reporting dead lobbies the moment they reach that higher uh gear amount which is kind of crazy I don't think there should be brackets at all there's there's not enough players in this game to have brackets there there are not enough players playing this game right now to have additional brackets iron Ma has already made a statement that they were considering getting rid of Duos and then they turned around and added more matchmaking systems that completely goes the opposite direction of what iron ma was saying that they were going to do so it's very very strange I'm waiting for troll by the way it's very very strange like what they're like what they're doing with this and there's going to be map selection for trios yeah so trios are going to be able to select all the maps and there's going to be like three different gear pools for every map good Lord dude you're never going to get lobbies anymore you're not going to get any full lobbies it's going to be miserable I mean epic store will probably help with gear but or help gear help with players but I still think these systems are not something we should have there already is a place to separate juicers it's called normals there's literally you can literally play normals and you will never get gear checked a single game that you play we don't need split matchmaking in High Roller we already have we already have this we already have Assist them in place you used to be able to bring gear in normals they took it away and normals is boring cuz you cuz you don't have gear that's why it's boring so you want to make so that's what do you mean then bring in gear like what do you like you what do you like what do you want you want both so you're Bor with normals but you want to go in high roller with no gear I don't I don't get it what is the point oh well that's the Rogue moment wait typical Rogue gameplay right there also I don't know if you guys understand like what I said earlier if you play if you if you have too much gear your lobbies are dead because there's not enough players to fill those higher lobbies so you know what people are doing they're throwing on like a bunch of like legendary epic gear and they're going into lobes by themselves because there's no one there it just it all it doesn't make S like none of it makes sense you didn't you didn't need you didn't need B to compete in the last update I was doing I was literally killing very geared players with like 1 to 2K gold kits I've been doing it all wi nothing has changed I mean to be fair the Falon is pretty overtuned to be fair the F's always been crazy crazy good you get de Bas kit lobbies well because it depends on the server that's what I'm saying Stephen Us East gets lobbies but a lot of other people literally can't get lobbies in these in these M it's just just doesn't work man there's not enough players playing this game in every server of the game to have like three different matchmaking cues for every single it I don't know to be honest now that they basically made gear kind of suck like most gear like not suck but like it's way it's way weaker than it was they can probably make normals have green gear and it'd be perfectly fine and then and then we can get rid of this really really not great system and then the people that want to play with gear can just play a normal too because the gear isn't like the gear isn't like as strong but I don't know people would complain about to that too so I don't know I feel like people will just never be happy they'll never be happy man naked normals are nice well apparently well people think they're boring so I mean like what do you I I I I don't I don't know I like what do you I don't know I don't know what possible solution you guys like want uh it's just cuz Chris dager got buffed and it's pretty good what kills me is that we've already been through this exact situation before we already had gear based matchmaking it caused blue gear to be like five times more expensive this was back when like try chat was still a thing and like it it was just so so bad and now here we are like months later having to deal with the same thing that we already had to deal with and probably for at least like a week they should have just put this on the test server and not put it on the main server that honestly would have been better cuz we could have if iron ma was actually using their test server for all of their big changes like they did for multi classing they would have already figured out that people knew like the data M stuff you know like we would already have like had that info you know it's just it's just it's very weird oh shoot the Mage oh gg gg goodbye 2K kit the Mage hit me GG goodbye kid back to Barb I don't even know the Mage was there rip rip Mage op Nerf Mage Nerf the mage back to Barb back to Hatchet murdering it's probably more fun anyway cuz you don't need a you don't need a bow or anything Mage got me good hit me right as I finished that fight that Rogue did get me good with that dude that Rogue got me real good with that Mage hey look a lizard Barb I'm shocked with move speed boots shocked I'm shocked I'm going to it's going to be so funny when like 50 % of the lobbies become lizard barbs no joke race car cleric would probably work in this because you don't need healing you don't need blue pots and you don't need like any you really don't need like any heals you just need like some campfires and you're good to go so no like cleric genuinely is probably good in this lower tier bracket which is really funny I haven't made a kit yet to like prove it but I feel like