Ain and we are your welcoming party to the most violent Show on Earth and we are so excited to be taking over the Kia Center this evening Dave we got an exciting lineup tun now I cannot wait guys this is a home game for me my house is 45 minutes on I4 East I cannot wait for this event and how fitting that just a couple weeks ago they retired a heavyweight in the NBA in Shaquille O'Neal and our main event is our inaugural Heavyweight Championship with Junior dos Santos and Alan Belcher Maddie cannot wait let's go this is going to be incredible to everybody at home joining us on Kick we thank you and to everybody in the arena this evening how are we feeling I mean we're not even getting started yet and people are already starting to pile into this Arena cuz they know that Jorge masal has put together an incredible lineup on fights we have eight non-stop action fights and Dave we have our very first inaugural Heavyweight Championship kicking things or ending things rather with the main event dos Santos beler heavyweight title status I mean I got goosebumps I got goosebumps that was my line Maddie uh no I cannot wait guys this is the first ever five round fight under the game be knuckle Banner both these guys have one main event against Legends when they fought they are legends themselves I I don't know if it's going to go either way I've talked to a lot of people backstage about it we don't know if we're going to see a five round War we're going to see a technical battle or if we're going to see a finish in this fight mdy what are you thinking on this fight all week long we've seen different I think personalities from do Santos and belur uh it's going to be fun this is going to be it this is a tough one because we're potentially going to be seeing the very first time those Championship rounds but you and I both know Dave I don't think think we're going to see those rounds we're going to have two heavyweight contenders no gloves on and they're going to be going for that knockout as a fight fan I would love to see five rounds but there's something inside of me that says we might not even see three we might not even see two I don't know but talking to them all week long both contenders are very even Keel cool calm collected they have been there they have done that but again that title is on the line and you know I got a chance to speak to do Santos a couple times this week and for somebody that has really done a lot in his career already he's able to kind of Center himself and know that he just needs to stay focused stay calm we even talked about how he brought along his mental coach which I just love because somebody like him to have a mental coach and to prove like hey I need somebody in my corner that I can trust and that I can lean on I mean that speaks volumes absolutely especially at this stage in his career the man's done it all UFC champion uh one of the best boxers I've ever seen in the heavyweight of any you know division any uh you know promotion but to see do Santos in this stage what I've noticed from him especially this week how happy he is just how go-lucky is he's singing he's walking he's smiling at everyone I think do Santos is in a great spot but so is Allen Allen's been um you know came back of course UFC veteran as a middleweight comes back as a heavyweight but he has more bare knuckle experience than Junior do Santos he's won a championship in bare knuckle before I think he's got five six wins under his belt I think that's going to favor Allen as a more plethora bare knuckle fighter yeah I think it will favor him as the fight goes on but again how long is this fight going to go on we're not really sure but it's going to be an incredible main event and at the end of that main event we're going to have our very first heavyweight champion but everyone has been talking about this co-main event Alex Nicholson is just such a character and then on the other side of the cage you're going to have Chase Sherman Dave both of them no stranger to the bar knuckle cage we are going to talk about this fight more than what's going to happen in that cage this fight has got one minute written all over it Alex is Spartan Nicholson Orlando's own Alex Spartan Nicholson has done uh so many fights under this banner I think he's one of the pillars of game bread bear knuckle MMA but then Chase Sherman the vanilla gorilla weighed in 265 lbs he looked humongous he looked in great shape himself I want to see if the weight difference is going to be a big difference in this fight Alex is more slim he's I think probably a little bit more athletic more quick but Chase is humongous he is he's ready for this fight like I said I think we're talking about this fight longer when the fight's going to be in the cage this is one of those fights where you do not want to Blink and you know you brought up the the weight discrepancy of these two fighters and Alex says that that's going to be an advantage for him he said he might be the smaller fighter but that's how he has always fought he's always been the quote Underdog or the smaller fighter but he always puts on a show and so does Chase Sherman I think he is one of the most well-rounded fighters on the roster you know he's got a great fight IQ he's got great hands great ground game but when you're going going up against Alex Nicholson I mean was actually lucky enough to be in that room with Joshua Williams and brandan Shaw before any of this happened before any cameras was there uh it was amazing it was just an amazing man-to-man experience to see um I'm excited for it cuz Joshua Williams is a stud in his own right but for him on short notice higher weight TJ Brown I cannot wait to see TJ Brown we saw in the last event Randy Costa come from the UFC and do absolute damage in this uh cage I think we're might see TJ Brown do the same he's got a lot of power in those hands it's definitely a fight to look after and that Angelos I I think that he's one of those guys he he doesn't choose violence over technique he just chooses technical violence and and he gets in there and he's always putting on a great show I emphasize this enough his maturity and how many fights he has under the game you know uh bare knuckle as a whole so much bare knuckle boxing he boxed a lot it's just it's so intriguing to see who's him earlier he's spinning back and forth I just love me some Brennan jins he's an athletic fighter but Tyler Hill long lean and mean we talked to Tyler Hill um like again I was lucky enough to be in that room with Brenan sha and Robin black talking to these Fighters and just how Tyler how he changed his life around and all the moves he's made behind the scenes to be here and to be a professional fighter uh man it's going to be a great night I can I love watching Brendon Jenkins because his fight IQ is phenomenal and he always brings it he's so he's silly almost outside of the cage but as soon improvements in in in my fight game it is I think it's made for me something about taking the gloves off it's just it just made sense um and it takes a little bit of the sport element out of it and makes it more of this I don't know it's just this real animalistic type of thing where you can assert your dominance more so on your opponent than you could if you had gloves on it helps me tap into that side of me because when you're in there there is it's it's it's dangerous you know what I'm saying like your brain is it's like okay like there's nowhere to go there's nowhere to run these G cats don't have gloves on this is like real real being a fighter you know what I mean it's just it just it's just it's like a switch flips and um it just makes a lot more sense for me and um when somebody you know another 260 lb man is standing in front of you uh with no gloves on it's it's you know you can find out real quick if if they want to be in there or not [Applause] elpp where the [ __ ] you at baby let's go I fought Chase about a decade ago on the island fights promotion in Pensacola Florida I was an upand Comer you know I'd made fights at 85 205 in my first heavyweight fight was against Chase he was touted to beat me bigger stronger guy I went in there and knocked him out um Alan beler was in his Corner um everyone was kind of shocked when I I stole the show from him and now we've both been around the world gained experience fought in bigger organizations and now we're going to get down bare knuckle in my town so I'm excited for it I've been doing this a long time and every time that I feel like I've been meditating praying and training and all three of those are going together I'm unstoppable I don't think I'm going to win I know I'm going to win that can sound egotistical but unless you're willing to get in there and try to take that from me then just enjoy the show and nothing's going to stop me when I know I'm going to win I win and I will not lose so about you know your wrestling pedigree they don't care they care about whether or not you're going to come in there and lay it out on the line you have that every time when you fight Alex and he's dangerous and goes for broke consistently and he throws caution to the wind and he is very unorthodox in his approach and some people would call that lack of technique but um I'm smart enough to know better and uh but with that being said there is holes so we all have flaws nobody's perfect in any aspect and so it's just going to be capitalizing on those I don't feel like there's anybody that hits harder than me I I really do believe that you know coaches are like drawing straws to see who's [ __ ] going to hold pads for me nobody's picking me to come spar with them you know in the rounds it's like and I'm having to go find somebody it's like I know I hit hard you know what I mean I know I hit hard and my record shows it I'm the number one fighter in the world for knockout win percentage in the world in any class you know I think it's was 17 wins and 16 Knockouts and 15 in the first round so and he's got similar record you know what I mean yeah it's going to be something [Music] [Music] serious me and Chase have walked similar paths been on a similar Journey competed against each other and do we chose the same life I I don't hate the man you know I honor and respect him but this is going to double my pay she just going to feed my son so all that respect and honor has nothing to do with what the [ __ ] I'm going to do to him March 2nd here live in Orlando in front of my city God years so I'm recommitting myself for another two or three years so it kind of in a way gives me a fresh start going into this fight yeah whenever I said that I would fight Junior if I could fight anyone in the world it was Junior like it was I I already knew that that was was going to happen I mean I I already kind of saw that that was happening and so I think it's a matter of setting your sights on a goal and then just doing whatever it takes to get that across the cage stands Junior dos Santos a UFC Legend and a reputation as one of the Sport's most formidable Fighters no feeling great again you know I I feel like uh I love what what I do in my life you know I love to go especially when there's a a title in the line you know and now to become Champion again you know of a organization like game bread that's growing fast and everybody's excited to watch you know I'm I'm very happy with everything what's happening yeah I see the the game Brad bar knuckle going very far you know because uh everybody like I said everybody enjoys it a lot and uh the challenges we will be increasing all the time you know will be getting better and better all the time so for me to be to to have the chance to become to become the first uh heavyweight champion of the the organization it's great you know I feel very excited I really want to to go there and and win this and have that battle around my waist again like like a a world title against around my waist again you know and it's it means a lot to me [Music] yeah the Mississippi guys are are pretty tough though you know so it's just so I'll bring some of those guys with me whenever I come to a place like this having your your uh Team around you and having like real friends for the support and everything is all it's all a Vibe me we're in there fighting alone um whether they motivate you or you're doing it to to teach others or whatever um we're not we're not in this by ourselves so it's kind of you know it's a Cool vibe getting through your training camp like they always say that the fight is one before the fight so it's it's a consistency thing of training for a fight for three or four months and and um being able to deal with all those types of things like injuries are going to happen you're going to get sick you're going to um you know there's people that are going to that they're going to test you and you're going to feel frustrated and you just you have to you have to stay stoic and um find that find that middle ground and not let yourself get too high or get too low so if you're trying to achieve something you have to you have to learn how to keep it [Music] real I think what makes the the power of the punch the real power of of the punch you know is the speed so I was trying to to move fast and all throw fast punches all the time and uh and have some good angles so then I could throw like some some a little heavier uh punches you know so uh yeah it's all about uh the moment you know it's not that you're not you cannot throw hard punches anytime you just got to find uh you know position yourself well so then you can have those puns as well coming coming hard my strategy my the the