Fix Gray Zone Warfare Error Could Not Locate The Game Binary GZWClientSteam-Win64-Shipping.exe

hello guys welcome to my channel so if you're receiving this error which says could not locate the game binary and it shows the location of the game so if you're receiving this error then the first step is to allow the game exe file to antivirus program so if you have any third party antivirus like aast noton bid Defender MAA whichever antivirus program you have just make sure that you allow the GX file to antivirus program you can even disable your anti irus program or Windows security for some time once you are done playing the game you can enable your antivirus once again now for many aost users uh this has worked so open aost antivirus and then go to protection then go to quarantine select the exe file restore it and add it as an exception now I don't have any third party antivirus I have Windows security so I'll show you how to do it in Windows security similarly you have to do it for your antivirus program so go to the settings and then go to privacy and security if you have Windows 11 and then click on Windows security if you have Windows 10 you will have an option update in security so click on update in security so I have Windows 11 so I will click on previously in security now click on Windows security now click on virus and thread protection scroll down at the end you will see manage rans protection click on it now click on allow an app through control folder access click on yes to allow now click on add an allowed app browse all apps now go to the game installation folder so if the game is installed in C drive go to C drive if the game is installed to external drive go to external drive and in C drive program files x86 now open the Steam folder now open Steam apps folder now open the common folder now over here open the game folder and then select this exe file now CLI on open again click on add an allowed app browse all apps this time open G ZW folder binaries win 64 select this exe file now click on open now type in control panel in Windows search box and then click on control panel go to system and security Windows Defender Firewall now click on allow an app or feature through Windows Defender Firewall click on change settings on the top click on allow another app click on browse and again go to the game installation folder and then you have to open the game folder so open the game folder select the game exe file open add in my case this is already added again click on allow the app browse and then open this this folder gzw folder binaries win64 select this exe file click on open now click on ADD and then click on okay once the game is added now you can similarly you have to do the same thing with your third party antivirus so if you have any antivirus program just select your exe file add it to exception allow the game exe file now you can launch the game if that does not work Run the game as an administrator so you can make a right click on the game select manage then click on browse local files it will take you to the game installation folder now you can make a right click you can open this folder binaries win 64 make a right click on the game exe file select properties go to the second tab put a check on the box which says run this program as an administrator apply okay make a double click launch the game do the same thing with the with the CXC file Mega right click select properties go to this tab and then run this program as an administrator hit apply click on okay make a double click launch the game and then check if that does not work next step is to verify the game files so make a right click on the game select properties now before this uh if you want before you verify you can disable your antivirus program while you know while verifying the game file you can disable it first and then verify the game files now you can make a right click select properties go to install files and then click on verify Integrity of game files once the verification is complete now you can launch the game once you're done playing the game you can always enable your antivirus program now the last step is to uninstall and reinstall the game to different drive so if if nothing is working you can make a right click on the game select manage then click on select manage and then click on uninstall once the uninstall is complete now go to the game installation folder and wherever the game is installed open the game folder and then once the game is uninstalled you can make a right click and then delete the game folder and then restart your computer and after you restart your computer you can reinstall the game try reinstall inst the game to different drive if you have another SSD try installing the game to another SSD and then check or you can if if the option is not available you can install it in the same C drive uninstall and reinstall it and then check but make sure that when you install it uh you can um till the time the game is installing you can disable your antivirus program once done once the installation is complete launch the game check if it's working fine if it's not working you can keep your antivirus disabled and once you're done playing the game you can
