FIVE Trucks Under $10,000

whether you're looking for your first truck looking for a project truck or just don't quite have the funds for a new truck yet don't worry about that you've come to the right place i'm lost one custom offsets and today we're going to go over the top five trucks for under 10 000 but before we do that if you guys need wheels tires or suspension you already know customoffsets.com we have all those links down in the description let's get into it now before we get started keep in mind that there are diamonds in the rough there are screaming deals out there unlikely circumstances where there are trucks with tons of miles in terrible condition or take my truck for example a 2011 silverado 1500 that does not have a lot of miles but was involved in an accident we scooped up from coal park rebuilt it and now we're good to go this list consists of trucks that for the most part float under the ten thousand dollar mark or are creeping up to it so for you chevy guys and girls we have the 2007 and 2013 chevy silverado 1500 now obviously this truck is a very popular option in the truck world and if you were to look for one on the market there are literally pages and pages now the 07 and 08 models still had the notorious 4l60e and other red flags but still is the best option for that 10 000 price tag one thing that i did notice when i was doing my research was that the 09 and 10 models were floating just under that ten thousand dollar mark for lower trim models such as the lt extended cabs the single cab work trucks and even some of the higher mileage crew cabs now crew cabs as a whole are going to be hard to find under that 10 000 mark they are out there anything over 2011 will also be really hard to find something under that price tag as well now if you take a look in our parking lot there are a bunch of us who run this body style and continue to build our trucks and drive our trucks with absolutely no issues sure you'll run into your notorious bedside rust depending on where you live you know we're in wisconsin so literally we all run into it but i just fixed mine the other day and it really was not that bad they are a solid option to get into a truck for under 10 000 now our most popular lift kit for this body style is the 79 mcgoy's which is at 1800 price tag which is actually pretty funny because that is the same exact lift kit that i'm gonna be slapping on my 2011 silverado any day now now another option for you chevy fans one of the most popular trucks out there and i'm sure you guys already know what i'm gonna say the chevy silverado 1500 cat eye this generation silverado is widely known across the truck scene and today is a great cheap option to get into i see a ton of options from crew cab to extend a cab to even some duramax is dipping under that 10 000 price point now it can be hard to find clean examples of this generation in fact i remember when i was visiting ready lift in california seeing a clean one on the highway and i was freaking blown away i could not believe it especially being from wisconsin most of these buy styles around here are rotted out and need a ton of work now with many aftermarket options solid motor and much more the cat eye is a great option if you are looking to scoop up a truck for under ten thousand dollars like i said before with many aftermarket options you could literally lift your cat eye for only a thousand dollars with the rough country six-inch lift kit next up for you ford guys and girls a great option for you would be the 2002 to 2005 f-250 6-0 powerstroke diesel so if you want to get into a diesel for cheap roll some coal definitely scoop up one of these bad boys in all seriousness these power strokes are floating around the 8 000 mark especially the xlt extended cab and crew cab options as well as some of the high mileage lariats these early 2000 power strokes are about the only diesel you are gonna be able to get into for under ten thousand dollars now the most popular kit that we offer for these trucks is the pro comp or zone four inch lift kit which is sitting at only literally 900 you could lift your power stroke up be looking beautiful now if you want to get into a newer ford truck a great option would be the 11th generation f-150 2004-2008 the huge revamp and styling a ton of aftermarket support went from torsion bars to struts which really increased the ride quality but still had some cam issues with their 5 4 liter motor the 11th generation f-150s made leaps and bounds from the 10th generation which in my opinion was literally the worst of them all i mean them things are just ugly i know junior loved his and i have seen some decent ones but wow what a difference between both generations you can pretty much get any trim package in this generation for under ten thousand dollars like literally every single model you can get for under ten thousand dollars the best part most of these models are only sitting at about 150 000 miles which is not terrible move up into the next generation the 2009 to 2014s and you're going to be paying at least 12 000 plus unless it's a high mileage work truck if you want to lift your 11th gen f-150 our most popular kit is the super lift six inch lift kit sitting at eighteen hundred dollars now last but not least i know you guys brought us to talk about rams and we're gonna do just that the third generation ram 1500 2002 to 2008. now i'm sorry for all you cummins owners and lovers but if you want to get into a cummins let's be real be prepared to automatically drop 30 000 because well bro tax bro but with these 1500s you can pretty much get any trim package you would like as they are all under 10 000. i mean come on you get a freaking hemi like do you want uh bubble headlights or the ugly headlights there's single cab quad cab crew cab st the slt and laramie there are literally so many options for not a lot of money and fairly decent aftermarket offerings despite being the only five lug truck now the best part is you guys can get our best kit for these trucks the five-inch rough country for only twelve hundred dollars that's what i got for you guys in today's video be sure to let