strategy that I've been using from through my whole career you know worked very well for the the bare knuckle thing you know it's a striking strategy I'm I have boxing as my main thing you know and I'm really confident on that you know so if somebody is uh courage enough to stand on the other side and stand and bang against me you know throw some uh trade some some punches against me you know that guy's going to be in trouble both beler and Dos Santos have proven themselves in The Crucible of combat with careers that have seen them Ascend to the Pinnacle of the sport March 2nd um what you can expect is whatever happens at the end of the day I'm going to execute exactly what I plan and I'm going to be sharp and I'm going to be trying to knock out Jes I mean that's my that's my thing so um no matter what what the outcome is like I'm I'm going to pull the trigger and I'm going to do what I need to do so um you know I'm not really worried about about the outcome it's almost like the outcome's already been done you know but um I'll just give my normal prediction that I give every single fight is the second round KO so that's that's one part of my strategy that I'm trying to do to every single opponent and um you know sometimes it works sometimes it it doesn't um but it seems it seems pretty uh practical for this one round two KO well my advantage is always I really believe you know is always on the standup you know I'm a I'm like I said I'm a bad boxing guy and I on the boxing thing you know on the boxing side of the game you know I can I can beat anyone anyone in the whole world even the professional ones even the the champion of the world in the boxing you know I would kick his butt but but uh I I always understand that my advant my best Advantage advantage on the fight are on the Striking part you know and uh this time was not going to be different I know Alan beler has some pretty good game striking game but uh not enough I'll I'll knock him out well I think Alan beler is a tough guy you know he's he he has some good experience with the bar knuckle thing I don't know uh like everybody say I'm like that nice guy or whatever you know I'm always smiling I numerous shows later promising the world the most violent show to dat is right now when this one happens when this one happens this is the new most violent Y show to date until the next one happens so let's take a look at this undercard the first four fights that you're going to see you know top to bottom Jorge and Dean tul bring together dogs and put them in we're not looking for the toughest greatest athlete in the world we're looking for true fight of the night guys top to bottom uh Brandon my friend which one of these fights are you uh just most stoked to see it's honestly it's hard to pick one but the one that just kind of reaches out to you is the first battle of the night it's going to it's going to set the pace of this show it's going to let you know we mean business you have Charles Fel and Bennett versus party boy Joe when you got a party and you got a felon it's a good night this is basically game bread bar knuckle MMA it starts out as a party and you probably end up with a felony uh let's move on to the main card these are four killer killer fights as well uh every one of them we could talk about them all but we're [ __ ] talking way too much we need to see some violence but brandan uh what about these the co-main and the main all heavyweights one of the reasons we got you here besides your good looks you know about heavyweight uh fighting the co-main these guys are two knockout artists yeah Nicholson Chase Sherman these guys have a history they fought before Nicholson won that fight but again you're talking about a different set of rules now when it's uh game Brad bear Knuckles so I'm excited both these guys are lot of experience so it's going to be that thing's not going to decision that just leads us in to two of the best heavyweights on the planet in the main event in JDS first ever bar knuckle MMA World title uh you know Alan belshire was a bar knuckle boxing world champion and I mean in this stage of his career Untouchable bare knuckle and then Junior dos Santos of course of course UFC former UFC heavyweight champion who's got the edge uh tonight in inside of this cage I would give the edge to Alan belter he has more experience doing the bare knuckle boxing um I especially when it comes to the bare knuckle MMA and the game bread style there's certain guys that come over from UFC or MMA and they adapt really well to the new rules alen Bel is one of those guys he's a guy that's taken to those rules he's a very smart guy as you know this and I just think he's he's a tough cat to beat inside this cage he's just very it's different if you would have asked me 5 years ago and it's MMA rules inside the UFC Octagon I'm probably leaning towards JDS but when it comes to game bread it's Alan belter night go and look on our footage I don't let anyone tell me what he's going to do I don't care what he's going to do it's not about him it's it's all about me you know Charles has been around the world uh fought for Pride over in Japan it's definitely going to be a electrifying type of fight I know I'm going to push the pace and I'm going to push the pain and I I hope he's here to stand it and I hope he gives some back too he wants to be aggressive we probably sleep within the first round he wants to be a runner we'll have to go to the I know I'm going to win oh yeah I'm going to win uh I think I'm going to win emphatically I've been dreaming about it going in to give this guy lots of punches and uh I'm going to pleasure myself at the end of the night and call it a big victory Robin black Brendan sha excited the number one takeaway with this guy is he's living life you know he he's training like a professional but he's also enjoying life with his family with his kids and he brings the party you know so I'm looking forward this one you know and is is opponent in Charles Bennett some would say a salty record but nonetheless a legend he's a legend we know he's going to bring it when he makes that with the party you got a a recipe for an entertaining fight so if you're new to game Brad bar knle you're going to see a lot of things that are a lot different than you're used to uh if you're not new you know who Joe penel is because he has had nothing but fight of the night minute of the fight round of the night like just every he's all action and that's what Dean tul and Jorge masal are looking for they'll tell you straight up not looking for the greatest the athlete in America we're looking for dogs we're looking for guys who go in with grit and heart and drive and passion and and they got it here especially with Joe the party when you talk about a dog a guy who's game you know