Flying For 24 hours With Our Baby To Surprise My Family!!

here's the plan we go to the airport we then fly to Brisbane my sister is going to come pick us up I think my brother is going to meet us at my parents place and then he's going to let us up and the surprisal guess where we are we are back in Los Angeles back in the good eleva baby the City of Angels guys we fly to Australia tomorrow which is Bonkers we only landed in La yesterday and tomorrow night we're flying my parents think we are flying in a couple days from now of course we've got to do a little surprise because we're Jess and Gabriel I'm really curious how it's gonna go we will have Wi-Fi on our fly too which I feel like is going to help in case like they text it'll still deliver I can text back yeah and she'll be like I want to FaceTime and then you'll be like sorry at the gyms yeah something you know you make up an excuse because technically you will be with your friends me and Makaya yeah my best best friends we are currently in kind of the area of La that we lived in when we lived here a couple years ago which just seems like a different lifetime it seems more detached from reality the longer period of time you know as time continues to go on and the period of time that we lived here moves farther further away it just feels way more detached from reality we're in the valley we're right now on Ventura Boulevard which is like where we lived and like where we would eat dinner we'd get ice cream like this is like this is our stomping ground dude oh I forgot how insane oh my gosh L.A people are crazy Elaine peoples are bunky wonky also I don't know like if this is just LA but the breakfast places here don't open the earliest one is eight o'clock most of them open at nine nine I'm actually shocked like I forgot that that was a thing that people in La just don't get up until like 11 A.M or I guess yeah like meeting a brunch and stuff is so common that it would be like a 10 o'clock breakfast yeah oh my gosh guys Micaiah said dark yesterday and then this morning she's she kind of it's not like super clear but she goes we sing this song from The Wiggles Wiggles everybody clap clap clap clap and she did the clap clap she'll go go go she'll like do the three Makaya everybody clap that's totally her that was definitely yeah yeah I know like she sounds a lot like Gabe it's just like you know DNA I guess also if you're wondering where my hat is from our friend Sebastian Gomez Who you'll probably see in this Vlog probably yeah he has a link where he can sell these but he doesn't actually sell them he just gives them to people because he's that good of a guy so do yourself a favor then fair means have faith and it says everything is going to be okay we're putting that link that he has to just Blossom that's what we want to buy a hat the best there's not a lot of places that you need to use coins nowadays Ah that's a quarter but I literally like I have some coins and I just don't know what they look like they all look the same to me so I have to like why were they all look the same like I don't know the sizes are confusing like a dime is 10 right but that's smaller than a five cents oh you're saying the size yeah the five the nickel is bigger but it's only worth five cents quarter quarter a quarter quarter you just put in the quarter right there okay see it's like they literally all look the same this right here puts my latte art to shame it really yeah well Jess is just agreeing with me like yeah yeah you're right I needed that that first sip of decaf coffee yeah we have sat like a couple years ago we sat I'm pretty sure and I was just saying imagine telling them that in a few years you'd be sitting here with our baby and like showing them like I don't know it's so weird to think about it is so bizarre look at us now one day we'll be back here we'll have to book out this whole room for all the children we're gonna have all 13. wow the number just keeps going up yeah sorry I love you just pulled out to our Airbnb want to get out and in Makai fell asleep I think we're just gonna go that's what we're gonna do at this point because trying to get her down for a nap yesterday was just yeah two votes for driving coming out Hallelujah God is shining upon us on this day you know this is my trying to help the story continue and piece the things together [Music] being back in La brings back so many amazing memories for us and although we love where we live now and wouldn't change that both of us do miss living here and doing life with our friends here but the time that we do have together now is even more fun more intentional and so sweet now watching our friends love on our little baby Bob and sap if you're watching this please move to Nashville [Music] today's the day it is 3 30ish and we need to leave here about five o'clock our flight is 10 o'clock so right now we're packing up this is the Airbnb that we've been staying in we tried to put my Kai down for a nap and it wasn't super successful she will probably go down soon so I'm trying to pack up before just so like everything is ready so she can nap and then we'll hit the road and go to the airport I am a little nervous because it is it's like not even at her bedtime it is so past her bedtime it's going to be we're flying at midnight Nashville time and she goes to bed at 6 30. so we'll see what happens but for now we need to pack we're doing it we just left the Airbnb it's literally no turning back I was just saying to Gabe I have never felt like nervous ever to fly to Australia it's always been like the most excited feeling and to prep for a flight we'd like download some movies to watch get some snacks and it was always like really exciting yeah and we just like you know like we would just be chilling you know we'd be chilling I'm trying to just remain cool and calm I don't want to hurt a sense any stress but yeah it's gonna be interesting for sure can you say duck we think that's definitely her first word sometimes it's way more clear than others but it's definitely duck anyway we're on our way to drop off this rental car oh no way shuttle to the airport I don't know if this was a good idea or a bad idea but we have stopped at in and out Dave has gone in there I'm like hoping it hasn't brought our time up too much but I badly wanted in and out during this trip anyway we were kind of calculating it and being like yeah yeah we have time we have time and he's been in there for a while and Makai and I are just sit in the car like when's he gonna come back I'm texting my sister right now she knows the plan she has a flat number she's picking us up from the airport so it's like good that she knows yeah we're already a little sleepy he got it here's daddy magaya we gotta leave L.A right you know I know I mean Justice it'd be rude not to yeah [Music] area hi I'm having some breakfast and it is literally those baked beans hash brown eggs breakfast sausage having a nap which is perfect I'm just trying to get this Gabe's trying to watch the F1 race which is happening like right now the flight went honestly better than I could have expected Lucaya slept for nine hours out of the 13 hours it was so good I was not expecting that except there was like so much that happened she ended up sleeping on me the whole time which was not our plan but it's okay we're here my mom texted me during the flight and was like only three days little do you know we have about 30 minutes till we poured everything that I'm doing and it's such a little like here it is if she finds out [Music] [Music] you did so good luck in Brisbane sorry is this just looking back we are in the apartment that we're staying in I just had the best it's always the best feeling Gabe is in our room trying to get Makai down for enough it's hard because with jet lag it's her bedtime right now I'm filming on my phone and I keep checking my mom's location I don't know why I have Mom's location during Christmas when they're in Nashville somehow I got it for some reason it has really paid off that I have it because she told me earlier today she was like I still need to go over to the apartment and like she wants to I don't know clean it up a little bit or do something to it but like make everything in order before we come and I was like no it's okay you don't need to do that and she's like we are meant to be landing on Wednesday right now it's the afternoon of Monday look she's either gonna come this afternoon or tomorrow afternoon and I just feel like she's going to come this afternoon to like get the apartment ready so we need to be ready for her to walk through the door because she obviously she has her own key that's obviously not the plan I've just been nervous so I'm quickly trying to get ready every sound I hear I'm like she's here why do I love surprises so much like I love them so much and I just get so emotionally invested in this at the garage door no that's a plane okay anyway I'm gonna go and check my mom's location again we took this exact same walk when I was like what maybe a couple days postpartum we did where'd we go on that walk we literally just walked down here a little bit and then walked back guys according to Mom's location she's at her house so that's worked out she's not coming to our place which is good so the next part of the plan commences go around the corner my brother's waiting outside to take us in Makaya is literally asleep next to me she is so tired aren't we all my sister's on her way it's a whole family affair I'm also so excited to lay down in bed tonight I just hope we get a really good sleep anyway okay we're around the corner look at this reunion how cute bro thanks for taking care of my honey that's great I've never I've never been a part of the
