some weed from a 22-year- old man but an argument ended up erupting the group left came back with a firearm provided by rosine's girlfriend young the 22-year-old was shot four times but was also armed and fired back at rine who was truck several times little Jay Young L coun and you were arrested yeah and then uh they also arrested Dupri after spotting her leaving Lil Jay's apartment with a bag of handguns including the two used in the shooting and Rosine ended up dying on May 15th yeah that's the story yeah so now you get arrested and you're being charged with a murder yep started off as a attemp and then uh once blood died it was a murder they charged us with his murder and that was so crazy that that was your friend that was our friend bro yeah but you're being charged cuz they're saying you're an accessory to the whole situation they saying it's what we was charged with was felony murder which have had I fought my case a little longer and kept studying my case I would have came home right because it wasn't a felony murder our victim was lying our victim in his in his down declaration he stated that we came was trying to buy some weed from him and tried to Rob him and he had to shoot to protect himself right but that never took place cuz the only way for it to be felony murder right it had to be a it had to be a felony and it mix up a felony and murder occur that's the only way they can charge us with felony murder right we supposed to got charged with murder premeditated murder that's exactly how supposed to be first degree premeditated because we left after he pulled this gun out on us we left and went to got our guns right so if anything it's supposed to be premeditated murder in real life yeah but we we ain't a lot of people do we we we get our s wrapped up in situations and we don't understand the law and stuff like that so they able to charge us with counts and stuff like that that really not even stickable but due to the fact of us not really knowing the laws be like okay what the [ __ ] how what do I do how do I get out that [ __ ] so in my head I'm like damn y'all charging us with folks murder is crazy as hell and them two [ __ ] shot each other so I had to figure that out that was something I really had to figure out like so I tell my lawyer I how we get charged with it and they shot each other right but that happens like for example the guy who killed Tupac Orlando Anderson yeah he got caught up in a triple murder I mean he died in a triple murder and his friend got charged with all three murders including the one of Orlando who was like his best friend Dam this is if you're if you're in the situation of a crime and people die they're going to blame the surviving people on all the murders unfortun I'm not saying this is fair this is just how the rules they gonna charge the aggressive side with all the murders right so say if for inst if we wasn't aggressive CA it come off as us being aggressive hey he came shooting at us at at the store when he first walked up on us and that [ __ ] took place his ass was going to jail right and he would have been in jail for more than just him shooting blood he would have been in that [ __ ] for the temp Mur on the girl us all that [ __ ] cuz he had ups on us we had to go get our gun
