[Music] it looks like we've had that ghost hey caitlin welcome to the formal thank you now caitlin on my little cheat sheet here what did you have to change to get ready for the formal so i completely changed my dress i was going to come in a light blue dress i'm wearing a white yeah we noticed the white dress it's quite beautiful and of course you've brought someone to the formal that i don't know well i do but i'm going to pretend uh so you have to introduce so this is ollie he's been my partner of two years and he used to come to s-pac i remember ollie when you walk down this this red carpet have a wonderful night at the formal [Music] okay hannah has arrived at the formal welcome to the formal hannah okay so on my little cheat sheet it tells me to ask you what are your plans for after year 12 well my plans are to take a gap year and then go into uni to do a degree in primary teaching yeah don't don't be a teacher don't there's a few of us here and i think we'd all say don't be take no kidding okay um so now you've brought someone to the formal that not everybody here might recognize so could you please introduce your partner um here's one of my friend's brother called ty he used to come to csc but has lao left welcome to our formal tag go on in and have a wonderful time [Music] okay maddie welcome to the formal uh now i'm gonna first of all ask you to introduce your partner because you've brought someone i don't know so please introduce your partner um this is jack carroll and how do you know jack um he's one of my mum and dad's friends um okay family friend i think if i summarize that for you uh now jack on my little sheet here it actually says i get to ask you a question uh so i hope you brave uh the question that maddie has set for you is for you to tell me when you last wore your suit september last year at my brother's wedding ah there you go so no new suit for you but definitely new beautiful dress for maddie all right go on into the formal have a wonderful evening [Music] okay angus welcome and always the hero of course so thank you for saving the day alrighty um so the first thing i'm going to ask you is could you please explain the mini cooper um it's my neighbors i thought it looked pretty cool and it's black and white and on black and white and red and black white and red and doesn't she look gorgeous she looks amazing yeah okay um and i'm going to ask you angus how was your day today ah that's all right did a few jobs went to the talkie hotel for chicken and okay i was making sure it was going to be clean um okay now angus you've got someone that some of us might be familiar with but i'm going to ask you to introduce her anyway this is lara we she used to go to our school but not anymore um that's where we met at school and we've just been friends ever since yes and i have fond memories of being having lara at school with us as well enjoy your evening the site tonight and go on into the fall [Music] uh erin welcome to our formal uh definitely by far the biggest arrival vehicle so far um so tell me the story behind the truck um well we're thinking go big or go home you know like yeah why not like go big or go home i think that's your quote of the year erin lovely now first of all uh erin wants to do a shout out can everybody from erin's family please wave there we are okay cool and there's more down there there we go they're everywhere and uh erin you brought someone to the formal that i don't know so you're going to have to introduce them yeah this is my friend jacqueline yeah um how do you know well we know through my mom and and they're both friends at work and my mom and his mom and so they're like oh i've got a daughter who's got formal we've got a son and a truck but we've got a sun and a truck i like that well done all right declan welcome to our formal i hope you have a wonderful night head on in [Music] okay anna welcome to the formal did you ever think you'd make it to this day honestly no like i didn't see myself making it here and wearing a dress not wearing a dress no i'm surprised that i am wearing a dress mom did a very good job getting me in one yeah your mum's pretty cool okay uh now andres welcome to our formal you'll be back here next year of course but i'm gonna ask you a quick question um which is the best instrument in the orchestra oh well the bras in the woodwind sections are clearly the best like strings are horrible yeah i knew we was gonna say that uh and anna tell me how crazy your day's been yeah look i'm definitely not doing this again um i don't know how people come back every year for a second go it's just been crazy okay well you know what the hardest part is over go on in have some photos and have some fun thank you okay uh so matt uh my cheat sheet here tells me uh that you might have to do something for erin so basically it says how long before you're going to have to carry erin's shoes well i'm thinking now it's going to be less of the shoes and more of aaron herself yes and how are you coping in those shoes um not too bad so i'm going to get a few blisters but not too bad not too bad life lesson always wear comfy shoes absolutely maybe i'll still yeah that great wall absolutely great i could pull off the heels [Music] kenzie i absolutely love your sunshine yellow dress tell me all about it um well i got it made by lynnae she made it for me and i asked to have pockets because why not you've got i'm so jealous she's got pockets everybody uh yeah the best dress design ever sensational uh now you've brought someone i don't know so you're gonna have to introduce them um this is jack he goes to saint mary welcome to our former jack now jack i'm gonna beat a little bit sneaky here and make you talk um but tell me how your day's gone today um well final day of term which is always great awesome and ken's how's your day been yeah pretty good i didn't really do much we were gonna make tick tocks but we didn't get the chance so you ran out of time to do your tip yeah okay you know you might have to do that later just before you go to bed when you leave here there's nothing else going on tonight no no okay all right enjoy your evening going [Music] okay abby welcome to the formal um so tell me a little bit about your um your day today what's it been like um so i started with my hair and then i got my makeup done and then i got dressed and got frozen so i didn't didn't have time to like pop into some classes today or anything like that no no no funny no one made time for chemistry today i'm really upset uh now um tell me tell me what time you started getting ready this morning um well i went for breakfast at seven so i got really at nine so nine ten eleven twelve one two three that's a that's a little while getting dressed getting ready and getting organized okay now you've got someone that not everybody here recognizes so you get to introduce him um this is harrison d um he used to come to the school and now it's here welcome harrison or harry two hour four more now harry how's your day been today oh yeah pretty sure didn't do much so it seems to be a bit of a theme the boys don't seem to have to do much to come to the formal when the girls spend all day getting themselves organized have a wonderful time at our former go in [Music] okay uh owen welcome to the formal tell me about how your day has gone today it's been amazing i mean i didn't have to go to school i didn't have to do anything really until i know right i didn't have to do anything until like two o'clock when i got the corsage and that's been it from there hang on two three four yeah you've had a busy day really really busy day uh okay so um tell me how long do you think it is before you have to carry her shoes 20 minutes apparently that's why i'm hearing okay so you have to yeah you'll be at the table in about half an hour can you hang out yeah okay all right good good um so tell me you've brought someone to the formal that i don't know so not only do you have to introduce her but you have to tell me some juicy gossip about her as well this is brianna um my beautiful girlfriend i love her thank you and we've been together for a year so ah congratulations nice to meet you brianna head on into the fall [Music] looks absolutely stunning together now maya tell me a little about that car oh well yes um it's been in my family for almost as long as i can remember and i think it's really special that we come in this because i've been in the car with these girls countless times going around harvey bay having adventures as kids excellent so a pretty special family memory uh okay so ah georgia welcome to the formal tell me a little about how your day's been good it's only taken about like three hours only three hours to get ready she's doing pretty well and grace how has your day been it's been fantastic it's been great to see everyone uh arriving and um having photos that park with families being special excellent excellent well you three look absolutely fantastic go on into [Music] marsha and aydah welcome to the formal uh now so what i'm going to ask you uh according to my little cheat sheet here i'm going to start with aidan uh aiden tell me about the family that you've got here with you this afternoon um i've brought uh my mum my sister and my granddad okay can we give us away please everybody way there we are excellent awesome okay uh now marsha i would like you to tell me please what's been your favorite part about getting ready for the fall um grace children and i did our nails together yesterday was a lot of fun awesome so that's the the fun girl stuff really essentially yes has it been a busy day for you no i didn't start getting ready for very very late so you were running late or you just took it crazy i took it pretty crazy oh well done and did it take you a long time to get organized uh no not at all shave the muzzy and that was about all to do awesome well i'm pleased that you showed your mother i'm going into the fall have a good time ah liam welcome to the four wall um how are you feeling now the day of your formal is finally here uh i was a little nervous but now that i'm walking the carpet you know the nerves sort of faded away and i'm just excited to be here excellent okay um were you worried the formal wouldn't actually happen oh i guess a little didn't bother me too much and i know that mrs p has put a huge effort into getting tonight um up and going we can't dance that's okay we can do other things uh how's your baby uh it's been pretty good woke up pretty late gotten the change brushed my hair and that was it brushed his hair came to the fall fantastic now you've got someone that not everybody will remember so you have to introduce her this is olivia posley she used to come to our school back in year seven and then she left us to go to urangan welcome