game bred this kid is game and so is his opponent so to kick the card off with these two wild cards you know yeah it's going to be Bonkers uh Joe knows that Charles is most dangerous in those first few minutes he's uh he's a little odd he's a little unorth lot unorthodox and awkward yeah it's a great way to put I think wi yes and and it's it's tough to train for a guy like that I mean you know this Robin it's when you're dealing with a character like Charles Bennett uh felon don't confuse that with uh crazy no no you shouldn't even say it you shouldn't even say it yeah it's like yeah say it againa no but he uh you know like Beetle Juice yeah exactly don't say it three times when you get sued no but I with with uh whenever you're fighting a guy like Charles the Felon he's I don't care if he's trained for 6 weeks 6 months 6 years those first two minutes of that first round you better be ready to go cuz if you haven't seen anything like that so uh Joe knows this he's a veteran um I think the longer the fight goes the better for Joe and his team knows this so he's going to have to drag this into you know later later later first round to have success I think early on it could be trouble what you're going to find tonight is these 16 athletes are not like your typical professional combat athlete they're different and uh we're going to start it off with Joe the party penia yeah I think with Joe the party too I mean you and I sat down with him and and Charles yesterday there seems to be a common theme throughout this entire card all these guys are veterans you know you're talking about Charles has over 70 fights you know what I'm saying 70 freaking fights uh Joe's no you know rookie either so these guys talk about their mental kind of uh getting the zone for tonight you you know how how they're approaching this from the mental aspect of things physically these guys are ready to go they know exactly what they bring to the party it's all about their mental space if you'll hear that as a common theme look look at Fallon Charles Bennett he's one about as many as he's lost in his life but a lot of those wins were in the first half of his career but he is dangerous this is not about records this is not about rankings this about action these are action fights raw and Vis and this man belongs in here and he's dropped people in his last number of fights those first couple of minutes he's dropping high quality Fighters when he touches him one of the most dangerous guys in the world in those first two minutes so so Joe the party better be on his p's and q's again he's like as you said he he's he's you know he has that salty record 40 42 your top 82 fights yeah so the thing about Charles is I don't care who you are talk all you want about his losses his wins you know the days in Pride the days in rise in the days in King of the cage he's done it all he's a staple he's a legend when it comes to that stuff but one thing you cannot say about Charles Bennett is he's he's not entertaining this guy win lose draw is entertaining and that's why he's here I'm from off this is bone on bone the weapons are fragile the two knobby Knuckles are 14 Knuckles on the human hand you're only supposed to hit with two of them um so of course striking is different but grappling is different as well chokes uh defending uh uh grappling without the gloves there's a lot of variation in here but it is the intensity the the visceral raw intensity and the how the temperature is raed raised his probably the biggest difference in bar agree and you can feel it in the air I mean we felt even at weighin yesterday these guys are are playing a different game than your normal MMA fight when you take off the gloves those those those fists are going to do a lot more damage all right we are going to take a look at how these two match up one man is much older than the other there's some height and some reach and of course these attributes can play into it but it's going to be about heart and guts and ferocity especially in these first couple rounds High Pace Char Ben if you've seen Charles over the last couple years this is as lean as he has looked this is as physically in shape as he has looked yeah and that could spell trouble for Joe the party he could ruin this party if you know if Charles benon comes in shape and and he gets past those two two minute rounds here it should be interesting the lead right hand of Charles is super deceptive he'll leap in with a lead right hook and he has dropped people in fight after fight even recently over the last few years yeah you look at style hands down light on the feet very explosive very explosive side kick and fighting weird is hard right oh weirds tough to to prepare for you can't really bring in a training partner to mimic Charles Ben either of these guys that's a great Point either Joe is very super unpredictable he's kind of an instinct fighter he's exactly the Prototype of the game Red Bar he's trying to bait Charles in right now he's trying to lure him in exchange Joe's hands are open so he's you know being defensive wanting to touch and catch and measure yeah Charles about to get into it here pressure Charles's right hand bounces out he's trying to make Joe chase him now oh tapped him on the chin there with a jab jab good kicks Charles is bending down at the way pretty low Joe might be looking for a knee here at some point Joe gets the right hand through Joe's looking for a fight three fights for Joe three fight of the nights oh good check hook Joel switch so he's right hand forward now too yeah Charles is just waiting for his opportunity here for him to open up and explode with that right hand that's what it looks like here both switch that now Charles back to [Music] Southpaw Jo yeah rear weapon it's interesting too with oh jump side kick little cut kick jumping side kick they're starting to warm up here yeah three minutes and I A lot of people are probably used to traditional MMA where get in box and we can set up things with the jab remember this is a different game oh man Joe put there that knee is there for Joe if he wants it Charles is bending down a lot the knee is there for him I'm sure his team sees this as well both guys are showing kind of like these full body coil faints MH Joe's throwing a lot more faints and Charles kind of waiting for him to take his shot to lead him into something big a third side kick for yep felony Charles there's the rear hand again for Joe not a lot of commitment from either guy into power shots Joe's strategy may have been wait till the you know good body shot good body shot by Bennett to just try to tick three minutes off and see if Charles will slow down a touch and so far he hasn't there's a right from Charles it's also a pace that I think favors Charles right now if Joe's plan was to