exploding with praise amen it's your heart this evening explosing with praise i mean i just like how uh some of the the typical is very descriptive you can see it you can picture it my heart explodes with praise to you not to some political party not to some individual but my heart is exploding with praise to you now and forever my heart bows in worship to you my king every day i lift up my eye i declared from generation generation what god does in your life is to be declared towards eternity so that's how good and how gracious our god is god does things so marvelous that it it would take expectantly to you and you and you give them their food induces in you open your hand and satisfy the desire of every living thing the lord is righteous in all his ways amen and gracious in all his flesh have blessed his holy name i mean in this psalms is i think 20 21 verses and the psalmist is just worshiping the lord worshiping the lord worshiping what he has done worshiping his works and declaring that oh lord your your greatness is unsearchable oh lord your one generation shall praise one generation uh one shall praise your works and another shall declare the mighty works you're declaring that our god is a is a it's a wonderful god it's a glorious god and and he talks about and then he worship the righteousness of god that the worship of god shall be sung throughout generations oh and then talks about the the compassion of god the lord is gracious and full of compassion slow to anger and great in mercy the lord is good to all his tender mercies over all his works i'm just blessed by how how good our god is and how awesome our grace i just want us to stand up as we worship the the name of the lord i would decline that yes lord you you're awesome in all your ways we worship you god we declare you are awesome in all your ways we give you all the praise we give you all the honors and i want you to take this time just to just not to give a a request unto the lord not to say god i want this i want that but i've come to worship you this morning after this evening i'll come to give you all the praise i'm gonna join the same spirits as david and declare the going to read amos chapter 6 and we are pressing in with this word we are pressing in for revival we are saying to america we are saying to our family members we are saying to our community [Music] are you looking for we're not talking about showers of a new car a new house and you know babies and all of that those are good but that's not the showers that god is waiting to pour upon us that's not the showers of blessing that he's ready to pour upon us he has a lot more so much more than that and when i discovered a few of his showers this week i was like lord i want more amos chapter 4 verse 13 verse 13 and i want us to read together amos chapter 4 verse 13 one two three go for behold he who forms the mountains and creates the sea the wind who declares to man what his thought is and makes the morning darkness who threats the high places of the earth the lord god of hosts is his name okay i'm gonna read from this version because it's gonna make it much more clearer to you so it says for the lord is the one who ships the mountain are you standing in front of a mountain and you don't know how to move that mountain god says i'm the one who shapes the man i was so blessed i'm like what are we scared of if our daddy shapes the mountains if he ships them then moving them dismantling them is nothing it's nothing to him he forms the mountains he shapes the mountains the other says the next line he stirs up the wind hallelujah my prayer is that he will stir up the will of god around you the wind of the holy ghost be stirred up around you the next thing the bible says and reveals his very thought this is the shower that i want us to contend for tonight it is the shower of god's mind over your life reveals his thoughts to us that's the shower that we need because if you have the mind of christ if you have the thought of christ if you're able to think like him then you're able to do like him right because as a man think it's in his heart so easy so the reason that why we are experiencing so little of god is because we have just one tiny bit of his thoughts contending with a whole sea of our own thoughts do you see our thoughts outnumber his thoughts in our life and they just flooded it's just like a little pebble it just gets drowned we are asking god today let there be a flood of your thoughts lord that is the shower i am looking for my mind with your thoughts flood my mind with the things you think because i have seen in your word that you want to reveal your mind to me i've seen in your word that is your desire to share your thoughts with me hallelujah to give me your mind hallelujah the flood of god is when his mind gets over sits and floats our own minds i refuse that my mind continuously floods out the word of god that's why we get depressed that's why we get worried your thoughts has flooded has grounded who your god is but tonight the reverse is going to take place there'll be a flood of god's thoughts into your mind hallelujah it will drown your peers hallelujah it will drown your unbelief it will drown your doubts it will drown your inabilities let the flood of god thoughts if i were you i put my hand on my head and you begin to contend yourself i'm not telling you what to pray you know that area of your mind that needs a flooding of god's thoughts a flooding of god's imagination of lord and aware of the way god thinks it is lord you have created the wind for the very purpose of uprooting our thoughts uprooting the imaginations that are rising up against your word that are rising up against who you are we are asking for the hurricane of god to begin to blow in our minds right now the holy kingdom to begin to blow in our minds right now oh god man the honda for floor of your thoughts again for the flood of the the might of who you are oh my god flood us to god with the holiness of god flood us with the holiness of god flood us with the goodness of god flood us with the of the with the faithfulness of our god rendezvous until there is no space for fear until there is no space for unbelief until there is no space for doubters outnumber our own thinking oh god let your thoughts outnumber our imaginations lord left your thoughts oh god manda we are asking that as our hands upon your head oh father let your mind be superimposed upon our mind oh god we are asking no man an exaltation of your thoughts for your word says as high as the heavens are from the earth your ways and your thoughts are higher than our thoughts of god lord we are asking for an elevation of god of your thoughts in our mind and in your imagination to god there's nothing you cannot do there is nothing you cannot do we declare that those thoughts of impossibility that have flooded your possibilities the possibilities of our god that have kind of dismantled how great you are tonight lord we are asking for exchange let the possibility of your god flood out the impossibilities of your situations the impossibility of your life the impossibility of your tomorrow lord you're doing a new thing we begin to see ourselves like you see us lord we begin to think about ourselves like you think about us we begin to think about you as you are lord as you are not as as we have made you to be lord we begin to think about our brothers and sisters the way you think about them lord because you're flooding our thoughts you're flooding our thoughts with your thoughts lord you're flooding our thoughts with your thoughts glory be to you lord glory be to you lord the lord jesus explains this the holy spirit explains this in amos chapter 2 verse 9. this is what he talks about flooding our thoughts this is how he gave me an example it is it's like this is what i want you to do and picture every day amos chapter 2 verse 9. it that god floods your thoughts he says my daughter think about all that i've done for you it's my first way to enter into your thoughts and your imagination think about what i did for you that is his first way to shine light into the impossibilities of your life if you don't know what he has done for you think about what he has done for me he's like god has not done anything for me okay just look at your sister your brother look at somebody else me i am a living example of god's goodness aha thank god they saw another person there too amen just sit and think about we don't need to go many years of all to see the goodness of god right in our daily life he's doing miracles when you open the door you let him enter with his flood not just say it but think about it ponder meditate that's what david did all the time he would sit and think about all the greatness of our god the one who delivered me the one who set me free the one who rescued me he was constantly letting the flood of what god has done be in his mind my version says yet think of all i did for my people one did this yahweh now telling you what he did because sometimes we need god to tell us what he did for us because it's like we have some kind of amnesia and forget what he did the children of israel they don't think that we are more spiritual than them we have also forgotten what he has done in many ways right okay the the lord said i destroyed the amorites before my people are right in the land what does that say yet i destroyed the amorites before them okay it doesn't really okay it says i destroyed the amorites before my people arrived the land that's the goodness of our god i want to declare to you that before you arrive the land where your enemies are god destroyed them again we are using the principle that if it has not yet happened in your life look where it has happened and use it to let his thoughts locked so he destroyed the amorites before the children of israel got to where the amorites were so i used that thought to say lord before i meet this boss who is opposing me you have destroyed them you have destroyed them my boss's ability to hurt me you destroyed my boss's ability to to discourage me to break me before i get there that is the flooding of your mind before you get there not that when you get to that situation you stop suffering father of abraham jacob and isaac
