find things in your life that have a high impact with low effort it sounds like cheating but these things are everywhere engaging with your audience and replying to people can get overwhelming but it has such a high impact on your personal brand I use feed Hive social inbox I spent two times 15 minutes here every day and I get to reply to almost everyone even on YouTube I don't know if you know it but your phone is killing your sleep so make a rule no phone in the bedroom only books or a Kindle is allowed you get way better sleep and you get to consume some content that's much better for your personal growth than social media and putting your phone away is such a low effort thing to do buy a disc that you can raise so you can stand and work this will have such a tremendous impact on your body 15 20 years from now and it's a pretty low everything to do now once you start spotting these small low effort high impact actions in your daily life everything is going to change
