Gear Ball 2.0 Assembly

okay so this is going to be the assembly video of gearball 2.0 it's basically the same as the last one the only thing that has changed is that we now have four unique pieces instead of just two so what I already did is I pushed in all the connectors in here I just have this last one which has a different color because I just lost the one that was in this filament but that doesn't matter so yeah just push in the connector in inside the heart just like this and do this for all sides and what we are then going to do is we are going to take a big gear in this case this one has the number one on its back side which you can see here and we are going to stick it to a face that has the num number one so this gear goes right here and we are then going to turn the gear until the smaller side faces number three and the bigger side faces the other number one so yeah let's take the big Gear with number two next there's the number two and we are going to stick it right next to a number one there was a number two on that face and it's the same thing here but this time we want it to be facing number two on this side with the bigger side and then number four with its smaller side and then take the next number one and this one goes on this face and there's another number one right here and we are going to stick it in just like this and then the next one which is number two just in between those two pieces and you should now have this shape already so let's take small Gear with number with the number three next this one goes on this pH which is the same same number and this time you want to uh you want the bigger side facing the bigger gear so this side is a little bigger and it should be facing this gear just like this so let's take number four and the same thing bigger side faces the bigger gear and as you can see the transition transition is also smooth now when you connect it like this and from the side it looks like a ball so yeah let's take the final two pieces this is number three which goes on this face with number three same thing bigger side to the bigger gear just like this and then the final piece the absolute same way okay so that's how you assemble gearball 2.0 this one is still a little tight that depends heavily on the connectors I did include a lot of connectors in the download so what I would do now is I would take a longer a little bit longer connector and then assemble it again with the bigger connector and that should remove this tightness sadly that depends a lot on the filament you're using for example uh my prototype which is the exact same model in a different pla is completely smooth so yeah you just have to experiment with the connectors a little bit and eventually it should be completely smooth just like like this version for example which is so smooth you almost lose it in your hand because you can't grip it so yeah thanks for watching don't forget to like And subscribe subscribe and see you next time
