yeah yes yes I can feel it I can tell I can tell everybody has over excite tread I know I am yeah who is ready for some girl chat hey but first before we get into it okay I know you've been having a bit of a parenting struggle lately yeah we've been talking about it behind the scenes what's going on Tate take care now I remember maybe a year ago you tried to pre-warm me about the toddler station I sure did you don't have a title like the baby is the best thing on the planet like I understand my baby's not gonna do that you said Logan was perfect yeah she is but he don't like to sleep no more no what happened like I know you told me but you ain't really tell me okay and then he don't like clothes no more too he doesn't like clothes probably okay which one do you want me to dress first both both yes okay there could be two things going on with Logan right now because he is two and a half two and a half so 17 months to kind of like 24 months it's a little bit challenging um I think probably he's having a little bit of sensory overload because right now in this developmental stage you know they're they're learning a lot of things he's his brain is like a sponge so he's taking everything in and that kind of stops them from you know having great night sleeps but then he used to sleep all night well he's growing up Tate but then the other one this is this is uh a little bit um about you you you as the mommy now okay I'm gonna get serious okay discipline she's gonna change it totally does because she's a great auntie discipline okay now does Logan watch TV like an hour before he goes to bed does Logan play on the little iPad and does Logan play on his phone okay yeah all the above so what's happening is he's over stimulating his brain before he goes to sleep look what you mean no TV that's how I go to church I know but Taytay his little body his little brain so just before he goes to bed maybe an hour today he can play all of that just just up to an hour before he goes to bed he ain't gonna go for that okay go for that all right that's one the other thing is do you have a night time routine [Applause] or not he's a free spirit [Applause] S free spirited children still need some type of structure before he goes to bed so he knows that it's time to go CC so what you do is is you you CeCe what that means sleep sleepy time so what you do is you just like uh just develop a nighttime routine like start a bath right then uh read a book to him and then that's how he knows like right after that like sometimes it feels like a nut sometimes it don't like I don't know he's an example of you then and this is the reason why we have mothers on the table to help us out okay [Applause] that's a girl chat we might have some struggles without children but sometimes it's better to share them to feel better like you did thank you for normal yeah one parent has her own parenting struggles and took it to Instagram to commensurate that's the word right commiserate commiser right yeah that word commiserate well Anna McFarlane a writer and mother of four created the popular kids are the worst page featuring hilarious images of little ones acting a foe rolling that sometimes kids are the worst now here's the kid with the with the flower all over the flow wow I've seen that multiple times you had yeah yeah I mean it's normal on the floor most of the time you can catch them before that happens that's right but what if it's something but sometimes you can't watch them if there's a lot of kids I was about to say when you have multiples you're watching one nursing one and sometimes stuff just happens I don't think it's a it's a lack of parenting or anything like that why I'm saying that I was that kid yeah that shoe polish at one point but Aiden got a hold of a Sharpie oh not the wall Sharpie now don't erase on the bathroom cabinets and on my really really really expensive chair oh no my chair chairs drink some stuff they know they know they go for the real expensive stuff the other day this weekend actually my sister has some wine some red wine yes and it was I guess it's expensive I don't drink wine so she was oh my God this is amazing what kind of sick because it's Toni Braxton of course yes thank goodness and so she puts it down and here comes Logan who are called the scientists nowadays because he likes to mix things together so he takes the cup and it happens so fast I felt so bad like this young lady did because it was not my house when it's at your house you feel a certain kind of okay I can clean that up but it's just somebody else's house you're like oh my God and I'm like look I'm not buying nothing in Toni Braxton that is not happening speaking of expensive stuff yes I absolutely was that kid growing up like you know when you kind of hood like stuff like Estee Lauder is really fancy so you guys remember those Estee Lauder creams that used to come in those like glass tubs like this with the fancy top and it's really fragrant yeah used to eat it I used to love that stuff I used to do all kinds of things like that too well I really liked lotions I was always a girly girl so I opened up the tub and I thought I just wanted to moisturize my situation so I poured the Estee Lauder all over myself and my parents I was two and a half years old my mother walked into the bat into the bedroom I was on the bed sprawling all covert in this Estee Lauder cream well they weren't gonna waste it my my grandmother in heaven my grandmother and my mom showed up with two spoons they scooped it off me I put it right back in the jar well speaking of children acting up after detailing the Tantrums and Ill behavior of a friend's three-year-old child one woman sparked an online debate whether it's unreasonable not to like a friend's child who demands to be carried everywhere the post on Mom's net sparked quite the debate some people were supportive of her distaste of the child's Behavior but many couldn't believe that she would feel so strongly about a child and many asked do you have children now Genie yeah has a first child ever driven you to dislike the honest be honest ha no because I want to keep my friend um just don't name your friends okay there's been many situations where I I have a certain level as an I'm you're I bow down to you Auntie Lonnie like you write a line with the capital A I have a lowercase a antique Genie but I have my purse in my jacket nearby because when you're singly married you your man needs to be taught the code that when you're done with your friend's kids you take that person you put that jacket on you go we're going home let's go right so he knows now so I I can tolerate it a little bit but this actually makes me think about a time when last year at uh Thanksgiving my my bro my husband's sister's son really acted up in front of us and you know it when it's your in-laws and it's family the two things that in my in my people's culture you never do is a talk back to your mama and B swing you do not hold on wait a second this one swung and Mama my went in on this kid different cultures Asian woman Caucasian child you'll never talk to your mom like that you right now if you went in and the whole family stood back and the I thought I was like pull mama my back because she's gonna go They're gonna hate her but she turned around and she's