[Applause] hi I'm Tony fast's daughter I'm Tony fast daughter I'm Tony fast daughter our family has been blessed to fly in Montana for over a hundred years now and it wouldn't be possible without the great team we have and blessings from our Savior Jesus [Music] Christ well let's go start farming a Joe's already filled up with fertilizer and barley let's move to the field and get going all right we're in the first field here now and going to unfold the drill this is definitely a more unique drill the way it folds it folds back instead of folding like and fold like where the fris comes up and it folds over the top this all folds back so it's really narrow for transport but takes a few more steps for unfolding so we're going to unfold the drill here and it's all done hydraulically and walks it through the steps so first we're going to lower wings so they going down [Music] all right the wings are down so we'll hit our next Arrow yes they're down just confirming now we got to unlock the center right there there's two big latches that unhook and big Hooks and then on the back there's a tire that goes down to support the hitch the hitch is up now and it'll just on do the latches now all right our checks are green switches or sensors see what they need to see now we're ready to back up latch [Music] all right that's [Music] good now we got to drive forward and spin our casters around all right those are all latched and lower our little wings in the center here then that little tire just came up in the center and then those big ones that go down in the back okay then we'll just lower down down our qdas which is our frame lifting up to adjust our depth those down all drill drops a little bit we're good to go well after a few plug runs cuz I didn't have my uh fer seed fertilizer not fertilizer seed fans kind of switched around I was running the wrong fan kept bumping it up still was plugging so making progress now oh it's already shut off about 70 2 Acres an hour when we're seeding um going good going good turned around here and head back the other way we used to cross this no problem the tractor crossed it but that drill is a little heavier than the old one and it just I just powered out and then I spun so dad just got here with the tiger to give us a little little pull we're not really stuck you don't have to unhook right you just need a tug I'm going to go with that all right well Warren's here with the Tigger we are hooked up already his in the air seater there we'll see what happens [Music] not happened on that time [Applause] what [Applause] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] you're not stuck if you don't have to unhook the drill right you just need to pull right I still think should Tred it with the o0 could have probably probably would have ripped the flat bed right off that pickup all right do you see the underglow though I know they are pretty sweet can't really tell the headlights but just put those LED strips on there it works awesome it's the mood lighting underneath there that does it for me yeah I suppose you're going to want mood light on the bottom of your pickup so I get covered in mud you can't see it right [Music] away time for a little Fuel and some hydraulic fluid this [Music] morning 10 gallons get this right in the zone we got to go to the Building B piece of iron get delivered here in a little bit so got to go sign papers on that probably curious what it is aren't you morning hope you got your taxes done this is our second day of seating so I had my camera over at the shop so Tony can get footage off it over the weekend I treated the back Hopper with wheat one of excuse me one of the loads that we brought from uh SC be now we're going to go put some fertilizer on on the be drink so it'll be ready for anything he'll be ready to go as soon as he finishes the barley and go plant in Spring we there comes the flagger Phill and Yia and there comes the new land roller all right sorry about the wind well not really sorry it's Montana deal with it we do but here we go 80 4 85t I think and it's mandico found that out when we were in Louisville had dinner with the owner and one of the Reps always called it Mand apparently that's like not a good word in another language pronounced that way so it's Mandigo so that's going to be a nice little upgrade from this one heavy drum it's like a thicker drum maybe it's the same drum I don't know but we don't have this a little roller on the old RightWay had issues with we always found some rocks that weren't pushed in all the way that's not going to happen with these ones where they're true overlap heavy drums and by looking at the radius of the two there's a ton more weight a metal in this one so it'll do a lot better job pushing rocks in the ground and it's wider we're going to probably roll I know we're going to roll a lot more Acres of spring wheat winter wheat durm just because our soft flly we've been dealing with the last few years let's get them rocks pushed down so if we have to cut really short on the ground to pick it all back up we won't be wrecking headers and combines all right let's go get seeding finally [Music] okay so this screen came from Riverbend metal shop this is the place we got it from and I mean it's just stuff falls through I've loaded both of these Hoppers and this Hopper twice with it so far I think is all I've done and I haven't cleaned it off yet some of this stuff rattles off on its own and uh when you're moving it whatnot little bit is already falling on the ground on this load right there by the board you can see some of that so it really does help you're going to leave a little bit like this but those are going to go through the cedar anyways so they'll fit through the lines and uh you don't have to worry about big chunks plugging you up obviously things like this that might plug it up that definitely would plug it up something so anyway works great Riverbend metal shop check them out if you want one it's a handy deal Tony came out here with the road grader pulled this line down um in between Fields leveled it off a little bit left all the Rocks kind of well not all of them but left some rocks along the edge that's what I was coming here to pick up well you had another one of my great ideas fired between this rock and that rock I cannot reverse it and I cannot pull it in I'm going to need a big hammer and I don't have one with me I think I'm going to try to use that White Rock leverage down on that reverse oh that thing just didn't come out well shoot well I missed it but I got it out and I got it in the box so but now I found more I was able to use not the White Rock but the other one right beside it actually was able to sat down on it kind of shove that rock up and freed everything up nothing dented bent good shape I don't think that Rock's supposed to be there I think it's supposed to be over there but I'm hoping that it just caused a fitting to come loose and uh that guy right there and hopefully we can tighten it up and get back to going again I know I got four loads so far mostly down that edge and a little bit that way so they got the rock out of here uh it's in there it's a shiny one covered in nor and this hose was definitely loose I think I got getting tighten oh yeah we'll give it a try waiting waiting [Music] well that must have been it I don't see any uh any oil puking out so cool so for now I got my rock picker all covered in oil which will collect us oh there you are welcome welome back sometimes the big ones are fun there we go oh that's a monster one too [Music] there we got [Music] it this might be the one line [Music] [Music] col well I thought it was a rock picker not a rats nest picker quick way to roll up some wire though y well that wasn't as bad as I thought got the real shut down quick enough but it didn't wrap up too tight so that's nice [Music] we'll back up because those two rocks that are on the the teeth are not in the basket they won't D so we're going to set down and when you set down you just keep pushing down on the Hydraulics and it raises that basket clone [Music] boom wow man now let's put our basket back in lift up a little bit and Bo boom there you go all right that's enough Rock picking for one day we're load to bees again um yeah just the norm Uria THU seed nothing out of the ordinary [Music] [Music] see I don't know if you can see it between the Tony's got his lights on rules of a farmer if you don't know you cannot be the first one to turn your lights on the last one to turn their lights on wins oh [Music] quick so a few of the things that I get a watch for one you can't run that too slow with the a running about flatter all over the other thing I got to pay attention to keep in mind all the time I don't want to run that augur any [Music] higher but I have really tall exhaust on this truck so all through seaing I'm going to have to remember to swerve around every hoger cuz I don't want to rip down that exhaust that's they look good and I'm sure they're expensive so now things they going to go through my fine just on a daily basis all right that is enough for today uh let's see we just that there there that one off it does not like to get shut off there we go still doesn't like it all right see you tomorrow hey everybody thanks for watching don't forget Farm hard pray harder see you next video [Music]
