telling his disciples to spread the message of the kingdom to his people by holding on to the truth of the gospel and not persuade people with lies and deceit so that people will follow them but instead it will lead them to sin as the gospel acclimation tells us today receive the word of god not as the word of man but as it truly is the word of god as christians my dear brothers and sisters it is our utmost responsibility to guide our brothers and sisters to the truth inspired and rooted in the gospel though it may be a difficult path to take as we live a righteous life anchored in the commandment of god people tend to destroy our reputation and even our identity so that people will not believe on us we will be condemned and persecuted that is why we have heard from the fir from the letter of james in our first reading of today you have condemned you have murdered the righteous one yet the word of man my dear brothers and sisters will pass away but the word of god will not pass away christ has taught us to live out the gospel in our lives so that we may be able to reject his life giving life to others so that we may walk the path to life eternal as the verses in the responsorial psalm tells us but god will redeem me from the power of the netherworld by receiving me that is why my dear brothers and sisters the light of christ will continue to consume our lives so that the power of darkness will not overcome us that is why remember always it is the teaching of christ that must reign in our life as it lead us to growth as a person and experience true freedom and joy especially in our lives rather than living the life of men where it looks its own truth that fits in our own human gage with this my dear friends let us continue to pray to live our life in accordance with the truth of the gospel we are not to separate ourselves in living with the truth as the power of the holy spirit will overshadow us and purify our very hearts so that his word will