wear him out he miss on that lead right hand as well Charles also just a look sharp there you see it right that's what that's you got to be careful oh here we go now the party begin they're talking to each other little slip Charles Bennett that woke the party up yeah that's right the that right hand he got him again and you can tell a speed difference here with Charles and Joe Charles is sharp tonight yeah he really is he's talking to him as well he's baiting him in and he's countering he's getting some success with it as well well there's a fake right to gauge the reaction left left hand Joe leading with his chin I usually don't suggest that yeah coaches tend to hate that yes there's a right hand he is making Charles move his feet but Charles came in shape four minutes in I was just going to I was just going to recommend I I would install some grappling here to we wear Charles out especially Charles having success on the feet there a little bit wear him out get him against the cage let him carry your weight drag him into the later rounds 44 seconds remain Jo piece is out the ref is going to stop that's a veteran move it's a veteran move 35 seconds remaining on the clock close round but Charles did kind of buzz Joe at least once there's Joe with a left hook and that knee's there for Jo check by Charles oh good right hand by here we go 20 seconds this is what we expected they're standing right in front of each other is slipping from both guys right now little moisture on there switch high kick right [Applause] hand oh oo fun round if if I'm Joe the party's corner right now apply a little more pressure wear him out against starting to see a little fatigue on Charles bennet's face there fatigue yeah uh although that is probably the best round I've seen out of Charles Bennett in a while sharp his eyes are locked right in good counters he's thrown from unseen angles there's a right hand he he got Joe to buzz there for a second significant uh speed Advantage for Charles Charles is still fast in his 40s oh yeah and I just I think Joe the party having a little issue getting the timing down you can tell you just doesn't feel comfortable Charles's rhythm is super super broken like it's it's an arhythmic movement and so there's no real no real stuff to get a read yeah right it's not a dance you've done before no it's almost like people at home if you imagine turn some music on and try to dance not in time with that music try to dance with they switching it from the Tango to salsa to Hip Hop to classical or turn on heavy turn on um country music and then try to headbang to it it's that sort of vibe it's like doesn't fit it's tough to get his timing that's why he's such a tough opponent early on don't so Joe's already taking your advice and Clos in the distance a little more which is smart hands up a little higher cuz Heat's going to come at him I'd like a shot here from him not a lead knee as well if Charles can continue to bend down like that got the head down inviting the kick MH see complete difference from Joe's hands now Corner was like look man hands up oh Charles still explosive still dangerous but leaving the safety of the earth like that you know defeating gravity that takes energy unnecessary en a lot of energy yeah Joe needs to keep the pressure keep mixing it up and and set it up he's thring one shots he needs to set it up I'd like multiple punches out of Jo two or three Jabs to the loc now he just that lead hand he throwing some kicks mixing it up yeah the kicks seem the kicks feel like a good idea and there's another one you know if the guy's going to slow down if Charles might slow down if his mouth opens up a little bit hit the body and hit that leg that's four or five now in a short period of time he need to be careful because there you go Charles is waiting to counter that kick but notice he couldn't leap in quite as well off uh with the weight on the front foot now he switches legs a t tail sign although Charles likes going right hand forward too that got Charles attention upstairs Charles getaway sticks are feeling it for sure hands down when Charles's hands are down and the right hand is forward watch it to just tuck in from a weird angle that's what he's looking to do that's his kill shot is his right hand from there it is right that's the that's the Charles heater and he has dropped high level guys in the last few years yes Jason Knight and gay bre one in bxy dropped him with that right hook sneaky right hook you see how Joe's not throwing multiple shots he's going for the one shot then resets which not really a game you want to play with Charles if going one for one I'd rather him mies it up higher volume out of Joe there you go kick to a fake double low kick to a fake low kick into the double kick then makes Charles wrestle even for a moment yeah you got to if the guy with the speed advandage you got to wear him out Joe no matter how this fight unfolds Joe should always be proud of all of his fights because they're they're filled with heart and excitement but he's going to be disappointed he's not bleeding yet agree yeah Joe pfield likes to bleed it is his Natural State and he is not bleeding yet JL still locked in focused he's just waiting to counter that kick it's coming for Joe if he keeps throwing it and staying in the same spot he's not angling off which could be an issue for him round one was somewhat close but with the leg kicks and and and their effect on Charles you know 3 minutes in it looks right like round two is a little more of a Joe pedophi yes you give that first round to Charles it was close Joe had more significant shots he did Joe had a good last minute oh yeah he comes in behind that jump with the right hand Joe needs to do something in his back's Against the Cage you got to cut Charles off here don't let him just get out for free Charles right hand again Jo it's hard to read Charles's Rhythm but Joe's reading the rhythm of the right weapon yes seems to be that right hand he has the most successful he's baiting them in I mean they're s oh there you go again F that and that Bloody Charles there get a bloody Li out of Charles Charles don't care no they live for this again I'd like a little more volume out of Joe the party he lands it again but he's not following it up you you don't have to follow up with just punches kicks do some angle off a shot again Charles bending his head there this is the best Charles Bennett has looked in in a while he looks damn sharp he's moving he's his eyes are locked in he's fully engaged in the task considering how much weed he probably smoked today you know he's really you know what oh got and there Stern him to to back and feeding some punches under the armpit this will be a peni around he's got 20 seconds there's a choke there 15 13 seconds there's a choke