like I tell you right now I'm not scared of you I knocked down you're okay so the week showed everybody else she got it she's got it yeah and I'm telling you that boy Sebastian you're 16 now so you're cool but he respects and loves my mom with a fear disrespectful and it's a good thing yeah scare them a little bit I'm telling you yeah I think the key to doing it is when they're really young because there's nothing worse than having to try to discipline somebody older and they're already in their way start young gotta do when they're little I think um I've never had a child that I dislike but there have been children that I think were afraid of me right oh because you put I remember when Logan was little it was one I don't think Logan likes me very much and I figured it out right because he would come to the studio and every time I would see him it was in between shows and he would be you know he wouldn't act right like excited yeah but then I figured it out I had on a robe and this robe was so thick that I actually looked like a bear no and I said wait a minute he's why is he I'm like because when I met her house we have buddies but when we get to the studio he had the brand new [Laughter] I was like it's the Rope but you know who told me that Rosa Rosa told me his caretaker she was a it's the wrong now I've got a really Juicy Girl chat topic for you guys this one diseases autoimmune diseases she's over there Zendaya Arnold thank you you know we get right to the point but uh just before I forget because so many women and men and young people are affected by lupus unfortunately my sister was diagnosed with seven diseases the last one she was diagnosed with was lupus they gave her seven years to live live she's 13 years old [Applause] she looks great because the we win Foundation we are Grassroots Foundation we don't have a whole lot of money we are just we want to pay people's bills we want to help people realize that they can live through it you don't have to succumb to lupus and we're losing a lot of black and Latino women right every day because they give up and we don't want you to give up so ladies [Applause] well we're not only celebrating the we win Foundation but your show survivors remorse just wrapped filming its third season [Applause] I know so the show's back this summer on Stars what can we expect this season oh I can't talk about it come on okay well let's just say I uh oh I can't even say that but you're gonna find a lot of drama okay everybody keeps asking if Mike Epps is coming back I cannot say okay I didn't even know that my character you know that this happened to my character until the day I shot it we're so close to summer I can taste it and you know what else I can taste fried food summertime means county fairs and that means if you can eat it you can fry it so today we're gonna put that to the test this is you Friday [Applause] that was pretty good you guys don't understand I absolutely love local County Fair so many food options so little time I just want to try everything me too oh look at this step on up ladies get your pickles right here let's try some pickles first Adrian I'm not everybody yeah hello there do you want regular pickles or fried pickles wait what you can fry pickles yeah what you talking about dog allow me to blow your mind I'm ready yes check this out fried pickles these are so tasty and so easy to make we're just gonna combine flour salt and pepper and dip the pickles in that then combine eggs and milk and dip the pickles in that fry about 10 of these at a time for three minutes and you've got puffy Tangy bites that will get everyone talking they're the best snack in town give them a try no you already did and they go that's my second one and it's even better than the first yeah these are so good I guess you can fry pickles look at that what audience what do you say what do you say that was actually good all right that was bomb let's see what's next that's amazing that blessed me I need something real sweet after that salty snack friend how about you yes you do cheesecake here get your cheese well hello hi two pieces of Cheesecake please yes no problem regular or fried what you mean fried cheesecake wait hold up you can fry cheesecake I want it You're darn Diggity right you can take a look at this to make fried cheesecake simply buy a frozen pre-made cheesecake and cut it into one inch squares combine flour baking powder salt and sugar in a bowl add milk and vegetable oil whisk that all together until the batter is smooth and completely cover your cheesecake squares then you just fry it three to four squares at a time for two to three minutes bam fried cheesecake catch yourself oh my God oh no there's a bomb holy crap yeah so audience let me hear you again [Applause] that is simply amazing now you know what all this eating actually kind of has me parts I think I need a drink me too friend I'm thirsty Coca-Cola here [Applause] thank you okay well will that be regular or fried no no way come on fried Coca-Cola yes way is simple okay first take three beaten eggs like this I have here and add two cups of the cola that you want wait and one coat yep eggs and Coke then you add a quarter cup of uh sugar you mix it all together and then what you're going to do is you're going to shift and combine two cups of flour two teaspoons of baking powder and a half a teaspoon of salt like this now you all already put this stuff in here to the shifter right so keep moving please now add in your Cola mixture like this and mix it up you know yeah that'll that's going to start your batter you don't want it to be too thick that's why we you know and it's going to start once you're mixing it up right like this I can't use that right so once that gets done you're gonna roll the dough into one and a half inch balls I like balls yeah then what happens now the fry these use vegetable oil it'll deep fryer you heat it to 375. drop these in like this ow bam ow bam how many you want I want like four yeah four each so that's like four each yeah can I get one too please that's nine all right and then you just fry it for two to three minutes or until they're golden color when they're done you remove them from the plot fryer and you place them on the uh paper towels you sprinkle them and that's what it looks like it's this side yes so I just just go for it there you go put your bag into it get into it thank you what's the weirdest thing you've ever eaten oh my god um the weirdest thing and weirdest story um I was a long time ago when I was younger I was going to uh a Mexican spot with my grandfather and he thinks he's like related to every Mexican he sees I love it yeah yeah he speaks Spanish and everything so um he orders these tacos and I'm eating and he looks at me and I'm like okay why are you looking at me and I'm chewing and I'm like this is kind of weird um and he starts laughing and I'm like why are you laughing and I'm eating this taco and then he tells me that it's tongue I love languages [Applause] and I was like it's so chewy is very it's different it's spongy and I was like what is this and I spit it out and then he started laughing at me okay that's disgusting when you get tricked into eating tongues tacos sometimes then the right way no tongue tacos [Applause] thank you so much for
