First Time On 240hz! (Is It Worth It?)

hello ladies and gentlemen and welcome back to another video on the channel sorry I haven't posted recently I've been super super busy and I hope you all appreciate that but in this video I'm going to be showing you it's 240 hertz worth it I've literally just switched to 240 hertz yesterday it came in the mail yesterday uh so we're going to be trying out two photos and seeing if it's actually worth it for fortnite I used to play 144. uh Hertz about two years ago I've been playing it for like two years now yeah so I'm gonna be switching too far and I'm going to be giving you my live reaction on two five Hertz so if you do like this type of content and you want to see me go into Arena and play 240Hz and give a review on it and make sure to drop subscribe comment that down below and I'll see you when I'm starting out the graphic setting so guys we are now on the desktop so what you want to do if you do get a new monitor whether that is 165 14424 what you want to do is you want to right click on your desktop display settings this brings up your monitors then you want to go to Advanced display settings at the bottom minus display one so I'm going to change that from 165 to 239 I don't know why it's not exactly 240 but it's still the same thing and also guys make sure to go into some video control panel make sure to go on adjust desktop size and position make sure full screen and then 240 hertz is selected there so guys once you have done that now you can load up fortnite or whatever game you want to play and it should be sorted but in our case we're going to be loading up fortnite and I'm going to be showing it 24 Hertz with my live reaction so I'll see you then ah we're on a scream and shout and the Brussels sprout so guys we are now in the main lobby and we're going to change our FPS from 144 to 240 FPS I'm going to say that into creative do a bit of free building get my live reaction to that and I will tell you at the end of the video if it is worth it so I'll catch you in a second so ladies and gentlemen we are in creative so let's give this a free build and let's see what it feels like off the bat it does feel very very smooth as you can see we are 240 in the top right corner wait it does feel really smooth there's not much of a difference from 144 to 240 I'd say the main difference is most likely going to be the input delay so as you can see guys the input delay feels insane like it is so good I'm really sorry if uh if I mess up a few edits and stuff I'm not really warmed I've literally just hopped on tried the monitor out but guys straight from the back it does feel insane obviously like it's a it's a bit different I would say to 144 in a way it's a lot more smooth and crisp I think it's going to take a bit of getting used to but let's give let's give another edit a go here yeah it's going to take a bit of getting used to because obviously I'm not used to this sort of input delay well that that feels clean I think once I get used to it and I actually Master 240 I feel like I'll be really consistent with my edits but 144 is is a good it's good to start with I'd say I wouldn't skip to two fights straight away unless you have the actual budget for it because they can be kind of expensive especially like you're just starting out and you just like bought a PC and stuff I would recommend 144 so I'll leave a link to some 144hz when it's I think a decent and kind of like a good price range and also leave the link to this 240Hz monitor it's a phantom gaming monitor it's on Amazon it gets around I think I think it was two three seven I got it for that's not too bad but if you want to see me obviously using Two fighter Hertz in like Arena or anything make sure you drop a comment for that and I'll try that out for you so we're gonna get some more free building but yeah it's it's going to take a bit of getting used to and I accept that but all in all I'd say it is worth it a thousand percent uh from what I've seen up to now obviously the real Tesla being Arena but I've noticed that my Ping's going down to zero sometimes I'll have like maybe like 10. but the input delay feels insanely good so I would recommend this a thousand percent so guys I know it's only a short video but I hope you enjoy that I'll post a few uh clips that I've got on 240Hz after I've recorded this so I hope you enjoy them I think they're only going to be around maybe like 20 30 seconds long but I hope you enjoy them hope you enjoyed this video if you did make sure to leave a like comment and subscribe and I'll see you in the next one peace thank you