there Joey come on Bud there you go there you go there you [Applause] go jump to it dog no not [Applause] there he could have picked his poison there on the to yeah oh we're going to a third round round one was close Charles is taking some deep breaths Charles is still on the on the up cage floor he's up but that was a tough way to close the round there the choke is one thing you know a choke is is a little bit of a of an all or nothing you got to cut the blood flow off to the brain and starve the brain uh but I would like Joe to go for that though if you're going to go for it go for it man the punches underneath actually were were heavy significant yes and that that seemed to really affect right there off the jumping s kick he follows in with the right hand there's another right rear hand that one wobbled him there he's actually people don't realize punches coming from under the armpit actually can especially if you're concuss which Charles was there and that just adds to it it took him a while to get off this uh cage floor there the right eyes closing a little bit a lot of blood coming out of char Bennett but Bennett is having a great fighte tonight he showed up he trained for thisle see trained for this and like you said I mean people misuse if you're Irish everybody's a legend right um but Legend is appropriate for this guy if you've been around mix martial arts for a long enough time there are aspects of Charles Bennett that fit that category uh he's been a staple of every major Organization for how many years now talking about over 80 fights you got to give up your respect to Charles you know there's there's 30 more big right and Charles SS deep oh miscalculation though now half guard top half guard Charles is going to Four Points but Joe's going to go under the armpit again with these punches brenon sharp doesn't like those punches no they hurt yeah they suck nobody does yeah they good hand control by Charles right now for Charles I think he's just about covering buying some time to get his breath back when you shoot a big shot it's exhausting especially when you get sprawled on that's the last thing Charles needed yeah and then squash down again and if he gets up look at Charles is wearing it now man he he came tonight he came to fight respect to Charles Bennett I would assume Jo party gets the mount here could be a tough spot for Charles if Charles is fatigue too got to push down the face there Joey there you go there it is yeah and Charles will be forced to give his back and Joe's going to take the neck this time I thought he's going to have a smooth transition and this is when you don't have gloves it's hard to do the the baseball bat defense there when there's no gloves there's that grip you can't hold on to yes the hands are slippery it's sweaty it's actually easier for Joe to insert the choke under the neck way easier slide in force your thumb through make it uncomfortable for the guys so just lift that chin an inch and you got your Victory Joe's doing a great job here riding the thigh and and posting up on Charles to to do damage people who' never been hit if these short punches have no idea just how brutal they can be get it around the ears and the eyes and there's the neck nope back to the m Charles fighting it oh big elbow by Joe [Applause] there there's a head and arm choke maybe for the party now he rides the wrist squashes him down again Charles got to be tired here but he's still fighting lot of heart from Charles Charles showing a lot of heart tonight this is not fun this is exhausting for [Applause] Ben if if I'm Joe do you have an issue if if you're the corner of Joe of standing this up finishing him off in this dominant position cuz there's two minutes left yeah and he's not taken the choke but you know what you can also ride this here and in two minutes you could oh grabs the head and lifts it that was old school yeah Charles still fighting to get up he's in dominant position I'd like to see the the the chokes there as well his necks right there for him now he's got an arm tra I'd like him to go for a finish here two minutes a long time when you're exhaust oh but two minutes when you're on the bottom of Mount is an eternity yeah I'd like Joe to go for a finisher not just pound this thing out it's the safe route here but I also picked as my fight of the night so let's go here it's been a killer fight to start the card though it's given you a little bit of everything the the visceral violence in his bare Knuckles some of the differences of the ground game now Joe being just oring Charles showing his heart I'd like Joe to stand him up here go for the finish with a submission to be honest it's only been 30 seconds since we said two minutes remaining it's just it like you said it's an eternity oh for the guy on the bottom it is a nightmare Joe's going open hand he may have you hurt your own hand when you smash a skull with those small bones of the hand especially when I have to prote good job good job on Referee Joe the party penel finishes Charles Bennett that everybody who watches this show has been talking about because of his ferocity and he and he beaten equally ferocious fighter tonight he played it smart in round one he more aggressive in round we've heard this story a million times depression and anxiety depression many suicidal the guyy suicidal you know and he's crying during the interviews so you can't help but feel and root for the guy you know but you know Brandon Jenkins has to pay the bills as well you be P sure and Brandon Jenkins is a mellow dude maybe his path has been entirely different but every one of these individuals make my way to a title Anthony and juko Andy Brendan Shaw this man's how old are you I'm 40 he's 44 he looks so much better than me he looks he's in such better shape his skin is Flawless whatever he's doing we need to jump on Robin yeah he says it's genetics and I believe him um he has looked phenomenal in his for he's looked unbelievable smooth and sophisticated exciting elegant vulgar he he he shows all of the different dimensions of being a a you know true master of martial arts when he fights but in his 40s just looked even better also the his last fight was against Brandon Jenkins which as you can imagine was awesome insane and he had a real mean streak that night that I haven't seen from him in many years so uh every time he fights it is a celebration of Marshal greatness celebration of violence anytime Anthony's in there you better watch your peas and q's hands better be up this guy goes for the Finish yeah and uh slices and and cuts and stabs with his weapons you know and he's such a skilled fighter again there's a common team there a real veteran Anthony's a real real real veteran I mean Anthony has over uh what damn near 40 fights you're talking about