intestines I'm in the kitchen with the famous celebrity chef he's famous for cooking this extra special meat for speee foreign fore foreign foreign [Music] spee o now that is a beautiful shot lamb soup and lamb KN spicy some garlic some chili peppers some spices wow that's fantastic plate woo that looks so beautiful [Music] M very good wow that delicious spicy so good excuse me lamb lamb tongue wow he's just dicing out the Lamb's tongue now he's taking AP part of Lamb's cheek Lamb's eyes woo Lamb's eyeballs lamb Rin wow I can see the details of the Lamb's Rin that is quite oh oh yes yes the top part of the Lamb [Music] [Music] mouth mix it up yeah you got to make sure you have to mix it up right wow wow mhmed I already love you that is the recipe for anybody to fall in love with mhmed intestine and lamb stomach spicy small spicy just a little ous spice I don't know how I feel about this because it feels like something but also it tastes nothing like it looks like stomach I'm looking at the another part of the lamp it's all stitched with and it's all stitched so tightly so nothing falls out while it's cooking ships organs St with rice m i can feat myself but I just love the way he's feeding me m nice and chewy soft this one had a lots of meat so it was kind of dry another part of the Lamb's body let's try it m interesting every piece of lamb intestin has different texture so it's very fun to eat amazing amazing it was so good 25 out of 10 Chef mcmed the best chef here in Istanbul so [Applause] [Music] far wow that is so beautiful that is very thinly kneed pancake and this is the dish this SE mhm SE Che chew and we're going to shoot a Tik Tok about [Music] chew this this is crazy the way it stretches out wow this dessert is incredible so original never seen anywhere else here in ISO ah I just want to scream cuz that is so so [Music] good well well well I made it to the famous Kur since 1989 and I've ordered chalk Kebab look at this huge amount of meat cooking right behind me what an amazing view I'm so excited and I cannot wait to try it so this is right in front of me it's not too big and let's see I really like it sizing they don't overh size the portion and they just serve the right amount you don't want to eat too much because it has a lot of beef some lamp fat lots of SP spices and lots of Turkish love let's get started wow now that's some juicy juicy donut I've been recommended to come here I've heard this place is legendary I cannot eat anything without adding any spice cuz I'm not sure about you guys but I got to have myself some chwy flakes let's get started y'all a m fresh tomatoes some onions delicious to eat Turkish kebab in the middle of Istanbul in Turkey wow I have also ordered a stuffed dessert called K do wow that is beautiful okay now the best piece for the best M this tastes like a beautiful Turkish song Take a look at the texture of the space tree looks like the bunch of of little tiny noodles shaped all together in a row then some walnuts inside and some peanuts on [Music] top our guide decided to take us for a walk that's we call it Pera the main meeting point here the central we can say it's Central of Istanbul it it's very long like it takes about 2 km [Music] M what a busy street people taking pictures next to the and there's Turkish music playing I just want to like dance and like some water uhhuh but the yogurt it's really should be spe like special you cannot do it with the market yogurt how is it stillo hot so look I have this lavash rice just make myself a little wrap wrap wow that's a good idea in Turkish we call it [Music] d w I just had a spicy um jalapeno pepper this Meep cooked 4 hours and they let it to rest also after it's cooked They don't serve it immediately wow incredible Turkish people always knew how to cook their meat right they pay special attention to their meat quality y the lamp lamp meat especially in Turkey we consume it a lot you can find it in the most of the places and it's very tasty this meat is just the softest the tender juicy the meat is a bit juicy it's not so dry M oh my God that was so [Music] good I'm got to order some more to go this place is truly legendary it's so humble looking but yet the flavor is just he's so popular he's like super famous he's been around here for years he's loved by the locals Chef just gave me an amazing trial tasting piece of this delicious fresh Donaire cooked smoked all together under the soft hot fire right there let's give it a first bite M love Bo amazingly warmed up so crispy you better come and try it out amazing this peppers in the mix of tomatoes and onions that is just incredible now that he gave me to try some I'm craving for more I'm going to order one big EG donor meat donor and then another made out of chicken so drilling right now chicken donor and some red meat both of these Beauties right in front of me I ordered that without any bread without lavage just to taste the true flavors of this wonderful delicious meal just on a plate like this tastes like a meat salad and a mixture with this veggies all together wow Turkish meals are not as spicy usually but in the best possible way completely expanded my taste palette wow let's do it with some raw onions ooh that served with some rice as well the best donor in town moving on to the chicken all right just check out that beauty that chicken is Juicy wow the flavor of chicken is just so rich I'm not sure what I'm tasting in here at this point this is too good for the price of the milk I love the way Turkish people cook their rice it's nice it's fluffy so crispy and golden on the side I just got bomb bazzle with all of this water of all of flavors