Fix unstable/low fps in one simple step!

Welcome Arisen, i recently switched from my trusted 1080ti to an RX 6750 TX, try saying that three times in a row. And what i then had to learn the hard way: AMD doesn't support DX9 anymore which resulted in my fps being all over the place, in some fights below 20! AMD only works with dx10 to dx12 and Vulkan.... VULKAN! That's it! Thanks to doitsujin over on github we can change Dragons Dogmas API from DX9 to Vulkan. For this go to his github page for DXVK and download the 1.10.1 release. Open then file with 7zip, go to 32bit and copy the d3d9.dll file into your Dragons Dogma installation folder. Where your ddda.exe is located. Now fire up Dragons Dogma, the game will probably crash on your first start or at least stutter for a few minutes, that is because the cache for dxvk has to be build first. After that, buttery smooth fps. And as always, stay strong, and kill a Dragon.
