[Music] hello everybody patrol gaming and welcome back to another reaction video well we've got our weekly dose of david phelps this one has been quite highly requested so i thought we'd get to it now this is going to be it is finished so this is going to be from the australian homecoming so let's jump straight into the video [Applause] it's true [Applause] thank you [Music] you see there's a line that is drawn down through the ages [Music] and on that line there stands an old rugged cross [Music] on that cross a battle is raging [Music] for the game of man's soul or is lost [Music] on one side marks the forces of evil all the demons all the devils of hell [Music] and all the others [Music] the angels of glory and they meet golf compass hill [Music] refuses to shine for their hands got song in the bass and then through the darkness he cries [Music] is is [Music] in my heart the battle was still raging not all prisoners of war had come home these were battlefields of my own i didn't know that the war had been [Music] he had no [Music] meadows [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Music] is [Music] the endless [Music] [Applause] [Music] oh [Applause] [Applause] what wow wow um i haven't heard russ singh i know that's obviously russ from when we did our easter special david was making a little bit of fun of him um but wasn't that a great song what was that that line about you know the battlefields but they were my own doing because i didn't even know the war was already won um that is a great line that is a great line so um you know it's not the lord putting up the obstacles it comes from you you know there is a clear path and it it's when you're ready you know it's when you're ready when you see it um this is a great song that is a great song um another great storytelling song there so um beautifully sung beautifully sung by them all so i've never i don't think i've ever heard oh slightly not by himself though i haven't heard bill actually sing by himself either so many first in that in that song so but and then of course david at the end just kills it with his the high register and it's just it's just an amazing song so which i wouldn't expect anything other than from the the gaithers so very highly requested song this one and i understand why great message wonderfully executed by by the group there and just again one of those songs that make you listen to it and appreciate it but then go away and kind of contemplate on it as well too so one of those secret message songs that will work are even after you've you listened to it so but what a wonderful wonderful song so thank you very much for those suggestions keep getting them in because every week we're doing david so keep getting those suggestions in there is a long list but you know i'm always up for more too so um and hopefully you guys all enjoyed the easter special we just had it was absolutely fantastic i absolutely loved it um definitely do that again next year so christmas is coming up soon i know it's only march oh well no it's april isn't it oh god it's already april that's right um yeah so we'll have to start thinking about that too so but anyway guys in the meantime hopefully you enjoyed it thumbs up if you did um again wonderfully wonderful performance from that um from the australian homecoming would have been fantastic within that concert would have been fantastic um but guys thumbs up hopefully you subscribe if you're new uh you'll come back and you won't be able to miss a video if you are subscribed make sure you like the video and lets youtube show it to more people etc etc um but guys stay safe wherever you are i'll definitely see you in the next reaction video
