Free Email Setup With FastPanel, Contabo VPS and Cloudflare | Send Free Unlimited Emails

hey guys today I will be showing how to set up free email server uh in fastpal if you want to send unlimited emails for free uh you need to watch this video and of course you need a free um web control panel will be using best panel and will be using uh VPS in this tutorial we'll be using contabo VPS and our DNS will be set up in blog player so here are the steps first you need to sign up for our VPS uh in this tutorial we'll be using Code GPS and we will choose Ubuntu 22.04 LTS as our operating system if you don't have any idea about using VPS I will uh uh tell you how later on and of course you need to have a VPS and we will install past panel on Ubuntu to 2.04 LTS so if you have uh just sign up with a VPS be sure to choose Ubuntu 22.0 for LTS because it's yeah one of the best prediction for fast panel and next we will um set up a DNS records the a record MX record text record in Cloud Player and of course you need to have a domain a name and I will be using Game chip I will set up it later on and next we will add an email address animal account in passpile and send test email so let's get started okay let's proceed to our first step let's install fast panel on Ubuntu 22.04 LTS and I am here on Michael Turbo and dashboard and if you have just uh sign up with content you can skip this step but if you have already have Ensemble as a VPS and you want to install fast panel and I you need to have a clean operating system okay last let's install the border 20.0 for LTS once you know the password to copy this one and click install click install and just click ok wait for a few minutes for the installation to finish okay well uh login via SSH I will be using a free research client called a bit device I just input your server IP address and use port 22. and click login just accept and Save and enter the password of your server okay uh just uh click this one new terminal console and okay now we are here on our uh server we have connected via SSH using a free SSH client called bitbase next we will install fast panel let's go to this website okay um I will put a link uh on this website on the description down below we will need to use our use this command to install best panel first let's make sure we have a w get installed and just copy this one paste it here okay um let's solve past panel using this command just copy this one paste just right click your mouse it will automatically automatically paste of the answer the cable weight okay we have successfully installed fast panel just highlight this one it will automatically paste uh sorry a lot of the copy and we will use this link to access our fast file just paste it okay um just click Advanced and just accept the risk and continue okay let's login oh sorry um use this last user and this will be your password I store this on a safe place user click login don't save we'll enter our email here and just click save and just accept okay now we have successfully installed best battle uh on Ubuntu 22.04 LTS I have actually four cars and I have eight divided from in contacts so next we will create a site just click create sign we will create a WordPress English this domain and be sure to check this create email to me and just click Next Step and be sure to store this again in a safe place or just generate one and if you want to send this on your email just click uh check this one but I won't send this one to my email for security reasons click next step I will create create new one and we'll just uh click next move it for the creation I'll just take a few minutes agree and just go to site card and first we will install an SSL for this website just go to our domain register first okay um uh click manage I am using name keep and I will not be using uh the DNS of namecheap I will be using [Applause] um Cloud flares DNS and let's go first to cloudflare and just click login okay we will add a site and okay Workshop store so click add site and we'll use a free um service is Click continue and here we have a default settings for our MX and text records that we need to use card flares DNS just click continue and we'll use this one so just click copy paste it here click the second one and paste it here and just click this check mark so that it will save and it will take uh for eight hours mostly and we will check this one done check name servers just click finish later okay once we have um One Step preparation starts uh you can uh occasionally just click check name servers and let's go to DNS okay if uh the propagation is complete I will see this message from your Cloud Player and okay it's time to install SSL let's go back to our first panel control go to SSL certificates and click new certificate and we'll use a let's encrypt just click save okay now we have finished uh issuing SSL and now it's time to uh configure our DNS settings and we'll just delete this MX and sex records first foreign let's go back to this website and let's go to main page I'll just click this one and we will use this um DNS records we will use this MX and text records for setting up our email invest panel because the past balance DNS Zone records are very confusing we will use this one and let's start so we will have an area code for our uh domain so we have here and I will just I will not use a proxy for this I'll just turn this up click save click save and we'll add a record for mail so that will be a right per meal IP address be sure to use your survive address I will not use this proxy click save and another one it will be double w a record Double Double mail and IP address I'll set this to Auto on click save next we'll add the next record add an MX record it will be an app it will be a root and time July or TTL will be Auto and of course priority is okay sorry sorry that will be an MX recruit I have all this add and it will be new sharks.store our priority is 10. just click save and now protects records uh let's go to our best now for this default community let's go back click mail and click this dkim this one to copy let's add a text record that will be the content will need your gtim and of course the name will be that the name will be a domain uh it's wonderful community and just click C we'll just use Auto add analytics record copy this one is it here and copy this one and paste it here click save next the main key add in a record a note to extracted I mean the main key copy this one paste it here just click uh just uh Auto and we'll use this one for our another text records and we'll use add and we'll add this uh SPF and be sure uh you have if you're not using an IP V6 just IP before it's okay and put your IP V6 here IP and your IPv6 ipv version 4 and your IP address your server IP address version 4. and click save and next we will add a reverse uh Guinness let's go back to Urban double DPS let's go to reverse DNS management and be sure your PBR record points to your IP address uh IEP before an IP basics you have this on on this account IP D6 this is your ID this X and IP B4 your ipv4 do not forget to add this one because Gmail will put your messages to spam and okay let's create an email let's go back to our pastel and click mailboxes uh just click new mailbox make it easier for you let's generate the password we'll put this Unlimited and just exceed and let's access our thank you email by roundcube Fastenal uses around you as its Webmail client okay now we are here on a round Cube webmail here you can send and receive email messages but as you can see it's not using an SSO or a secure protocol because it is an IP address instead we will use a domain name so that we can issue an SSL and let's go back to our fastpal control control uh on the left side menu just click this three bars and go to settings click main go to panel addresses add address we use our domain name shouts that store and exceed and just go to SSL and we will use let's encrypt and click save okay now we are able to you issue an SSL for a hostname and it will let us out let's uh use our domain name to a server pass panel okay great I will just as user click login okay let's go to our site card scroll down mail foreign mailboxes and let's access our webmail now we are using secure uh protocol it's now saved to send and receive email messages okay now we'll try to send an email to Gmail I will be using on email templates this one so just click Send now let's go to our Gmail okay great now we have I received this email and let's try to send or apply name okay I will be there now beautiful cards chart I'll click Send let's see if we have to save our reply refresh refresh okay great now we have received our reply and we have successfully uh set up an email that are very fast now but we'll step we'll just uh just do this using metal tester okay this is our last step we will test our email or spamminess and this is how you will check your email and test now for its uh deliverability if your email can send uh to other emails and will not go to spam first just copy this one and we'll uh create a new email and of course we will have an email template just the same and click Send okay great uh let's now check our score wow great we have 10 over 10. so this is how you will check your email deliverability in past panel and we have successfully set up an email server and pass panel and we have a 10