it's right you could probably build a Divine protection build that would work out pretty well well I would probably use the war hammer for more move speed we're almost kind of slow I don't know I'm just I'm sitting here wishing that iron Ma just like use their test server more like why like why couldn't this be on the test server I don't get it why use a hatchet just for fun it's just it's just for fun kind of puts me at a disadvantage in these lobbies even though my gear is good cuz it's just a funny it's the Hatchet is a pretty bad weapon it will probably get me killed at some point cuz it's really really bad well here's the thing though they literally they made people I guess they didn't make them but people paid for test servers they and they already released them so they should really use them if they're going to advertise test servers and they're going to leas them they should actually use the test servers cleric with Smite ignite yeah dude it would be really good cleric would actually be really strong with that kind of thing I think he died he did die rip run with cleric well I kind of stopped running cleric ever since they nerfed them I just think there's a niche cleric build you can run in these low gear [Applause] lobbies Smite Ranger is going to be pretty [Music] [Music] gross why would you play HR while you can give him well cuz greens is really valuable you can you can kill a player and get like a 2K gold kit with just greens so what do you mean greens is more valuable than purples right now for certain like types of uh gear so you can actually get really good money from these lobbies once people start like realizing that this is a thing you can you can absolutely I've already made some pretty good money off some players hello you can't run proper cleric build you'll just run like a meme build dude this damn Barb I hate people that do this they like aggro like the whole room and bring it over to me just he can do what he wants GRE item are worth money oh let's see uh plus two true damage rings with agility are like 400 gold a piece uh these are like 1 15 these are worth 300 these are worth another 300 gold this kit is probably 2K gold so yeah you can just kill a player in Greens and then sell it him like a Barb or something you'll have like artifact weapons in the lowest possible lobbies and nobody will be able to compete with them yeah you think this is bad trios is going to be a nightmare as soon as they realize what I just said it's going to be crazy TR said it's actually exploiting it is but that's what iron ma decided on doing which is a little bit weird that they did it that way play East the only reason I'm even getting players is probably because I'm on East most other servers are not as uh populated and will probably not fill I think right now I'm in the middle tier I is 9 + 12 12 33 plus 20 20 uh this is let's see what is that 16 16 plus 32 oh God plus 32 uh and then all the heals yeah we're we're not even close to 400 we're doing pretty well I guess it's cuz we don't have a chest piece and a helmet piece yeah so we're I don't know our exact total I didn't do like the complete math on it but yeah we're in that middle Lobby right now so this is uh this is the prej juicer Lobby if you go up past 400 gold at 400 gear score that's when you see like the super dead lobbies and like the super juicers or the guys with like high Rarity gear that's just trying to like cheese out like lobbies pretty much yes inventory counts as well indeed I don't feel too confident in this Lobby because I don't I don't think Hatchet Barb is good I think Hatchet Barb is like super memy and probably not really worth playing but here we are how do you count it by typing in exclamation mark gear score and then uh doing the math on your gear yeah there's three there's three brackets there's literally three brackets right now the third bracket is basically dead from what I've heard we're in the second one which is like a little bit less populated but can get lobbies the third one is just I don't I don't know I could probably test it by throwing on like a bunch of random like purple legendary gear yeah I do I do good headshot damage but the haset it's really bad because of the uh the range the range and the attack pattern are very uh predictable so this weapon really isn't super great yeah yeah so the upper the upper gear score is just completely dead well that to be fair that is trios I don't know how different trios is from solos but in the it's also the server difference too I don't know what server Apollo plays on some of the servers are way more dead than others I I think we all know that by now not every server is as populated as us East and West is East particularly yeah I don't really know why the gear score counts towards heals honestly the heals should not count and and gear should be more heavily weighted to stop people from bringing in gear or even better you just scrap the whole system really and say that okay this doesn't work oh I didn't bring um I didn't bring uh Magic protection potions I'm so dumb I completely forgot my magic protection pots well that sucks well that really sucks that I don't have that oh I forgot Iron Will oh I forgot Iron Will I had Berserker on cuz magic users don't really exist in those low l shoot yeah my kid is like wrong I literally forgot Iron Will so that m is going to screw me the Wizard's then if you want to go into like the lower lobbies that's when you would worry about it if that's the case what class is that fighter is pretty scary I don't know if I can fight that guy I don't have