this guy he's damn [Music] good this whole meal was no more than $6 with two sodas and two different kinds of Kebabs we got lucky to catch him on the very last month right before the Ramadan this is his last day and for the next month he's going to take it easy not going to work so blessed to catch him he letting me try the chilly one um here I go woo some Li lemon this is exactly the flavor I was looking for and I got lucky just passing by walking by m not too spicy lots of um Peppers delicious more yes I love it I just keep getting all of this stuff so much rice so much flavor and it's all spooned up under muscle that tast a lot oh my God [Music] okay okay I'm done now let's try some coced CED spicy and juicy lamb intestines thoroughly prepared by slow roasting over charcoal to achieve this crispy texture after roasting the intestines are chopped and seasoned with a secret spice blend enhancing their flavor and making them a Savory delicacy is hot and ready let's get to the tasting M oh my God that was so [Music] good pow I'm going to check out the fried [Music] muscles let's give it a try M tastes like a fried fish um kind of nice and salty and crispy on the outside and then they're so meaty I mean these muscles are big juicy I had muscles in the other spot but they didn't taste as good as these are let's dip it in the [Music] sauce yogurt garlic sauce is something this chili peers are so sweet they're slightly spicy 11 out of 10 100% recommend I'm in a historical neighborhood of bikash today I'm trying out the legendary kis donor beloved by the locals the line is super huge I don't mind waiting for it I heard it's worth it let's get to it Kadin donor is the spot in Istanbul where everyone lines up as they heard it's worth the weight why is it so popular they've nailed the donor game the meat is so tender and flavorful grilled just right then stuffed into s PE bread or rolled in lavage this good experience that turns first timers into regulars once I've heard their closing for one month I was lucky enough to be there almost pretty much last customer here I am I have four sandwiches almost the very last order and uh let's check it out I do also have one ey such an amazing combo with so much meat bread and then some good probiotics ooh that's nice it's like a water down cir so good all right let's reveal the surprise donut sandwich y'all fresh tomatoes some lamb chili pepper M very simple nothing too crazy it's going to get more EXC ex and this pretty much it I've got the very last donor I'm so lucky I've got some with me to go since it's very best in town I would give it seven out of 10 I mean it's really good but I think the barri Don there truly want my heart I'll take it with me to go and enjoy the streets of [Music] bikash I'm standing right in front of bog hul delicious and um this is what I'm going to take this looks so much like the American classic Buffet but it's all Turkish food let's do this y'all so I think I'm going to get this Turkish beautiful wall I'm not sure what that is but the presentation is amazing wow just take a look at this beautiful serving I mean this is cute little piece of meal I can see there's some piece of chicken some mashed potatoes top with some cheese some pepper and tomato on top ooh that looks like I want to try this reminds me of this Vietnamese butter melon dishes I do want to try the Turkish version of it let's give it a try oh this is stuffed teini with some rice some meat wow some Turkish bulur amazing side dish with lots of lots of tomato sauce who would have thought of making a yogurt soup only Turkish people I mean one of a kind yogurt dipping yogurt soup yogurt drink all kinds of different probiotic varieties moving on to the salad [Music] section what is this I wonder wow that's very jiggly that's very Wiggly let's try it let's go for it all right let's get started y'all I have a FL platter in front of me I've got an extra SC the soup looks just amazing ooh I'm going to start with this everywhere I go from Miami to La I have to make a stop by the local Turkish restaurant to have some of the lentil soup it smells delicious already let's give it a try so hearty so warm so good let's add some of the lemon ooh that looks just amazing let's mix it up all together now M fantastic itic with a dash of lemon so good some buar now M tast just like brown rice just with some rra pepper and tomato sauce M delicious St toini time wow that is a beautiful sausage all of the rice and meat just falling right off Wow Let's go for it m interesting it's actually pretty good that actually is pretty good never had a zucchini stop with some rice and meat before in a Turkish way M that was so awesome time for the yogurt soup y'all never heard of the yogurt soup I see some rice in there with lots of spices there might be some garlic in there as well let's give it a try that is pretty interesting it's just like a yogurt but it's hot all right time for this beautiful funny looking color Bo let's give it a [Music] try mashed potatoes with chunks of DED up potatoes herbs green peas carrots I do want to go and try out this chicken peas nice and good tastes like someone cooked it at home and um if you craving for that homemade meal this is just great it was pretty good fun to eat something light not as heavy as donuts and other Turkish meals if you're craving some homemade meal this is fun to experience too dessert time weird looking funny looking thing I mean I hope it's not yogurt nor it's cheese let's find out what it is I've never found out what type of dessert that is but Turkish people have already gained my trust let's give it a try H it's like I'm eating the dough