Dan Aykroyd might have been the funniest cast member ever, in my eyes. At this point it’s nearly impossible to pick, especially with how differently funny so many people are. Like how do you compare Bill Hader to Chris Farley to Eddie Murphy? But Aykroyd needs to be up there and I feel like he doesn’t generally get his due.
Considering it came out in the mid 70s, I’m amazed at how oddly sweet this sketch still comes across.
My favorite sketch of all time. Dan is incredible.