MMA fights and when it comes to game bread he's no stranger to that so he brings a lot to the table half aund of of kickboxing and mu Tha all of a sudden you're getting you're getting closer to 100 than 50 you know once you put it all together it's a lifetime of violence but but he is an artist you know he comes in and he expresses his skills artistically to try to move as as much as possible towards a perfect performance and he's done it all over one Championship UFC now he's at game red you're talking about the elite of the elite he's compete against the very best he's had some success he's had some downfalls it's all led him to this and just so happens Anthony's pretty damn good at be knuckle MMA he sure is there are you know Jorge uses the word dog and people Savage and grit and heart and all these things um but it is people who come in here with ferocity and passion um and a lot of guys of his level of expertise with with kicking and punching elbows and knees don't have that ability cage to his Advantage yeah left hand down but you want to get now TJ doing a good job keeping him down there it's only a minute and a half in TJ staying with the passing there's a triangle now wide back down here now you have to fight back to get that Advantage where you have an opening to stand back up you missed that opening there are young MMA fight there's a head and arm choke now trying to be set up by J Brown he rotates him off the cage to make space to tuck his head in ear to tricep on the far side and a lot of guys natural reaction will fight and go into that choke the defense actually go away from it roll now they might get your back but you're out of the submission and they not going to get finished still in the fight yes if you're TJ Brown you're real happy here you got a guy who took it on you know very short notice you got him on his back trying to make him work you're happy about all that and for Joshua you know not the best case scenario here taking on short notice you got taken down early on from the kicks was having success with the kicks gets taken down probably not ideal get a moment you know the triangle wasn't there but he worked into the OM Plata and there's there's kids at home are working the amateur MMA fighters and stuff going oh cool yeah off om Plata up kcks make sense like that little window was was a real you know was a real eye opener that of course you can attack right there but and you can threaten that umop plot or threaten that triangle in order for when he gets out of the choke get back to your feet kick off get back to your feet so he's missed two opportunities to get to his feet there yeah and it is very hard to win a fight on your back these days they're impossible unless you're a verdum of that caliber you know you got to be very high level of course Junior dos Santos and Alan beler in our main event for the up go yeah he has a window there and he's he's he's he's complacent with with staying down here which driving me nuts yeah I's thinking if I heard him with the up kick I can get up but if you don't hurt him with the up kick you're staying down right and and as a result we're three and a half minutes for the man who ultimately had some what I like about Robinson I mean the fans are going to BW it but he was doing the right things to keep himself safe even though it seemed was Landing some takedowns he did a good job getting back to his feet controlling the distance there it's a great figh great skills but he's also got a nice athletic platform you see when he's down in the space and he's off balance he's still staying centered and finding his balance getting his feet under him and he's just not accepting the takedown you see a lot of guys accept the taked down to preserve energy when they don't realize the amount of effort it's going to take for you to get back your feet is going to be a lot more energy than it was if You' have just done the right things before and not given into the day down if uh if you're watching live you saw the fight before TJ Brown and Joshua Williams perfect example right Joshua Williams accepted the take down and tried to work from that position accepted the position Carl never did Carl never accepted by Wills accepting the position it takes so much energy to get out from underneath the guy now short turn yeah whereas if you if don't accept it it's a it's a calculated heavy burn to get out both guys very much in it someone went around presumably f f but both guys sharp and focused and very dangerous here as we start Round Two Robertson front here heavy kicks little bit of blood out of F's eye if Henderson f fera is looking to wrestle which as we as I say that he is kicking from the outside and forcing Carl to move in a little closer lot maybe maybe it's the taked down take down but very very conservative on the feet took a gamble on the on the roll out and yeah so the the right arm is on the chin and the right hand was on the left shoulder as an anchor but not there now so seat belt back to his feet very tough to keep down like the Swagger whenever the Gap comes Robinson's like okay now it's my goal yes he just needs to get a little more creative on the feet here and appli some more volume y get gets a couple left off which is what he wants know fear looking for the good shot there good shot there you got some backing up that's what you want now knee big knee Perera digests that knee and goes to a body lock again now as much energy as Robinson given away here you know to bend these takedowns remember Fier is getting pretty tired not having success with these takedowns he's controlling the fight controlling the distance but he's exerting a lot of energy trying to get Robinson down to the map a lot of energy the ref has said I don't like boobds either my man that's right Robertson is starting to open up here he's getting more comfortable on the feet yeah left hands left kicks here a good shot there F's comfortable with the kicks and then outside that he wants to close the distance here all the way out or all the way in for Henderson not a bad idea no and Carl wants that Gap in between yes that space between kicking distance and chest to chest that's the dance isn't it yes and there he finds it if he goes in too deep he gets body locked right he's got to just find that pocket in in between I'm supposed to be scared it's supposed to be weird I'm fighting a profession athlete in my Underpants in a cage in front of all these people these are feelings you're supposed to welcome correct and I I think it takes a level of maturity and and and you got to get a lot of experience to realize that everyone has those fears everyone suffers from that anxiety I don't care who you are whether Anderson Silva to khabib to Alex Nicholson everyone suffers from that anxiety and you challenge