Fix Failed To Synchronize Achievements Error on Ubisoft Connect

hey guys in this video I will show you how you can fix a Ubisoft connect field to synchronize achievements error right so the first thing what you can do here is to Simply restart your computer and basically launch the program because sometimes for if some people it helps and if it if it Matt then what you need to do here you need to open up Ubisoft connect and then you just need to go on the top left corner and then go offline for a bit for a few seconds from 5 to 10 and then after that you need to go back to Ubisoft connect and go online again here and we need to go online and sometimes it fix the problem so you need to try this one and if the problem persists then another thing that you can do here is to basically close up layer using task manager because um or Ubisoft connect you're starting the Ubisoft connect line might be not enough to address the issue so basically a launcher will continue to work so what you can do here is to open up task manager and then simply look for Ubisoft connect and just end all the tasks really tasks related to Ubisoft connect and then try again and then you need to look if the problem persists or not and if the problem persists then another thing that you can do here is to allow a Ubisoft connect on Windows Defender Firewall and to do so you need to go to on search and then look for Windows Defender Firewall and then you need to press allow an apple feature through Windows Defender Firewall and then you need to just press change settings and look for Ubisoft connect as you can see here for me it's already here but for you probably it will not because I'm basically I need to edit add this manually and to do so you need to press allow another app and then you will get this window then press browse and then it's a little bit of a hassle to add this Ubisoft connect thing so what you need to do here you need to go to your disk C probably on default it will be on your disk C then you need to go to users your PC name then you need to go to app data then you need to go to roaming then you need to go to Microsoft and then you need to go to Windows then you need to go to start menu programs and then you need to go to um where is it Ubisoft Ubisoft connect and then you just need to add the shortcut here and press add so you can see here I already added and then you just need to make sure that it's on private and public and then save the changes restart your computer and then you need to look if the problem persists or not and if the problem persists then another thing that you can do here and basically run Ubisoft connect as administrator so we need to go to Ubisoft connect shortcut then open file location then properties compatibility make sure to run this program in compatibility mode for Windows 8 and the simple full screen optimizations and run this program as administrator apply the changes and then you need to look if the problem persists or not and if the problem persists then you need to just check your network connection maybe you have a bad internet speed and your internet connection is not consistent so maybe then limit some devices or restart your router oh and if the problem still persists then the last two things that you can do here is to update your network drivers to do so you need to go to device manager and then you should see here network adapters and then you just need to update your network adapters by just pressing up the driver and search automatically and deal with all of them it will not take you a lot of time to do so and then you need to try again and the last thing is to basically update your operating system so we need to go to Chuck for updates and here you need to just press this button and you need to look if you have an update for you that you need to install download and install and if it if you do then just do it restart your computer and then you need to look the problem persist or not but probably the problem the problem should be fixed if you apply all these Solutions here right so that's pretty much it and if I help you out please press like button and subscribe for more take care bye
