have spoilers in the chat i guess i don't remember too many like super clear details but i remember it being a pretty cool game even though i'm not a huge fan of rpgs so yeah i'm excited to play it it's a bit of a spooky game it's it's more depressing than spooky honestly uh i'm ill prepared i just realized i have my hoodie on uh this is a standing string if you can if you can hear that i'm like carrying myself differently or something it's because i'm standing up fully at my standing desk uh this is the first time i've done this so hopefully the desk doesn't [ __ ] collapse midstream i do have a bunch of stuff on it and these legs look kind of spindly but i know from when i carried in the box that they're quite heavy and sturdy okay let's get the game so yeah i hope you're all ready to the b word a few times boring this play through and i ask that any rpg fans not be offended this is just my like [ __ ] brain not enjoying systems [Music] uh this here is the battle screen as you can observe this game has an auto fight feature which i will be using uh this here is the battle screen as you can observe you will find yourself placed at the right hand side of the screen your opponent however in this case yours truly will be located on the left the correct place for a single combat at the beginning of combat you'll be confronted with a choice you have to decide whether to attack auto or flee i remember it being uh not too difficult i remember i mean there were a few bosses where i was like all right i need to take off auto attack [Music] that's not where this game's strengths lie attack naturally permits you to engage the fight in the classical fashion if auto is your decision the computer will make the strategic choices in your place making you simply the spectator i i don't know exactly what the ending situation is i might end up looking that up or looking to chat for answers uh because i don't think i i i mean i got one of the two options when i played it the first time and i want to get the other option this time hopefully it'll like jog my memory as i'm going through finally flea as it as its name indicates is the option of the coward i dehort this alternative but now it is the time for the offense now it is time for the offense sorry they kind of like talk like starfire from teen titans or like data on star trek [Music] choose attack select the batter and then choose attack anew to off me with your back do not utilize the auto function the computer will not hold back and i would i would take the risk of dying taking my secrets with me to the many things in this game that i feel went over my head on my first playthrough excellent you must consider the fact that the batters and the enemies levels determine the impact of your assaults throw at each other with slinus on occasion your cast iron will get you a critical hit which will cause teeth to fly in heaps you know what it sounds like it sound that particular the way i said that and that sentence sounded very night fail but let us move on if you're willing to you may have noticed that when you choose chose attack for the first time after you selected the battery a new window opens up on the lower right hand on the side of the yeah likewise soul adversary competence permits you to use one of your special skills objects will grant you access to the items you're currently carrying yes the water is in the game finally you know when somebody mentioned faith earlier i was thinking about pony island and somebody was like you ever played pony island probably won't check that one out either finally you have yet again the opportunity to flee but remember solely the batter is responsible for that option in his personal menu right you get like familiars later on what about trying to utilize an object take this luck ticket and use it on the batter's person with gratitude the battery's person it's like not technically wrong oh what oh let's see that was my previous themselves powerful attacks nevertheless know this any use of competences leads to a conception of competence points b actually cp means much worse things i i'm not going to go down that road of jokes so i ask that you use these skills sparingly once your cp are completely consumed it will be impossible to carry out heavy assaults coconut pun let's say that [Music] and if you happen to cross swords and it certainly is this game definitely is is in that sort of group uh it's definitely a lot more depressing i've never played lisa the painful but i would bet it's more on the side of lisa the painful than undertale in terms of tone uh adversaries purified 80 credits with no space oh tons of luck tickets deleted this add-on is fighting by my side that's practical let's purify the other galleries the yellow blocks don't allow you to return to the nothingness okay neat this is fun i'm having a good time [Music] that tutorial was a bit long especially reading it out like that maybe these parts are cool our working consists of cutting livestock into and extracting the metallic boulders that were contained in the cadavers i love all this weird surreal [ __ ] all the poor quality metal is discarded forming the ground we walk on the rest gets purified to make tools and other objects with some of it is also put into crates and sent to the other zones so they have tools and soil as well i suppose as the first of four elements it's an important element do they all think they're the first that's kind of earthbound it's like the moles that think they're the third strongest because without metal people would have nothing to walk on they would sink and drown and thus we have specters in large barns i must purify the mines first but the barns aren't that big and it'll be nice for you to take care of them fast alright man a few words the batter someone told me to step on this fish fish fish i don't know what the [ __ ] that was do you say the right i don't know what dope fish is i'm gonna google this the [ __ ] quake wiki the dope fish is the second dumbest creature in the universe an enemy from commander keem weird and i guess there's a easter egg of it in duke nukem huh oh and in like doom weird okay huh i never knew about that that's that's a cool little piece of trivia actually i'll have to look that up later that's interesting these balls are clusters of worked metal which are going to be sent to other zones i don't know if i ever plan on playing commander keen by the way i watched uh yahtzee and gabe play it on let's drown out and it looks like a