of unprepared pancake batter that's good I think that would go amazing with some coffee some hot tea that is kind of good let me eat that side part wow that is so gooey that is so fun to eat wow this is actually pretty amazing it's like condensed milk mixed with sunflow together [Music] [Music] Turkish breakfast is served let's get to it I've ordered some scrambled eggs so this whole breakfast is about $17 plus this additional scrambled egg with some meat is about $8 we're going to start with scrambled egg and meat cuz it's super super hot that looks so bomb M delicious salty meat the meat is so flavorful just like Kebab in collaboration with egg meat and this delicious spices it's a full body flavor in my mouth wow delicious I want to try everything in here Turkish breakfast looks amazing let's start with fried homemade dough M it's like donuts without sugar dip it in olive oil some spice eat it this way incredible I love that every bread here is toasted still feels kind of warm m going to put that omelette on my bread also try it first M nice and salty still halfly cooked but the butter flavor is just so good some spices some cheese Olive pepper sauce M so juicy every ingredient is so freshly made here I do taste all of the love the time they put to making these meals [Music] fantastic wow interesting Jam it's like sweet tastes like vegetable at the same time I think it goes along all together with this platter with all these varieties of dippings turkey breakfast 100 out of 100 I've had breakfast before but I've never had one like this Turkish breakfast are M so good full of variety of different flavors I just absolutely loved it right now we're heading out to explore some of the Istanbul and find a place to have lunch [Music] have a plate right now in front of me beautiful d m so good oh let's try this nice fat piece of fries M delish the fres is not too oily I want to make a wrap since I try each ingredient separately let's Don it the rice is so delicious so good which just the rice is so fluffy and so well cooked M such a soft texture reminds me of a good delicious breakfast burrito so much happening on the street it's a full entertainment you can just order meal drink some Turkish tea and just enjoy the outdoors outside people watching people from all over the world like I've already recognized different places different faces from everywhere is is truly becoming the capital of the world kapos man place has been opened since 1964 is one of the Ancients one of the old places here they've been working every day non-stop serving people from all over the world no wonder they're still popular delicious I give it 10 out of 10 [Music] baklava Burger everyone ice cream is melting super excited to try it out sweetness on top of sweetness and some Turkish tea M some cute little baby pastry next to it time for some bakaa burger ooh the ice cream is melting let me just pick it up from the side ooh ice cream is so rich and very creamy let's try it out together wow that's beautiful crunchy pastry I hope it's delicious as a Comba all together let's give it a try bombalicious wow crusty juicy pastry crusty on the top juicy on the bottom there's bur of flavors of pistachio wild I absolutely love it amazing dessert I feel like ice cream gives it a good balance between the sweetness of baklava let's wash it down with some black Turkish tea I'm going to share this dessert between two people the next after some walking looking for some [Music] dinner I'm trying out with a simple coffee shop some tea coffee and a little pastry let's check this place out it's called kovan fitting [Music] I got some 3in one coffee and some cheese rolls some beef roll cheese layered pastry and some Turkish Pizza let's start with this cutie with some feta cheese inside M nice and crunchy what I really like about it's not fried that it's baked a bit dry but it goes along well with some coffee or tea together all right this beef roll wow so Savory I feel like there's some mushrooms in there some peppers wow that was quite delicious and so soft and juicy from the inside I really love this that was really really nice moving on to my most favorite I've ordered it for the first time when it was in Istanbul in the airport and I fell in love with this this cheese all of the layers of fa Tre are so thin I feel like it's all steamed together so nice and crispy on the outside and very soft at the same [Music] time yummy what else did I say Turkish Pizza memories from the childhood back a lot of Turkish businesses were opened in Central Asia back in 2000s and this is how I was introduced to Turkish pizza so good wow this glaze is so crispy I love it I'm going to explore some more of the city and look for the next spot let's get it [Music] wow clay pot meat goes in first or testy Kebab which is beef Kebab in a clay pot that still is so hot wow now this dish is usually get served with the side of rice all right I can see some cute mushrooms peeping out of this some peppers some green onions M the need is so tender all of these ingredients soaked up all of this sauce and it's just the party of flavors let's try it together with the rice M that is deep flavorful very Hardy dish the meat is so soft in the the mix with the veggies amazing beautiful [Music] [Music] recipe okay let's start with some Monte these are pretty much boiled dumplings similar to your USC chuchvara top with some spicy sauce well let's start with this Monte M delicious ground Turkish style meat I love that these dumplings are so tiny that you don't have to open up your mouth up wide to give it a try I just like that Turkish people add yogurts as their side dish or as a sauce