to our corner olivia go on in and have a wonderful evening [Music] okay welcome to the formal hayden how's your day all right yeah it's been pretty good okay so tell me how long it's taken you to get ready today 15 minutes you've got to be honest probably 15 minutes yeah okay 15 minutes it's a clip-on bow tie you didn't even have to tie that yeah you've got someone that not everybody is going to remember so could you please introduce your partner for the night so this is skye she used to go to school around about a year ago and then she moved so welcome to our a homeless guys [Music] okay welcome to the formal new pair uh so i'm just reading my little wishlist my cheat sheet here who's birthday can we all say happy birthday mika oh mika i know it's tomorrow but i hope you have a very happy birthday uh so tell me what your day's been like today though i'm pretty chill have you been having appointments since early this morning no yeah so she's taking it pretty crazy today uh alex what's been the most challenging thing about today for you ah the makeup did you do me my health oh yes yeah yeah yeah check out his eyeliner guys uh okay so alex how long did it take you to get ready for the formal uh two seconds and did you have to tie your tie for yourself yeah yeah steve he's learned some timing at school all right go in the form have a wonderful evening okay welcome to you both for our formal um how are you feeling right at this moment just glad that we're finally here absolutely uh harry how are you feeling great thank you nice okay now i'm beginning to wonder who writes these chichi questions uh the sheep says i have to say harry how was your day actually i think mrs robinson wrote this how was your day did you do your homework not today yesterday okay he did it yesterday that's all good okay okay uh harry how long did it take you to get ready today most of the day all right it took him all day apparently okay claire how long did it take you maybe two hours that's a pretty good that's not bad that's really not bad all right go on into the fall and have a great time [Music] okay lily welcome to the formal uh we were just having a quiet little word here it's like deja vu we've done this before so tell me where either of you more organized for the formal this year i most definitely was not not having three days notice i've got a bit more notice this year okay i'm gonna ask you the same question luke are you more organized yeah it's definitely a lot better awesome excellent um okay so this is a really different formal to the one you had last year uh no dancing we're gonna have quizzes instead you guys still secretly do the dances from last year you practice at home right i wouldn't say practice all right all right i'll forgive you i'll forgive you uh lily what are you most excited for um i'm not sure just the new different experience from last year for sure absolutely and the room looks beautiful so you'll have a great night [Music] okay uh honestly yeah it's been good you're good okay all right so um um my great grandmother is her favorite flower so she's a part with me that's really special uh okay so oh good i had to read the question twice show me the shoes okay she's got the most comfortable shoes of the night okay oh and the socks i love it absolutely uh that's your unique uh approach to formal this year excellent um can you tell me please some of the photos you had taken today and who did you haven't taken with um i went to the pier and botanical gardens with my partner josh and my mom and my dad and my aunties and my uncles and my nana my part okay family day okay family way hi family there they are there's a lot of your family here okay and now you just did a sneaky premium mcintosh welcome josh to our football game have a great night [Music] all right hannah welcome to the formal nice car yeah totally nice car okay um now you're wearing a bracelet this one here this one that's a beautiful girl bracelet but it's more than that something special isn't it um so this bracelet is my great grandmother's she gave it to me when she passed and it means quite a lot to me because it's a sentimental memory of her that is very very special they're lucky to have her with you okay uh so are you shaving have you been busy was there lots of appointments um not as many appointments because my beautiful sister did my hair and i did my own makeup but my partner had quite a busy day because he traveled four and a half hours okay so i'm gonna cut in there and go first of all introduce your partner and then tell me where to come from um my partner is jacob he's from toowoomba so you'd throw away from the womba today yeah i did indeed yeah oh welcome to our fall please don't fall asleep at the table tonight have a great night all righty i guess a lucky last to the fall um but but but tell me about your bills for tonight so hk holden kingswood um [Music] thank you i guess you if i remember rightly have had two three older sisters do this walk um and you finally got here congratulations tell me um oh i'm always worried about asking these questions what's your favorite memory of the year i had a really nice fishing trip they are marine class that's pretty cool for the hot day yeah lots of people remember some pretty awesome things about our aquatics uh mr perkins is a memory maker for sure now you brought somebody i don't know so you have to introduce her uh
