First Drive In The Chrysler 300 Jailbreak!

all right guys welcome back so I got the Jailbreak on the spare tires for now because I had to move it around over the weekend I did do the brakes I saw the calipers I bled the system so now we have brakes um I am going to take these wheels back off of course so we can sell the new pie spokes which we got over there um I did end up doing 305s in the rear so these two are 305s those two are 275s so once we get the wheels off I'll show you how the calipers look with the decals this is what the customer wanted I wanted to say bankroll on there instead of SRT so I did take off where's the key I did take off the door panels also because I had to strip out the the hand pieces to match the interior so our door panels are off they're right over here to go 40 this one two and the other two right there I also started working on the wiring so one size headlight is done that's a daytime running light that's the brake light um the brake light on the 300 is also the signal so that's the signal light all I got to do is now wire the other side that's the pigtail that's the tail light over there and this wire that you see coming out extra is a reverse light because the Chargers yeah baby okay um the reverse line on the Chargers comes out of the trunk so I had to wire it from the trunk going down over here to the tail light so now tail lights has reverse light on here because the reverse light is on the trunk on the Chargers uh if you watch the last video I also made this one work uh this is the third brake light the third brake light on the Chargers is located behind the rear glass so I have to reroute that and uh made all that work so the only thing really left to do is finish this uh finish that up um the interior I can put some trim pieces back on huh one second uh I gotta do this piece these two go over here uh button up the dash button up the center console I gotta wire up that clock which is somewhere over here I gotta find it I gotta wire up the clock I can button I can button this part up but I can't do 100 because we got to remove the tail lights again to install the bumper uh but that's pretty much it so let's get started this could be another lengthy video I'm gonna get it jacked up back on stands we'll replace the wheels and then we'll go from there foreign [Music] thank you [Music] foreign [Music] thank you [Music] [Music] foreign got the wheels on there I did order a set of wheelocks so once those come in we'll get those installed the rear is sitting a little bit higher even though I did use the springs off the V6 the V8 ones or the Hellcat ones would have sat a lot higher than this uh but after a few days I've been settling it out it should drop a little bit it's gonna be cleaner than how it looks now uh so next up I'm gonna pull it up uh forward just a bit so I could work on this uh tail light on this side and then I'll get worked on the interior uh I can't do anything with the door panel so that piece comes back but um so this piece I'll wire up that clock like I said I still gotta look for it it was in here somewhere unless it's uh am I your other stash but I'll find that I'll wire up the clock the piece that goes over here um I'll reinstall the side pieces for the center console which are on that one over there um all of these pieces will go back the glove box I gotta disconnect my my bypass cable and uh that's uh pretty much it and then um once we do that um install that seat over there the Scat Pack seat off the scrap title car um just to use it until the interior comes in and then go on uh go on a first [Music] foreign [Music] foreign [Music] foreign [Music] thank you all right so I got the tail lights wired up all that works now got your turn signal your brake light Park lights all that is good reverse lights also work um I also did the clock oops so Clock Works and what I did is I wired it up to the ashtray so it has a constant power and also we got some light so everything else in the interior is done like I said I'm still waiting on the door panels come back um not the door panels but the handles come back the door panels are sitting right over there I'm waiting for the intro to come back but everything else all the trim is installed so once we get the other stuff back um we'll burn up the interior interior is done I didn't install the airbag yet because I'm changing the LED to Green just to match the the rest of the theme but now we're gonna uh install these headlights these headlights came in this morning for the dealer as you can see Mopar these are a set of factory z9 HIZ headlights let's take one out of the box I already open the line just to make sure [Music] there we go black bezel the the Xenon ones have a different color side marker unless you know what they were saying I thought these are yellow so we're gonna wire these up they should be the same connector that's a pigtail off the V6 and plugs right in there so I'm gonna wire these up I already got my diagram pulled up on my computer um so once we get that done we go on the first drive I want to go take it to the gas station pump some gas in there so I know on all the newer swaps there is really no way to make this work because on the new ones it's push so what I'm gonna do is I'm probably gonna use the new filler neck which looks like this and I'm gonna use this button I'll take this button out of here and I'll fabricate it to the other one so that way that will work with the push because as of now the only way to open this gas door is by going inside the quarter and using the the emergency release so what I'll do is I'll use that Tab and I'll probably put it somewhere I don't know I don't know how I'm gonna make it work but we'll do something because it's pretty annoying um the elephant was the same all the other 300 builds were the same uh you can't really open the door unless you do that so let me finish up wiring the headlights I'm gonna set up my tripod which is over there I'll set it up and get the headlights wired and then move these cars out the way and go on a first drive [Music] foreign [Music] thank you [Music] thank you [Applause] [Music] thank you [Music] foreign [Music] [Applause] that toilet should go away after the tires uh the Thai sensors learned himself but the check engine light is not because it actuator like I said listen right pretty good the sway bar bushings in the front oh I need to be replaced if you hear that pumping noise [Music] needs alignment too it's not that bad but I am going to be changing the Cradle in the front of this freaking window I'm gonna be changing the Cradle in the front because it has some damage to it so right now we're on the way to the shop to get the AC done that noisy turn in the back it's on the exhaust [Music] foreign [Music] [Music] charged up it's nice and cold now um Tyler did go away so a sensor did learn take it for another Drive I gotta go put some gas in it and then it is going to come back to the shop so we do the bumpers ahead we're doing something different with the hood this time we're going to do the um like the red eye vents with the clear like ZR1 style head and see how that comes out um just because everybody's doing the same hoods with the wipers uh the wiper saw Hood the six Scoops or the 300 there's three scoop hoods like the Challenger sound so we're gonna try to change it up a bit so I'm gonna go put some gas in there take it for a spin and then wrap this video up [Music] what's up [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] foreign [Music] that was gotta open this door that was our first drive video this thing drives great um all I think I gotta do is uh fix this is the noise that you heard body uh right under the body I got a fixing sway bar bushings I don't know if you can see it through here well both bushes have popped out of the uh out of the Cradle I do have a new cradle um right over there so once we get that to the shop it's a lot easier to do on the Hoist but my job here is done once I get the interior I'll buckle up the interior I'll top off these coolant reservoirs and she's ready to go we are going to be doing a new style bumper just like how I always do on these builds so it's going to be the the S appearance bumper with the SRT Grille fog deletes we're actually I we're adding fog lights to this one I forgot to mention that the fog lights are already right there in that box uh so I'll show you guys how that looks it'll look pretty good because I usually don't put fog lights on these cars because we need some air to to pass by these coolers but we're gonna make it where the fog lights are gonna work and it's going to have a little event to pull these things down but that's uh that's it for today's video guys hope you enjoyed make modules so once that gets plugged in to here um all those lights on the dash will go away how about the park system why not but I'm waiting for the barber to come in so we can install that but that's