that is just amazing for your digestion system with all that heavy meat and carbs from that dough I've been wanting to try some Turkish Monte I've had some in La as well from local restaurant slightly spicy because of the sauce but I really like it I enjoy the spices their spicy chili sauce is a little bit different cuz if their spice ratio pretty [Music] good this is the best dinner ever oh my gosh I've been looking for the spot and the time now let's do it oh my god oh wow wow there is hold on oh my gosh well at least I got the cup okay oh my God oh my God a little fail wow that is awesome wow my dream came through out [Music] oh oh oh okay yay I got it [Music] that is so good a little bit sour I like it feels natural I think it's sorbet sberry [Music] sorbet this Chef is so charismatic behind me and he's so happy there's so many different personalities in here and so many different nationalities in here as well just wow everything is here so mashed if I look closely that is a salad tomatoes peppers looks like raw me but I think that's a [Music] [Laughter] [Applause] salad wow that looks wonderful oo again they they served it with some lavage and then some salad and what is this I really want to try that wow that is sour cream put it on the side let's do this first one bite first goes first M what I really appreciate how thin the slices of meat are it's so easy to digest you don't even have to chew for a long time okay let's wrap it some sour cream of course some tomatoes and then onions as well and some of this salad for all of that fresh juice it's breaking down I do need some extra lavage wow he's spoiling me with all that okay I put extra layer of lavage extra blanket of lavage cuz I don't think I'm very skillful at this let me break it down in two [Music] M was fresh tomato and onion it became a whole another story M the meat is so tender everything's so soft this flavor is hard to forget Chef just gave us complimentary bean soup let's give it a try M the beans are incredibly soft they're so soft it tastes like a mashed pot potato M so hearty this place was so good I give it five stars [Music] yes Turkish baked potato right in front of me super hot there are actually two potatoes in there mixed with cheese butter lots of salt and there's a mixture of different ingredients in here Turkish salads Russian salad some olives Mayo ketchup corn cabbages and all kinds of different mixture even there's some bour and some purple cabbages as well let's give it a first try y'all M potatoes are such a comforting dish I mean you cannot go wrong with potato dishes that is just amazing some sausage in there as well and some corn I can see pickles picking through M wow with Russian salad what a burst of flavors y'all this is the best dinner ever Turkish baked potato y'all 11 out of [Music] 10 and here we are trying out some national dish called Coco Ed it's lamb intestines wrapped around and smoked super hard in barbecue grill these are not just lamb intestines we have heart lungs kidneys everything wrapped around in that roll it's time to give it a try o That's nice and crispy going to give it a try without bread M nice toasty crunchy I've made a spicy order peppers in there some Tomatoes lots of spices on top very nice and crispy on the outside I can hear it's being so hard and kind of soft and juicy on the inside this is how I'm going to eat it I'm just going to serve it on top of my bread make it a nice Coco Rich sandwich set it up with some peppers fresh tomato okay let's get started M cocoate sandwich toasted tomato bell peppers nice grilled intestines which are crispy with this fresh toasted bread that is delicious [Music] then I got some muscles dipped in some sauce and stuffed with some rice it's a favorite traditional Turkish dish let's get to it all right let's open this up guess oh they gave me gloves I forgot to put them on well it's too late let's go for it m m M wow that is so good and so spicy too I've got to put some utensils AKA glove that is quite spicy oh my God woo I want to take a sip of that drink I don't even know what kind of drink that is oh this is pickle drink this was so good muscles were my favorite thing now let's move on to the next Spoto [Music] all [Music] right so sweet that is some juicy pistachio [Music] Baka all right the time has come now for famous baklava is famous all over the world get Shi throughout the world back in the days only Turkish people used to enjoy this now baklava is worldwide famous y'all M I've got an assorti plate a little different options of different kinds of baklava have pistachio chocolate walnuts and then some layered pistachio and then these one more Walnut wrap they're all different shapes with the same recipe sugar Nuts And Pastry woo what should I start with first let's start with pistachio one M strong pistachio flavor very rich in pistachio so yummy not too sweet which I like okay I'll do the Walnut next I totally forgot since all of that flavors on the bottom you're supposed to turn it over and this is how you eat it I felt that the top was dry the bottom was very juicy and sweet chocolate baklava gos next very light hint of chocolate M that is quite good I'm going to eat it Turkish style turn it over and eat it with my hands that is so sweet if you have a sweet tooth I feel like you can get addicted to this these are some sweet Buck ooh as you can see I flipped it over and there's lots of lots of sweet parts are on the bottom no that's pistachio absolutely love pistachios but pistachios inside of the pastry and lots of lot of sugar it is a different experience this assert plate was around $12 oh but you have so much variety of
