Found Rare $50,000 Amethyst Crystal While Digging at a Private Mine! (Unbelievable Find)

[Music] what's up guys my name's Jake today I traveled all the way up to a place called Thunder Bay Canada and we're at a private mine I'm teaming up with my friend the crystal collector on YouTube and he's invited me to go out to his private mine that holds millions of dollars worth of amethyst and today I'm gonna bring you guys along this adventure and hopefully we can find some world-class pieces to share buddy hasn't say YouTube video if you're new and with this crystals are like deep dark purple and the more dark purple like there's just certain features that make them more rare and today I think we're gonna find some super expensive and I'm so excited to go on a hunt and see if I can find some more last time I did a video like this you guys left so much support I think we got over 300,000 likes now told you guys if we broke over a hundred thousand likes that I'd actually run out that mine those people haven't contacted me back yet so I decided to one-up it so we traveled all the way up here to Canada we're gonna dynamite the cliffside and hopefully find some great amethyst so to get down to the mine we actually walk down this path let's get to it there's actually a pretty unique spot because there's a cave right here and what's really special about the spa is that these crystals are dated to be over a billion years old and that's about 1/4 of as old as the earth is and some of the crystals are gonna be finding here at this location it could be like museum pieces worth up to ten to fifty thousand dollars like there's seriously no telling what you can find here and this is just a world-class spot and hopefully if we get lucky over there in that cave and I'm gonna show you guys everything we find but let's start digging and hopefully find some good thing if you just cut you like oh he just rolled out I don't know that's a good piece to huge cluster I mean have to be a couple thousand dollars right yeah there's gonna be clusters all along the bottom of that we can just plop them right off of the stage yeah this is your baby dish everything somebody's already to tell by how beautiful these things are but yeah we're pulling them off one by one here in the middle of the eastern yeah I'm gonna try to save some of the darker purple Wow look at that dude that is HUGE got a big one right here but I get on my way bad I got a good one thanks Oh hold you got huge points there this is to check this point out one Wow I mean that's a massive point you've got dirt and stuff on top of it but that's that's gonna have points all over yeah yeah got this battery powered pressure washer we're gonna hit this right here in the quarry and check it out cleaned up I'll be honest with ya this is probably the best amethyst I've ever found and it's just a giant cluster here and what makes this unique is like the color you got red you got some green you got some purple in the backside here but I mean this is just a super special piece you know I guess how much would this be worth it like maxed out if someone was gonna buy it ten thousand that's a ten thousand dollar fine you guys that is insane all right I'm pretty excited because we got the dynamite guy here right now and he's putting dynamite all inside the cliffside and this is stuff they would do here at the mine so they blow up the cliff and then they'd click that the amethyst see and the harvest or whatever so the guys right there going around putting dynamite into the cliffside and this is gonna be an insane explosion well let's go check out what he's doing and we're gone we better hurt all right we had all the cameras and go for a set up and he also had his phone setup we got hit by a rock but I think this is your second phone right yeah yeah luckily I had a second phone then I put that kind of clothes they got destroyed it was right next to my camera huh it's crazy ten foot from his GoPro it lasted it made it well I think I hit perfectly right there when you drunk yeah that's cool souvenir I guess so yeah imagine if what is on that thing so here we are right after the blast and you've got crystals laying around everywhere that perfect condition the mud really helps to keep the condition as these blasts happened so now it's just time to go in and pull out crystal after a crystal here we go and we've got what looks to be it's sitting upside down in the pocket maybe one of these flower type clusters there so awesome oh yeah it's gonna roll right out it looks like or something so here's what's kind of the neatest thing about the crystals that come from here as they pull apart from each other they show the awesome deep purple that you're gonna have look at that Wow I mean that looks black but it's dark purple and then you've got these really cool red inclusion hematite points they give it such a neat contrast that's a good piece not bad the bunny your piece let's clean out all this clay and we found I think another huge giant cluster of amethyst crystals right here it's a huge piece this is actually the backside but if you look right here there's a point so what we're gonna do is try to be super careful because this could be a $10,000 more piece and we're gonna pull all this clay off right here get down on this I love it because this is the back and then when we get a chance we'll flip it over to see how nice it is but we have no clue man but yeah here's a crystal sitting right here that could be one of the best ones there's a whole day so I start cleaning it off and see if we get down and get it there's so much mud yeah just try to break it loose from the wall oh my gosh wait and see this is gonna be epic you can typically take this off the bubble right off completely this seriously looks like a meteorite look at this thing Joe get down it I gotta share everyone the size of this this is my buddy Joe right here but look at this thing so all night right now is actually calcite and that can be all removed by a chemical and it's just a little difficult to get it removed but you can do it and Brian was saying this piece alone could be worth up to $30,000 potentially but it's just an insane piece the super heavy it's got to be a couple hundred pounds and we're just sitting here trying to figure out how we're gonna bring it back home to Georgia I got two minutes great garden piece let it on fire it does look like a meteorite look at this it looks like it just fell through the cave blew everything up and then we got it but let me show you guys up close to what it looks like it's just beautiful man yeah all this stuff right here can go away by the chemical and it's gonna reveal like how truly beautiful this is you know we can't really see the entire beauty at this thing yet but once this calcite is taken off and we really clean it well and we get all this stuff off here every bit of this will come off this is ridiculous Wow Frank yeah for killing a deer we should just be amethyst honey or something we can do it alright so Brian I we found some great stuff today I'm gonna show you guys all my favorite finds the best fun is right over there I've got my buddies Jonah over there looking at it it's a bang meteorite man and it is seriously unreal but I think it can range over potentially $30,000 which is just absolutely insane but I'm gonna show you guys all my other favorite finds real quick before we wrap up this video but uh yeah here's some points I guess what makes you super valuable or you know the dark purple and then there's like a red coating on top of the points some people like that and some of these just range for a few thousand dollars each like this one right here that could be a couple thousand dollars some of these could be ranging up to five to ten thousand dollars or even 15 maybe for that one but all in all man it's just a great experience it's not every day you find points like this like this right here to give you an exam well if I found this out the other mine I went to you I would just be absolutely freaking out because that's like the world's best fun I've ever found you know like you know but uh here you know you got a bunch of them and what makes it special is you're hunting for those like world-class museum pieces and we get super lucky found a couple I hope you guys enjoyed today's YouTube video if you guys didn't make sure I just
