This video does a good job to showcase a lot of different street foods and how they are made, but her unchanging reaction to almost every item she tries is kind of unsettling... Who knows, maybe she just likes them all equally ยฏ\_(ใ)_/ยฏ
yakisoba and okonomiyaki are both freaking great and really simple to make on your own no Asian market needed.
the key thing that clearly makes it taste Japanese is making the sauce which is just oyster sauce, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup and soy sauce. that is likely stuff you already have.
you might say "but i will never eat an entire head of cabbage it seems so wasteful for just this dish"
as a swede let me introduce you to the world of pizza sallad

Her eyes judge my soul
The next presidential debate should simply be a contest to see who can eat "Prawn Rice Cracker with Egg" while sitting on an expensive couch.
holy shit! that grilled bacon๐คค
I don't even have to hit play to immediately know this is a Dancing Bacon video. Love his channel. All the street food videos are awesome. I also recommend the trip to the cup noodle museum and bentos on the train. Easy to sit and watch for hours.
I love you Okonomiyaki
The food at 14 minute mark is called Okonomiyaki and it'll be different depending on the region you visit. It would make for a fun food tour to try out each regions variation.
what's the point of the marble in Ramune? I've never understood that gimmick
