Flea market fun! Feels good to be back out finding treasures! Good haul for eBay!

hey everybody so just six o'clock in the morning there's not that many people shopping yet at Columbus but there's a bunch of vendors set up will be interesting if we find anything hopefully today I'm looking for stuff to I guess buy and sell online but you never know what you're gonna find at the flea market so we'll see I'll see you guys at first stop definitely a lot of people setting up what do you get on the little bucks I guess as the song machine parts in it oh I I gave some to somebody who made masks and I still have the others I was going to bring it to Brimfield yeah I gave it well I think a lot of it was flax to like it was that high-end yeah yeah they don't make I guess I'll get that they're not quite all set up yet but be interesting what we find morn looking for that guy who had the jewelry last time you said he would be here he said he'd bring some warm so hopefully hopefully we find him today yeah I was just saying if it was signed actually from the 60s I've seen more vintage than most [Music] it would be a nice garden whoops for my girl what do you get on the gloves all right I'll do that and these guys alright $3 thank you let's even find anything else they're gonna have a lot of vendors today yeah that guy with that gray van is the one I got I'm going he's got the jewelry today I bought a box of jewelry off of him on Thursday yeah he said he might bring some yeah I'm gonna go over and ask him what do you get on this guy what do you get on the bedspread it's very nice you do 40 on it I think it's worth a bunch it's it's more I don't know if I can get the yellow out so I understand I appreciate it I know it looks big I have to go see what this guy has not a prob I'm not 100% sure but it seemed like it was a nice so all these guys are waiting in line they're stuck here till 7 o'clock but I'm pretty sure this is the truck that now that trucks too old and there's nobody in there so oh well where's your truck okay ah there it is it's worn I just see that real fast this one no just look you said how much all right there's a lot of different stuff in here thank you lady who I bought this from actually has that nice bedspread actually do you think that's the king maybe or queen I'll take it for the 50 so let's let's just fold it up together it's nice that it's all hand done well I appreciate it just and I'll roll it so you got it well now I gotta go back to the car I had to drop this fabric off in the car or all the lace I don't know spent ninety on that cuz forty on the bag and 50 on the bedspread I think I want to try to spend another hundred bucks on jewelry if we can find it so we'll see what else we can get out there I guess he's got records with all the people in his booth hopefully we can find this I think it's you this one this one sells for 129 it's very hard to find now this one you want them okay I'll do both to you for 50 I mean you can make money on them with that with it but this one sells for 60 68 68 yep kind of fun well I some plate toppers right yeah yeah this one is extremely rare I can't even find it on eBay the only place I found it's on Etsy hey how's it going not today it probably will I bit more okay you don't see good quality like that too much at the market so I I appreciate it this is the very first time I'm doing that so I'm hoping that it works out for me and that people thought oh yeah that's fighter I think it's too new but it is nice pretty sure that's bakelite couldn't tell it's it depends on what they are are actually very it looks like it's bakelite is it is that one bakelite that with the stretch I'm not sure that went down for sure I have to do the rub test with the see if you can smell those definitely not glass it has the color bakelite just yeah that one's that one's more plasticky but it has the chuckle you can take a look at that spider nothing as good as that other box though the first box was amazing oh yeah I didn't see that got a couple good carved bakelite pieces that's really nice Dave Anderson really yes I'm telling you I made another pile of pins do you want to add those up I just found something interesting little trough re Swan very nice it's just a nice early plastic I was looking at that one it is cute though big enough yeah it's big enough where it would sell I'll get it if you don't want it all right I have my pile over there auctions I have an eBay store no I mean you go to options and buy so I made it back home I ended up doing pretty good at the flea market today got that weird sculpture Felix the Cat I think we might actually try using this this juicer it was cheap for five bucks all cast iron I'm not sure who that is it's God's Way maybe Brigham Young I'm not sure it says 1843 to 1901 this was actually kind of cool for $2 I didn't really want to look at it too hard but it's a 25 by 30 looks looks like it says Tasco on it Japan a little telescope I did like this blue frog I'm not sure who made that but for 15 bucks it had a really good look to it I ended up getting a box of buttons that I don't think I filmed you got that for five and I bought the lead fish for 10 this was for trolling hold your trolling uh stuff down but there was some interesting older buttons in there I was happy with the cast iron hooks got my girl the gardening gloves I did really really well with the jewelry I ended up spending two hundred and ten dollars with him I think the best piece might be this vintage signed Italy Gucci lucite necklace I think that's gonna go for really good money but this trow fari Beatle enamel pin a nice trough re flower this lucite pretty sure it's lucite might be celluloid looks like a celluloid of probably twenties necklace that's pretty great nice bakelite ten one of my this might be the best pin out of the deal of it's a David Andersson angelfish sterling has the DA Norway the Museum of Modern Art I ended up getting this early plastic dangly flower pin I don't know if that might be celluloid - I don't know it was just a really good lot of pins for $200 this one has a little fly on it super super nice stuff says Robert design or something designed by Robert that's a really cool trying pin and so I spent 200 on that and oh this guy right here was a heavy Mexican I say about three necklaces heavy Mexican silver it's signed Mexico here and sterling necklace this also is sterling this big Arabian sword I thought this might have been Shari but I didn't see that your fari mark has one little dot here but I don't know that was a pretty this is Dean craft Dean crafts always good too nice modernist and and we did get a true Fareed Jelly Belly these two owls are fre and then probably the thing I spent the most on as one piece was this bedspread but the amount of work in that is just amazing each one of these stars is hand done had taken hundreds of hours to to make this so I gave her the fifty dollars for that and forty bucks on a really nice box or been a lace that hopefully there's some a lot of dress pieces and stuff like that in here but it'll be interesting going through that another day hopefully you guys like this I definitely scored at the flea market I'm gonna try to get all this up on my eBay today and see how we do I don't even know how many pins we got for the 210 bucks one two three four five six seven eight nine ten 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 29 looks like 30 pins three necklaces got buffest from somebody else with five bucks when the camera died I thought this Christmas tree was really nice with the a/b 8 I forgot to show you guys the garden did end up stringing up all the tomatoes but I wanted to show you the broccoli definitely did get way bigger so looks like I'm gonna get a decent head off of that this was the smallest plant so it means the other ones we should do get really decent heads the florets are getting to be nice size let's figured I'd show you guys that definitely was exciting to see that that had gotten so so big everything is growing and tomatoes are I don't know be interesting we have 38 Tomatoes in this small bed and we'll see how they produce using this string method I would think normally you should only have about I don't know 15 or so in this bed nicely spaced shouldn't have this middle row but it's all experiment and one other surprising thing is look how big the carrots have gotten definitely have filled out it's like they jumped overnight as soon as the temperature went up they just exploded on how they were growing it's going to be time to thin them soon I was trying to wait for the carrot itself to have a little bit of mass to it you can see how the skinny there still are but they're nice and long that would have been one of the red carrots so definitely have a lot of work to do
