and for the understanding that God had given him that blesses our understanding that when we go to read the scriptures we can read with understanding I counted a privilege and an honor I've been with the man of God for over 30 years and in that time I've had some growth I've had good growth I've seen God work with the man of God and work with him more and more and you'll get that same opportunity in over 20-something years if not longer I first started coming to Detroit I think I was in my 20s I had only four members here and I used the whole service and a elderly brother house named brother preachers and church the soul of men and women must always be top priority in church when anything else takes the place of the soul of the follower in the eyes of the preacher then church becomes no more a place of importance nor of salvation and I'm pretty sure Detroit you can bear witness money and the love of it prosperity have took the place of God in church misunderstand me it takes money for any church to function you can't burn likes by prayer and prayer only you've got to use money to pay your bills but when you try to hustle the people with a $500 and $10,000 and $100,000 prayer line prayer should be free wish up should be free in fact you should never have to buy a ticket or pay a dime to come see anything that's supposed to represent God so as we travel not just through America but in Canada and Europe and in India and Africa and the Caribbean so many thousands of people your testimonies that you gave tonight I've hear similar testimonies like that from every race around the world people are hungry people are dissatisfied with church they are fed up with church and they're sick of going to church and I tell the people around the world don't go to church if you go and go to hell go free you don't need to go to church and keep giving your preacher all this money and you know you don't want to do right no way and at the same time you have people that do want to do right and still give the false prophet money and his intentions is not to do right so as old folks tell you between a rock and a hard place we were in Chicago last week eighty Souls went down in letters I get from around the world people telling me I can't believe that someone is on television actually preaching what you preach it a woman 87 years old told me that she said I thought a Holiness didn't even exist on the earth no more churches is the biggest club in the world the agenda the purpose of church supposed to be for the salvation of your soul Church now have a different this is why we're traveling like we are Detroit your soul get me it's top priority the commandment of men versus the commandment of God the tradition of men versus the tradition of God they're not the