that and use it to your advantage and Chase has done that and this is the man who will look to try to everything they got tough round to score if you're going based off damage Allen's face is looking pretty tore up but you can't always judge a a round based off blood you just can't some guys cut easier there's a lot of damage a lot of lot of wear and tear on Allen's face so smaller punch might open up a cut on Allen vice versa not to JDS so you can't always judge a fight based off blood there was Allen getting on him early but and and he did well in those first 45 seconds crowding and closing distance but then on the way in junior would touch him up there heel into the guts and think spinning hook kick and then fires off the left hand neither one clean yeah I think G had some success early kind of get him against the cage getting some dirty boxing in there but then as you mentioned he seemed to hesitate a little and Junior was able to get the timing and te off and he's really done a good job with that jab and the footwork constantly circling constantly circling look at that nose of Junior dos Santos that is a lifetime of combat I forget which now that happened in this fight cuz we when we interviewed him yesterday his nose was not that crooked I know it was crooked it wasn't that crooked yeah he got a nose job via Alan Bel has changed many times throughout his life he wear all of these guys wear these road maps scars with pride well earned all of them curious what Allan does different this time starting with some full body faints there hip faints you know trying to show different things but faints do not automatically work right it's like showing you know if you do pick a card any card on me I'll fall for it try it on a professional magician they do not it's the same with faints also faint only work if you give them a reason to be scared that that you've landed something so if you're not Landing but you're throwing faints Junior's really not biting on him until you get his respect and you know he can tell real from fake just oh good right hand by Jun over the top that hurts what Allan doesn't want to do is stay against the cage and eat shots from Junior do Santos and he did Circle back and and put Junior back against Junior's bleeding Allen's bleeding both having some amount of success but so far it is Junior who's that just as I said Allan is hunting him Allan slipped that and did a lot of damage there with the right hook Junior's now ripping on Allen Al again Allen being the undersized fighter he's having a lot of trouble getting Junior Los Santos down like he him therey to elbow and this is Alan bel's World here after this one he's going to be known as ugly Allan Belcher not just because of the the damage but because the ugliness of the fight is what's that's what he has to do that's what he has to do make this thing ugly don't let junior make it a pretty fight and sit back and entertain you with his beautiful boxing make it dirty there you go like just like that Junior goes to get out Allen's doing a lot of damage he's very active on the on the release and there's so many differences in bar knuckle beyond the obvious but Dar Jun with the take down Allen on his back uh the short punches do so much more damage in bare knuckle than they do the little ones like that oh that rips and tears across your skin as it slides Allan very dangerous off his back though let's not forget this and there yeah he is but when you're covered in blood there's a neck crank look at Junior just oozing plasma all over Allen sometimes there's a neck crank a vicious that crank Allen bucks him off a little bit sometimes martial Artistry fighting is elegant and sometimes it is truly vulgar and uh this is game Brad Barako baby this is what you're looking at it's not always pretty yeah clearly the the weight Advantage by JDS there was kind of easily able to get the Tak down you're giving up 20 pounds that's a lot of muscle now Underneath Him and trying to sweep got his head hidden but no I I'll tell you right now Juno Santos is an expert at that half guard sweep his mentor that's how you get up ah you got to go his mentor in big nog that's his signature move that's Juno Santos's you know Mentor he comes up with a single but it's not there Allen now sucking some air hands behind the head look at all that blood that's you're going to slide and slip if you get out of the next 96 seconds they'll do their best to at least dry it or clean it up but right now even if you get your feet under you it might slide Junior doing some real [Applause] damage weaponizing the skeleton and although Junior's known as a as a striking artist his specialty but he's still a black belt threatens the straight armar for just long enough to Elbow the face of Alan beler pting that wrist trying to get the mount it was beler who initiated this grappling but should he get through this minute he may not do it again beler had him hurt so I thought he thought it would be easier to get him down but again that weight Advantage is a real issue for Allen to overcome head arm joke here oh he got out of it it's going tough to get a guy like trying to sweep underneath the arm to to sweep across Junior's arm and get outside of the danger but no instead Junior's right hand is free now he's going to go neck crank again with the shoulder [Applause] tra this a very temporary position right there but all gets he's done he's done big left hook by Junior Sago big left hook on the exchange while now's going to get up wow look at big left hook and that's the risk we were talking about earli in the night there's blood all over that camera Junior dos Santos is your first ever gamebred bare knuckle MMA heavyweight world champion after an alltime bare knuckle classic with Alan belter that is a tough character man it's been tough to beat Junior covered in blood is dancing and he's not a bad dancer trying to clean we's always known he's at good footwork so I would imagine he could dance when Allan pushed off and stood up Junior vaporized that space between them and ripped him with that's what we're talking about earlier tonight we're asking Robinson to get up we're asking uh we to get up but there is a risk involved when you push up like you push up boom and the head hits it was over before he hit the ground the ref stopped yeah yeah he's in trouble here yes big trouble but he had the right idea seconds B in the seconds after this he sort of got himself back in it ever so briefly long enough that he did complain a little bit he would have loved the chance to try to get up one more time but the ref had seen enough and when he hit the ground there the legs were limp you could have stopped it on that good stoage great stoppage Allan will disagree with you but uh but from when you watch watch the legs go
