how can you not love that those like the most passenger I really ever heard talk about my french fries what's going on everybody welcome to another special episode of foam Bros food right now we're at a California institution on par with Disneyland hybrids and Hollywood you know what I'm talking about in and out joining us today we have our california native friends Michelle and then Lauren hey let me show you guys what in and out is the best burger Jade in the country I am so stoked to share the SoCal experience with you guys let's go and ER you did the ordering what are we looking at all right we got the cheese fries right there we got animal-style fries and then I have light crispy fries and then I got a flying dutchman looks crazy I believe this is the grilled cheese 4x4 extra toasted hamburger a single with extra lettuce and raw onions protein style extra lettuce and then this is a double-double with three types of onions chopped coal and grill SoCal natives you guys got to tell people at home what they're gonna expect the freshness what do you guys normally get I trust them I go with the regular hamburger but I do animal style fries I usually get a double-double with old onions and onions I keep them a slice in whole cuz like I'm spicy I'm interested in the extra toasted bun okay yeah go ahead I have the double-double with three different types of onions I'm going with the protein stone protein style is when you replace the fun with more lettuce you just take a bite of a pepper Oh what are you doing yes I'm a barber genie and the way to eat a pepperoncini great to take a tip off first so the juice can get all over your face and your eyes and your XID and then you take the whole bite pepper tuna good form did you already fight it no I just hate some of the level I was following you let's just bite into it yeah get it out no fresh crisps veggies really make a huge difference I'm not ketchup on you it's a perfect my reader hmm what makes the perfect bite that's a perfect bite we're sticking out at you and it's like hey when I get to the end I just have the wrapping I like lick the wrapping cuz there's juices and she's still on it Charlotte brontë surprised because they fried to order you can order it regular you could order an extra crispy and light crispy we have to address something controversial within email not everybody likes the fries here does this come as a shock to you all right when I was younger growing up we didn't really like the way it's kind of like soft but as I grew up I love their fries because I know that it's healthier and it tastes delicious I mean how can you not like them when they're literally made right in front of you you can see them take the potatoes put them in the machine squeeze the Machine down and you have french fries like they're so fresh but there's something about these fries like the thinness and the texture and just the freshness they don't overwhelm the meal and you can get them with cheese and animal style how can you not love that those like the most passenger I really ever heard talk about oh that's my french fries why did you look at this floppy fries it's waving at you like this this is like crispy I feel like crispy all right just animal style has a regular fries right and it has melted cheese on top and then grilled onions on top of that their own Thousand Island doesn't animal style for the patty mean something different than the fries yeah live with mustard they grow the mustard into the raw beef patty you went and got packets of spread you can do this I did it hold on you sauce me up good what happens when you let the cheese fool don't do this at home kids the good thing is now you can just pick it up and take a whole bite off right like a burger is crazy did she eat it did you know the menu hasn't really changed in the past 60 years you know that's crazy this is dope to know that I'm eating the same thing that the Beach Boys II Babu ranch is over you have to know the song in and out in and out in and out that's what a hamburgers all about I'm not gonna like how to sounds like you guys just go one two three that's what a hamburgers all about Thank You Lauren I give you the grilled cheese is there any padding in here no it flew out you only came this this looks like it's from Adult Swim me yeah I'll eat the flying dutchman Michelle we go protein style all right oh this is heavy and I got the four by far guys round two anti tears look at this you guys I need to prepare myself mentally ah Flying Dutchman is definitely one of the more odd items that they have on the menu not bad I mean meat and cheese that's really all you need is looking at hahahaha you why'd you gotta like hey every time I look over the ketchup 'let do are you about to dip those like fries in the shake bro bro how did you predict what I was gonna do yeah so you know french fries milkshakes that's a new classic combination whoa Wow we're ah bread I have a Neapolitan shake here and dip the fry in the mix I've never justified a milkshake the sister another swirl swirl light mix that you bought that swirl like really I being honest no I like what you said oh no yeah I've never had a Neapolitan milkshake that's delicious ha ha I literally have not seen you do half because it's just really thick I can't get it through the straw so I think it's easier to use it as like a spoon after trying the chocolate shake it's better than the Neapolitan it's a little bit more stronger in a direction yeah it knows what it is doesn't have identification oh we got a milk milk does the body good what's your guys's final word on in and out today I learned that there was a lot more to the menu than I thought I'd been getting the same thing for a long time I really like behaving like in and out always guarantees a good time it's just good vibes all around when you have an iconic place like Southern California you need iconic fast food places and in-and-out definitely lives up to the Billy I don't think any other burger spa has the cool brand that in and out has to have still been popular over the last 60 plus years that's crazy to think about
