Finding Big Bass in Small Roadside Creek

when you see a little tiny Creek like this just on the side of the road what do you think probably not much of it but let's look a little closer if we can a little largemouth in there see what else is in here I'm in the middle of Dayton Tennessee pretty famous area for fishing people come from all over thousands of people come here to fish for a big largemouth and stuff in the lakes around here Chickamauga area but I'm gonna fish a tiny Creek to guarantee none of them bass fishermen are gonna come fish in and it's basically a my own private little fishing area it's like 6:30 so I earned a half two hours of fishing before it gets too dark in the woods I'm along down this tiny little string but you saw the pictures there's a lot of fishing it's got a lot of little fishing around so I know there's gonna be a lot a little fish in here it's only the third time I've been here today I'm going for bass and I'm gonna try to explore it a little bit further and see what we phone all right I'm gonna do some weight and see how clear this water is one thing that's cool about it and I think it's gonna help me catching some fish is this really cold oh man it's so cold must be a spring or something that very far enough so it's really rich it's all kinds of little minute ism bait fish all kinds of swimming around so I'm gonna start out with the watermelon flaked hellgrammite on a net rig jig head I've been using this hellgrammite a lot recently and I got no reason to stop so it ought to do good in this Creek it's a little bit darker in the woods here than I was expecting the trees are pretty thick but every little deep hole duck come up on just like this right here to 3 feet deep I'm gonna make sure I cast a couple times cause it could be anything hiding and even a little spot where it doesn't look like much sometimes it's creeks can be holding some big uns got one I was getting some bites from something it's not even a bats a green sunfish people fat one it kept hitting on this thing hit it like four or five times look uh look at the belly on that green sunfish whoa I didn't think I was going to get that fish mosquitoes flying in my face and uh the green sunfish had to hold it I saw him the water is real clear and he finally let go of it and yeah this looks like a little spotty bass yeah a little spotty bass that's fine all right man there's definitely some fish in here fish are active I know we may find some bigger ones somewhere oh dude man I've already caught three fish and I've been here literally five minutes look at that bass wow this I must have picked a great time to come this Creek or something but they can't resist this lure look at that that's a little pound largemouth I threw it out there and I was just reeling it in water grill shell and all of a sudden I came up behind this fish and I didn't even see him till I came up behind it with the lawyer and bumped him he turned around picked it up a little largemouth oh good one not too big was strong a little bass largemouth oh well going got the barely nice bass barely felt the tug and a heavy one there oh goodness that was a good bass it came off Matt's a good one I barely felt a tug and I just I just picked it up and he was on it [Music] oh great I got the log dude dude Minsky's are so bad I'm literally about ready to quit but ma'am I'm gonna push on for you I just lost a lure I taught on a different the black hugger Mike I'm gonna keep going man is getting annoying oh I shall let the best hit I saw best come flying out and attack it I has tried to set the hook but I guess he didn't have in his mouth oh oh yes where did that do come from I was looking over here hopefully this guy don't come off get over get over goodness that's a monster oh my oh wow three pounder maybe how I hope so anyways I wish I had my scale but I still haven't fixed the batteries in it from when I used it last time I had to switch weightless cuz I lost my other one I kept tired of getting cutting logs and I was just cast it out and I looked over here I saw something some kind of carp or something all sudden look back and this fish comes up and eats my lure I think I got him in the lungs oh but man that's a good fish too bad he's bleeding that's thanks whoa that happened fast oh yeah this little one following it in chucked it across the water and you came up and hit it I got that white list now with just a hook in there and I'm just actually think probably I don't back words but I'm just kind of skimming it through the water it's barely sinking I've been working my way down the creek and uh now it's the creek starting to get big I know it's got to go into the lake or something not too far away but now there's two creeks that joined together well I used to pop up a little bit didn't work too well I'm going back to the hellgrammite I'm trying to hook it up weedless if I have your hook maybe it'll sink better I kind of wanted it to sink in there but I don't have a weedless sinking hook and there's so many logs out there I was thrown out there and just let it sink got a little bass oh you better not lost oh man I thought you lost my lure oh I can't lose any more of those things there look expensive but they're definitely worth it and they hold together when they get bit like that it's not gonna fall apart all right this right here is for Isaiah Phillips that's your best yeah Oh that's another good one oh yeah nice man it's some chunky fastback here I wonder what's really in here I bet there's some really big bass in here that uh I don't even bitin coming up in this cello area that's a good pound a half or at least wacky rig that one I'm tired of losing lures I've lost four five lures over here I can see it there's a lot of fish in this little area where these two creeks come together and I bet there's all kinds of fish over there if I could just get over there but it's getting light and I'm about to start heading back so it's nice to catch another good bass out of here and I'm about to start heading back as I'm tired of getting bit more ski this man is terrible well I got some good bass probably spent two hours walking in the weeds imagine was slapping mosquitoes off me man it was terrible nothing would make me I won't even that happy efficient even though it's catching finish but now it's a good time and you can find your own little Creek like this your own little private fishing area I'm really doubting about going down and fishing through here I mean probably somebody is but I didn't see any trails and the fish and stuff and the tracks so basically I got this whole stretch of wild fish I can just go fish and they're sitting there waiting on me no thanks for watching
