FIX STUTTERING IN WARZONE 2 & MW2 #shorts

alright guys so if you are also stuttering horrendously in Modern Warfare 2 or Warzone 2 then this is most definitely because some random tick tocker on the internet told you to set the video memory scale to 90. and I tested this once again today on the top you can see video memory scale 90 on the bottom video memory scale 65 and as you can clearly see from the frame time graph it periodically Peaks to very high values on the video memory scale 90 making the game completely unplayable so my conclusion of that video still holds true if you've only got 8 or even less vram on your GPU and that's vram not Ram kits then definitely do not use a video memory scale of 90 in order to avoid horrendous stuttering in warzone 2.
